3Modulating the optical and electrical properties of MAPbBr_(3) single crystals via voltage regulation engineering and application in memristors显示文摘Defect density is one of the most significant characteristics of perovskite single crystals(PSCs)that determines their optical and electrical properties,but few strategies are available to tune this property.Here,we demonstrate that voltage regulation is an efficient method to tune defect density,as well as the optical and electrical properties of PSCs.A three-step carrier transport model of MAPbBr_(3) PSCs is proposed to explore the defect regulation mechanism and carrier transport dynamics via an applied bias.Dynamic and steady-state photoluminescence measurements subsequently show that the surface defect density,average carrier lifetime,and photoluminescence intensity can be efficiently tuned by the applied bias.In particular,when the regulation voltage is 20 V(electrical poling intensity is 0.167 Vμm^(−1)),the surface defect density of MAPbBr_(3) PSCs is reduced by 24.27%,the carrier lifetime is prolonged by 32.04%,and the PL intensity is increased by 112.96%.Furthermore,a voltage-regulated MAPbBr_(3) PSC memristor device shows an adjustable multiresistance,weak ion migration effect and greatly enhanced device stability.Voltage regulation is a promising engineering technique for developing advanced perovskite optoelectronic devices.Jun Xing Chen Zhao Yuting Zou Wenchi Kong Zhi Yu Yuwei Shan Qingfeng Dong Ding Zhou Weili Yu Chunlei Guo 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:3

5Preparation and characterization of dense lanthanum-doped bismuth titanate ceramics显示文摘In this work, we present an effective way to increase the density of lanthanum-doped bismuth titanate ceramics (Bi4?xLaxTi3O12; BLT). Dense BLT ceramics with formula Bi4?xLaxTi3O12 (when x = 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0) are prepared by using nanocrystalline powders fabricated by the sol-gel method and high-pressure technique. The thermal decomposition and phase transformation process of the gel precursors are studied by using DTA, infrared spectroscopy (IRS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microstructures of BLT ceramics are investigated by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results indicate that the phase compositions of all samples with various La substitutes at 900°C possess the layer-structure of Bi4Ti3O12 (BTO). The green pellets are pressed under 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 GPa, separately. It is found that the density of BLT ceramics is significantly increased due to the decreasing of porosity in the green compacts by the high-pressure process. The samples are sintered at temperatures between 900 and 1100°C and it is found that the optimum sintering temperature is 1100°C. 8Biomass Homogeneity Reinforced Carbon Aerogels Derived Functional Phase-Change Materials for Solar–Thermal Energy Conversion and Storage显示文摘We deviseda functional form stable compositephase-change materials(PCMs)toachieve a three-dimensional(3D)interconnectedporous carbon aerogel structure for encapsulating polyethyleneglycol(PEG).Anovelhomogeneity reinforced carbonaerogel witha well-interconnected porous structure was constructed bycombining a flexible carbonresource from biomass guar gum with hard-brittle carbonfrom polyimide,to overcome severeshrinkage andpoor mechanical performance of traditionalcarbon aerogel.Thesupportingcarbon aerogel-encapsulated PEG produced thenovel composite PCMswithgood structure stability andcomprehensive energy storage performance.Theresults showed thatthecomposite PCMsdisplayed awell-defined 3Dinterconnected structure,and theirenergy storage capacities were 171.5 and169.5 J/g,which changed onlyslightlyafter 100 thermalcycles,andthe compositescould maintainthe equilibrium temperature at50.0−58.1℃ for about 760.3 s.The thermal conductivityofthe compositescould reach0.62 W m^(−1) K^(−1),which effectively enhanced the thermalresponse rate.And thecomposite PCMs exhibited good leakage-proof performance andexcellent light–thermal conversion.The compressive strengthof thecomposite PCMscan improveupto 1.602 MPa.Results indicatethatthisstrategy canbe efficiently usedtodevelop novel composite PCMswithimproved comprehensive thermalperformance and high light–thermal conversion.Qingfeng Zhang Tingfeng Xia Qihan Zhang Yucao Zhu Huanzhi Zhang Fen Xu Lixian Sun Xiaodong Wang Yongpeng Xia Xiangcheng Lin Hongliang Peng Pengru Huang Yongjin Zou Hailiang Chu Bin Li 2023Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,1:1
9Influence of the time-step on the production of free nucleons and pions from heavy-ion collisions around 1 GeV/nucleon显示文摘By considering different values of the time-step for the potential updates in the ultra-relativistic quantum molecular dynamics(UrQMD) model, we examine its influence on observables, such as the yield and collective flow of nucleons and pions from heavyion collisions around 1 GeV/nucleon. It is found that these observables are affected to some extent by the choice of the time-step,and the impact of the time-step on the pion-related observables is more visible than that on the nucleon-related ones.
