1The chimeric genes in the hybrid lineage of Carassius auratus cuvieri(♀)×Carassius auratus red var.(♂)显示文摘Hybridization can combine the genomes of different strains or species, which leads to changes of genotype and phenotype in the hybrids. In this study, we aimed to investigate the genetic variations of hybrids(WR-F1 and WR-F2) derived from the intraspecific hybridization of white crucian carp(Carassius auratus cuvieri, WCC, ♀) and red crucian carp(Carassius auratus red var., RCC, ♂). Here, we compared the orthologous genes in the liver transcriptomes of hybrids with those of WCC and RCC, and classified the orthologous genes into eight gene patterns within three categories(chimera, mutant, and biparental origin genes).The results revealed 19.04%, 4.17% chimeric genes and 6.90%, 5.05% mutations of orthologous genes in WR-F1 and WR-F2 respectively. Seventeen of twenty-three characterized genes(77%) were confirmed to be the chimeras at the genomic DNA level.The GO classification discovered that some chimeric and mutant genes were related to metabolic process, immune system and developmental process in WR-F1. Our results provide the new evidence that hybridization can combine the parental genomes,leading to changes in the genotype of the resultant hybrids. 2Pseudo-noise preamble based joint frame and frequency synchronization algorithm in OFDM communication systems显示文摘Frame and frequency synchronization are essential for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) systems. The frame offset owing to incorrect start point position of the fast Fourier transform(FFT) window, and the carrier frequency offset(CFO) due to Doppler frequency shift or the frequency mismatch between the transmitter and receiver oscillators, can bring severe intersymbol interference(ISI) and intercarrier interference(ICI) for the OFDM system. Relying on the relatively good correlation characteristic of the pseudonoise(PN) sequence, a joint frame offset and normalized CFO estimation algorithm based on PN preamble in time domain is developed to realize the frame and frequency synchronization in the OFDM system. By comparison, the performances of the traditional algorithm and the improved algorithm are simulated under different conditions. 8Science with the 2.5-meter Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST)显示文摘The Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST) is a dedicated photometric surveying facility being built jointly by University of Science and Technology of China(USTC) and the Purple Mountain Observatory(PMO). It is equipped with a 2.5-meter diameter primary mirror, an active optics system, and a mosaic CCD camera with 0.73 gigapixels on the primary focal plane for highquality image capture over a 6.5-square-degree field of view. The installation of WFST near the summit of Saishiteng mountain in the Lenghu region is scheduled in summer of 2023, and the operation is planned to start three months later. WFST will scan the northern sky in four optical bands(u, g, r and i) at cadences from hourly/daily in the deep high-cadence survey(DHS) program, to semi-weekly in the wide field survey(WFS) program. During a photometric night, a nominal 30 s exposure in the WFS program will reach a depth of 22.27, 23.32, 22.84, and 22.31(AB magnitudes) in these four bands, respectively, allowing for the detection of a tremendous amount of transients in the low-z universe and a systematic investigation of the variability of Galactic and extragalactic objects. In the DHS program, intranight 90 s exposures as deep as 23(u) and 24 mag(g), in combination with target of opportunity follow-ups, will provide a unique opportunity to explore energetic transients in demand for high sensitivities, including the electromagnetic counterparts of gravitational wave events, supernovae within a few hours of their explosions,tidal disruption events and fast, luminous optical transients even beyond redshift of unity. In addition, the final 6-year co-added images, anticipated to reach g■25.8 mag in WFS or 1.5 mags deeper in DHS, will be of fundamental importance to general Galactic and extragalactic science. The highly uniform legacy surveys of WFST will serve as an indispensable complement to those of the Vera C. 11Estimating the Spatial Variation of Electricity Consumption Anomalies and the Influencing Factors显示文摘Effective detection of abnormal electricity users and analysis of the spatial distribution and influencing factors of abnormal electricity consumption in urban areas have positive effects on the quality of electricity consumption by customers,safe operation of power grids,and sustainable development of cities.However,current abnormal electricity consumption detection models do not consider the time dependence of time-series data and rely on a large number of training samples,and no study has analyzed the spatial distribution and influencing factors of abnormal electricity consumption in urban areas.In this study,we use the Seasonal-Trend decomposition procedure based on Loess(STL)based time series decomposition and outlier detection to detect abnormal electricity consumption in the central city of Pingxiang,and analyze the relationship between spatial variation and urban functions through Geodetector.The results show that the degree of abnormal electricity consumption in urban areas is related to geographic location and has spatial heterogeneity,and the abnormal electricity users are mainly located in areas with highly mixed residential,commercial and entertainment functions in the city.The results obtained from this study can provide a reference basis and a theoretical foundation for the detection of abnormal electricity consumption by users and the arming of electricity theft devices in the power grid.Yuyun LIANG Yao YAO Xiaoqin YAN Qingfeng GUAN 2022Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2022,5,2:1
12Late Cretaceous K-rich rhyolitic crystal tuffs from the Chuduoqu area in Eastern Qiangtang subterrane:evidence for crustal thickening of the central Tibetan Plateau prior to India–Asia collision显示文摘In order to constrain whether the Lhasa–Qiangtang collision contributed to an early crustal thickening of the central Tibetan Plateau prior to the India–Asia collision,we present zircon LA–ICP–MS U–Pb ages,wholerock geochemistry,and zircon Hf isotopic compositions of the newly discovered rhyolitic crystal tuffs from the Chuduoqu area in the eastern Qiangtang subterrane,central Tibet.Zircon U–Pb dating suggests that the Chuduoqu rhyolitic crystal tuffs were emplaced at ca.68 Ma.The Chuoduoqu rhyolitic crystal tuffs display high SiO_(2) and K2 O,and low MgO,Cr,and Ni.Combined with their zircon Hf isotopic data,we suggest that they were derived from partial melting of the juvenile lower crust,and the magma underwent fractional crystallization and limited upper continental crustal assimilation during its evolution prior to eruption.They should be formed in a post-collisional environment related to lithospheric mantle delamination.The Chuduoqu rhyolitic crystal tuffs could provide important constraints on the Late Cretaceous crustal thickening of the central Tibetan Plateau caused by the Lhasa–Qiangtang collision.Yonggang Sun Bile Li Fengyue Sun Qingfeng Ding Junlin Dong Ye Qian Yujin Li Zhen Yao 2022Acta Geochimica2022,41,1:0

14A high-safety, flame-retardant cellulose-based separator with encapsulation structure for lithium-ion battery显示文摘The safety issues of lithium-ion batteries have received attention because flammable organic electrolytes are used.Also,the commercial polyolefin separator will undergo severe thermal shrinkage when the internal temperature of the battery increases to 130-160°C,which increases the risk.Therefore,the development of a high thermal stability and high-safety separator is an effective strategy to improve battery safety.Herein,we design a green,cellulose-based separator(Cel@DBDPE)with a unique encapsulation structure for lithium-ion batteries,in which functional flame retardants(DBDPE)are wrapped in microscrolls formed by the self-rolling of 2D cellulose nanosheets upon freeze-drying.This structure can firmly anchor DBDPE particles in the separator to prevent them from undergoing exfoliation and does not affect the properties of the separator,such as the thickness and the pore structure.Compared with commercial polypropylene,Cel@DBDPE has excellent thermal stability and flame retardancy.The former makes it less prone to thermal shrinkage and the latter can effectively prevent the combustion of the electrolyte,showing an efficient self-extinguishing ability.Moreover,the Cel@DBDPE is only 15μm in size and has competitive properties comparable to polypropylene.Thus,there is no sacrifice in the electrochemical performance of battery when the Cel@DBDPE is used as separator.This study provides a new structural design for the construction of a high-safety separator.Jinzhou Fu Hanwei Wang Zhichen Du Yao Liu Qingfeng Sun Huiqiao Li 2023SmartMat2023,4,5:0
