| 1 | A Consortium Blockchain Paradigm on Hyperledger-Based Peer-to-Peer Lending System显示文摘This paper focuses on how to use consortium blockchain to improve the regulation of peer-to-peer(P2 P) lending market. The partial decentralized consortium blockchain with limited pre-set nodes can well improve transparency and security, which is suitable for financial regulation. Considering irregularities of the P2P lending market, the Hyperledger-based Peer-to-Peer Lending System(HyperP2PLS) is proposed. First elaborate the application scenario and business logic of the system, where a national P2P Lending Trading Center will be established to integrate all transactions and information of P2P lending market. Then construct the system architecture consisting of the blockchain network, HTTP server, and applications. The algorithm of implementation process and the web application for users have been well illustrated. | 5 | Analytical and Experimental Study of Free Vibration of Beams Carrying Multiple Masses and Springs显示文摘The structures in engineering can be simplified into elastic beams with concentrated masses and elastic spring supports. Studying the law of vibration of the beams can be a help in guiding its design and avoiding resonance. Based on the Laplace transform method, the mode shape functions and the frequency equations of the beams in the typical boundary conditions are derived. A cantilever beam with a lumped mass and a spring is selected to obtain its natural frequencies and mode shape functions. An experiment was conducted in order to get the modal parameters of the beam based on the NExT-ERA method. By comparing the analytical and experimental results, the effects of the locations of the mass and spring on the modal parameter are discussed. The variation of the natural frequencies was obtained with the changing stiffness coefficient and mass coefficient, respectively. | 8 | On high-performance rotational energy harvesting with a novel cam-like dielectric elastomer generator显示文摘Rotational energy is a type of common energy source that can be harvested for supplying low-powered electronic devices.This paper proposes and investigates a novel cam-like dielectric elastomer generator(CDEG)for high-performance rotational energy harvesting.A mushroom-head clamp is designed to form a type of advanced conical dielectric elastomer membranes(DEMs).Moreover,a type of multi-protrusion cam mechanism is designed in the CDEG to effectively convert any external rotational excitation into a linear reciprocating motion,which can be further converted into electricity through the DEMs.First,the operating principle of the system under external rotational excitation is analyzed theoretically by deducing the deformation condition of the DEMs and the electrical output of the system.Second,the prototype is fabricated,and the rotational-to-linear motion conversion rule of its cam-like mechanism and the DEM capacitance calculation approach are validated.The experimental results show that adequate charging time and discharging time of the DEMs,which can be realized through the proposed cam-like mechanisms,are beneficial to the energy harvesting(EH)performance of the system.Third,with the validated theoretical model,numerical simulations are conducted to further study the system dynamics and the influences of important system parameters on the EH performance to provide a guideline for system improvement.Finally,the genetic algorithm is adopted to obtain the optimal system parameters and the corresponding electrical output of the proposed CDEG,demonstrating its superior output power at ultralow rotational frequencies compared with other typical rotational energy harvesters in the literature. | FANG ShiTong WANG ShuaiBo ZHANG GuoQing WANG Chen XU JunChen WANG ZhouZhou FENG AiJie QIAO ZiJian YURCHENKO Daniil LAI ZhiHui | 2023 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,5: | 0 |
| 9 | Relationship of Microchannels and Plaque Erosion in Patients with ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction: An Optical Coherence Tomography Study显示文摘Objective:Microchannels are associated with the progression of atherosclerotic vulnerable plaques.However,in patients with culprit optical coherence tomography(OCT)-defined plaque erosion,the knowledge of microchannels and culprit lesion vulnerability is limited.The aim of this study was to investigate culprit lesion characteristics in patients with ST-segment elevated myocardial infarction(STEMI)caused by plaque erosion with and without microchannels using OCT.Methods:In all,348 STEMI patients with plaque erosion who underwent OCT of the culprit lesion at the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University(Harbin,China)from August 2014 to December 2017 were included and divided into the microchannel group(n=116,33.3%)and no-microchannel group(n=232,66.7%).The clinical characteristics and OCT-derived plaque features were compared between both groups.Results:Among the 348 STEMI patients with plaque erosion,culprit lesions with microchannels had higher incidence of lipid plaque(59.5%vs.45.3%,P=0.012);calcification(41.4%vs.24.6%,P=0.002);spotty calcification(30.2%vs.18.1%,P=0.014);macrophages accumulation(72.4%vs.45.7%,P<0.001);and cholesterol crystals(32.8%vs.14.2%,P<0.001)than those without microchannels.In addition,minimal lumen area was smaller((1.9±0.9)mm2 vs.(2.8±2.3)mm2,P<0.001)and lumen area stenosis was greater((71.3%±13.4%)vs.(65.3%±19.3%),P=0.001)in the microchannel group than in the no-microchannel group.Conclusion:In patients with STEMI caused by plaque erosion,one-third manifested typical microchannel characteristics,and those with microchannels were associated with more severe luminal stenosis and more vulnerable plaque features than those without microchannels. | Senqing Jiang Junchen Guo Yanwei Yin Chao Fang Jifei Wang Yidan Wang Fangmeng Lei Sibo Sun Xueying Pei Ruyi Jia Shaotao Zhang Lulu Li Yini Wang Lei Xing Huai Yu Huimin Liu Maoen Xu Xuefeng Ren Lijia Ma Guo Wei Jingbo Hou Jiannan Dai Bo Yu | 2022 | Cardiology Discovery2022,2,2: | 0 |

| 13 | Two‑Level Biomimetic Designs Enable Intelligent Stress Dispersion for Super‑Foldable C/NiS Nanofiber Free‑Standing Electrode显示文摘Due to the lack of in-depth understanding about the folding issues of the electronic materials,it is a huge challenge to pre-pare a super-foldable and highly electrochemical faradic electrode.Here,inspired from from the fully nimble structures of cuit cocoons and cockscomb petals,with two-level biomimetic design,for the first time we prepared a super-foldable and electrochemically functional freestanding cathode,made of C-fiber@NiS-cockscomb(SFCNi).In virtue of its nimble biomi-metic structures,SFCNi can remarkably sustain over 100,000 times,repeated true-folding without composite fibers fracture,functional matters detachment,conductivity degradation,or electrochemical performance change.The main mechanism behind these behaviors was disclosed by Real-time scanning electron microscopy and mechanical simulations,on the folding process.Results unveil that the cockscomb-like NiS with atomic thickness can deform freely due to the need of bending,and the cuit-cocoon-like SFCNi can generate an“ε-shape”folding structure at the crease.Such a smart self-adaptive deforma-tion capability can effectively reduce the effect of stresses and local excessive deformations,so that the chemical bonds can preserve their interaction,and the material won’t fracture.This subtle and exceptional mechanical behavior realizes a super-foldable property.The two-level biomimetic design strategy is a novel method for fabrication of super-foldable composite electrodes and integrated multi-functional super-foldable devices. | Guangtao Zan Tong Wu Wenya Dong Junchen Zhou Teng Tu Ruoxuan Xu Yun Chen Ying Wang Qingsheng Wu | 2022 | Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,5: | 0 |
| 14 | CHRM3 is a novel prognostic factor of poor prognosis andpromotes glioblastoma progression via activation of oncogenicinvasive growth factors显示文摘Glioblastoma(GBM)is the most aggressive cancer of the brain and has a high mortality rate due to the lack of effective treatment strategy.Clarification of molecular mechanisms of GBM’s characteristic invasive growth is urgently needed to improve the poor prognosis.Single-nuclear sequencing of primary and recurrent GBM samples revealed that levels of M3 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor(CHRM3)were significantly higher in the recurrent samples than in the primary samples.Moreover,immunohistochemical staining of an array of GBM samples showed that high levels of CHRM3 correlated with poor prognosis,consistent with The Cancer Genome Atlas database.Knockdown of CHRM3 inhibited GBM cell growth and invasion.An assay of orthotopic GBM animal model in vivo indicated that inhibition of CHRM3 significantly suppressed GBM progression with prolonged survival time.Transcriptome analysis revealed that CHRM3 knockdown significantly reduced an array of classic factors involved in cancer invasive growth,including MMP1/MMP3/MMP10/MMP12 and CXCL1/CXCL5/CXCL8.Taken together,CHRM3 is a novel and vital factor of GBM progression via regulation of multiple oncogenic genes and may serve as a new biomarker for prognosis and therapy of GBM patients. | BIN ZHANG JIANYI ZHAO YONGZHI WANG HUA XU BO GAO GUANGNING ZHANG BIN HAN GUOHONG SONG JUNCHEN ZHANG WEI MENG | 2023 | Oncology Research2023,31,6: | 0 |
