1Service-aware 6G:An intelligent and open network based on the convergence of communication,computing and caching显示文摘With the proliferation of the Internet of Things(IoT),various services are emerging with totally different features and requirements,which cannot be supported by the current fifth generation of mobile cellular networks(5G).The future sixth generation of mobile cellular networks(6G)is expected to have the capability to support new and unknown services with changing requirements.Hence,in addition to enhancing its capability by 10–100 times compared with 5G,6G should also be intelligent and open to adapt to the ever-changing services in the IoT,which requires a convergence of Communication,Computing and Caching(3C).Based on the analysis of the requirements of new services for 6G,this paper identifies key enabling technologies for an intelligent and open 6G network,all featured with 3C convergence.These technologies cover fundamental and emerging topics,including 3C-based spectrum management,radio channel construction,delay-aware transmission,wireless distributed computing,and network self-evolution.From the detailed analysis of these 3C-based technologies presented in this paper,we can see that although they are promising to enable an intelligent and open 6G,more efforts are needed to realize the expected 6G network.Yiqing Zhou Ling Liu Lu Wang Ning Hui Xinyu Cui Jie Wu Yan Peng Yanli Qi Chengwen Xing 2020Digital Communications and Networks2020,6,3:57
2Numerical simulation and experimental verification on downwash air flow of six-rotor agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle in hover显示文摘Recently,multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)becomes more and more significantly irreplaceable in the field of plant protection against diseases,pests and weeds of crops.The easy takeoff and landing performance,hover function and high spraying efficiency of UAV are urgently required to spray pesticide for crop timely and effectively,especially in dispersed plots and hilly mountains.In such situations,the current researches about UAV spray application mainly focus on studying the influence of the UAV spraying parameters on the droplet deposition,such as operation height,operation velocity and wind velocity.The deposition and distribution of pesticide droplets on crops which depends on installation position of nozzle and airflow distribution characteristics of UAV are directly related to the control effect of pesticide and crop growth in different growth periods.As a preliminary step,this study focuses on the dynamic development law and distribution characteristics of the downwash air flow for the SLK-5 six-rotor agricultural UAV.Based on compressible Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)equations with an RNG k-εturbulence model and dynamic mesh technology,the efficient three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was established to analyze the flow field distribution characteristics of UAV in hover.Then the unsteady interaction flow field of the wing was investigated in detail.The downwash wind speed of the marked points for the SLK-5 UAV in hover was also tested by weather tracker.It was found that the maximum velocity value of the downwash flow was close to 10 m/s;the z-direction velocity was the main body of the wind velocity in the downwash airflow,and the comparison of the wind velocity experiment test and simulation showed that the relative error was less than 12%between the experimental and simulated values of the z-direction velocity at the marked points.Then the flow characteristics of the longitudinal and cross section were analyzed in detail,the results obtained can be used as a reference for drift and sedimentation studies for multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle.Yang Fengbo Xue Xinyu Zhang Ling Sun Zhu 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,4:28

4The correlation and overlaps between PD-L1 expression and classical genomic aberrations in Chinese lung adenocarcinoma patients: a single center case series显示文摘Objective:To investigate the correlation and overlaps between PD-L1 expression and classical genomic aberrations in Chinese lung adenocarcinoma(LADC)patients.Methods:We reviewed 428 consecutive,surgically resected cases of LADC from October 2015 to December 2016 from our center.PD-L1 expression was evaluated based on tumor proportion score(TPS).Correlation and co-occurrence of PD-L1 expression level with those of classical driver genes,such as EGFR,ALK,ROS-1,and KRAS and with clinical variables and disease-free survival(DFS)were analyzed.Results:Seventy of the 428 cases(16.4%)showed TPS≥1%,and 21 cases(4.9%)showed TPS≥50%.PD-L1 positive expression was significantly associated with male gender,smoking,advanced TNM stage,and solid histologic subtype.Both TPS≥1% and ≥50%were correlated with the absence of an EGFR mutation(P<0.001)and the presence of ALK rearrangement(P=0.024).KRAS mutation was associated with TPS≥50%(P=0.035).PD-L1 positivity commonly overlapped with the alterations of classical driver oncogenes(58.5%with TPS≥1% and 42.9% with TPS≥50%).Approximately three-quarters of PD-L1 positive cases co-occurred with classical therapeutic-gene aberrations in cases with stage III/IV cancer or cancer progression.LADC could be divided into four subgroups based on the expression profile of current routine biomarkers for potential therapeutic strategies.Conclusions:PD-L1 expression is not only closely correlated with classic gene alterations but also commonly overlaps with the aberrations of classical driver oncogenes in Chinese LADC patients.These findings provide a useful overview of clinical strategies that rely on the profile of routinely used molecular biomarkers.Jianghua Wu Wei Sun Haiyue Wang Xiaozheng Huang Xinyu Wang Weiyang Jiang Ling Jia Ping Wang Qin Feng Dongmei Lin 2019Cancer Biology & Medicine2019,16,4:5

6Evaluation of COC183B2 antibody targeting ovarian cancer by near-infrared fluorescence imaging显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the imaging potential of a novel near-infrared(NIR) probe conjugated to COC183 B2 monoclonal antibodies(MAb) in ovarian cancer(OC).Methods: The expression of OC183 B2 antigen in OC was determined by immunohistochemical(IHC) staining using tissue microarrays with the H-score system and immunofluorescence(IF) staining of tumor cell lines.Imaging probes with the NIR fluorescent dye cyanine 7(Cy7) conjugated to COC183 B2 Mab were chemically engineered. OC183 B2-positive human OC cells(SKOV3-Luc) were injected subcutaneously into BALB/c nude mice. Bioluminescent imaging(BLI) was performed to detect tumor location and growth. COC183 B2-Cy7 at 1.1,3.3, 10, or 30 μg were used for in vivo fluorescence imaging, and phosphate-buffered saline(PBS), free Cy7 dye and mouse isotype immunoglobulin G(IgG)-Cy7(delivered at the same doses as COC183 B2-Cy7) were used as controls.Results: The expression of OC183 B2 with a high H-score was more prevalent in OC tissue than fallopian tube(FT) tissue. Among 417 OC patients, the expression of OC183 B2 was significantly correlated with the histological subtype, histological grade, residual tumor size, relapse state and survival status. IF staining demonstrated that COC183 B2 specifically expressed in SKOV3 cells but not HeLa cells. In vivo NIR fluorescence imaging indicated that COC183 B2-Cy7 was mainly distributed in the xenograft and liver with optimal tumor-to-background(T/B)ratios in the xenograft at 30 μg dose. The highest fluorescent signals in the tumor were observed at 96 h postinjection(hpi). Ex vivo fluorescence imaging revealed the fluorescent signals mainly from the tumor and liver. 7Recent advances in bacteriophage-based therapeutics:Insight into the post-antibiotic era显示文摘Antibiotic resistance is one of the biggest threats to global health, as it can make the treatment of bacterial infections in humans difficult owing to their high incidence rate, mortality, and treatment costs. Bacteriophage, which constitutes a type of virus that can kill bacteria, is a promising alternative strategy against antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections. Although bacteriophage therapy was first used nearly a century ago, its development came to a standstill after introducing the antibiotics. Nowadays, with the rise in antibiotic resistance, bacteriophage therapy is in the spotlight again.As bacteriophage therapy is safe and has significant anti-bacterial activity, some specific types of bacteriophages(such as bacteriophage phi X174 and Pyo bacteriophage complex liquid) entered into phase Ⅲ clinical trials. Herein, we review the key points of the antibiotic resistance crisis and illustrate the factors that support the renewal of bacteriophage applications. By summarizing recent state-of-the-art studies and clinical data on bacteriophage treatment, we introduced(i) the pharmacological mechanisms and advantages of antibacterial bacteriophages,(ii) bacteriophage preparations with clinical potential and bacteriophage-derived anti-bacterial treatment strategies, and(iii) bacteriophage therapeutics aimed at multiple infection types and infection-induced cancer treatments. 8Metal-organic frameworks as functional materials for implantable flexible biochemical sensors显示文摘Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)exhibit attractive properties such as highly accessible surface area,large porosity,tunable pore size,and built-in redox-active metal sites.They may serve as excellent candidates to construct implantable flexible devices for biochemical sensing due to their high thermal and solution stability.However,MOFs-based sensors have only been mostly reported for in-vitro chemical sensing,their use in implantable chemical sensing and combination with flexible electronics to achieve excellent mechanical compatibility with tissues and organs has rarely been summarized.This paper systematically reviews the biochemical sensors based on MOFs and discusses the feasibility to achieve implantable biochemical sensing through MOFs-based flexible electronics.The properties of MOFs and underlying mechanisms have been intrcxluced,followed by a summarization of different biochemical sensing applications.Strategies to integrate MOFs with flexible devices have been supplied from the standpoints of matching mechanics and compatible fabrication processes.Issues that should be addressed in developing flexible MOFs sensors and potential solutions have also been provided,followed by the perspective for future applications of flexible MOFs sensors.This paper may serve as a reference to offer potential guidelines for the development of flexible MOFs-based biochemical sensors that may benefit future applications in personal healthcare,disease diagnosis and treatment,and fundamental study of various biological processes.Ya Li Wei Ling Xinyu Liu Xue Shang Pan Zhou Zhaorun Chen Hang Xu Xian Huang 2021Nano Research2021,14,9:2
9Chemotherapy initiation with single-course methotrexate alone or combined with dactinomycin versus multi-course methotrexate for low-risk gestational trophoblastic neoplasia: a multi-centric randomized clinical trial显示文摘We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of single-course initial regimens in patients with low-risk gestational trophoblastic neoplasia(GTN).In this trial (NCT01823315),276 patients were analyzed.Patients were allocated to three initiated regimens:single-course methotrexate(MTX),single-course MTX+dactinomycin(ACTD),and multi-course MTX(control arm).The primary endpoint was the complete remission(CR)rate by initial drug(s).The primary CR rate was 64.4%with multi-course MTX in the control arm.For the single-course MTX arm,the CR rate was 35.8%by one course;it increased to 59.3%after subsequent multi-course MTX,with non-inferiority to the control(difference-5.1%,95%confidence interval(CI)-19.4%to 9.2%,P=0.014).After further treatment with multi-course ACTD,the CR rate(93.3%)was similar to that of the control(95.2%,P=0.577).For the single-course MTX+ACTD arm,the CR rate was 46.7%by one course,which increased to 89.1%after subsequent multi-course,with non-inferiority(difference 24.7%,95%CI 12.8%-36.6%,P<0.001)to the control.It was similar to the CR rate by MTX and further ACTD in the control arm(89.1%vs.95.2%,P=0.135).Four patients experienced recurrence,with no death,during the 2-year follow-up.We demonstrated that chemotherapy initiation with single-course MTX may be an alternative regimen for patients with low-risk GTN.Lili Chen Ling Xi Jie Jiang Rutie Yin Pengpeng Qu Xiuqin Li Xiaoyun Wan Yaxia Chen Dongxiao Hu Yuyan Mao Zimin Pan Xiaodong Cheng Xinyu Wang Qingli Li Danhui Weng Xi Zhang Hong Zhang Quanhong Ping Xiaomei Liu Xing Xie Beihua Kong Ding Ma Weiguo Lu 2022Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,2:2
10A micro-nano optogenetic system based on probiotics for in situ host metabolism regulation显示文摘Genetically engineered bacteria have aroused attention as micro-nano drug delivery systems in situ.However,conventional designs of engineered bacteria usually function constantly or autonomously,which might be non-specific or imprecise.Therefore,designing and optimizing in situ control strategy are important methodological progress for therapeutic researches of intestinal engineered bacteria.Here,a micro-nano optogenetic system based on probiotic was developed combining microelectronics,nanotechnology,and synthetic biology to achieve in situ controllable drug delivery.Firstly,optogenetic engineered Lactococcus lactis was orally administrated in the intestinal tract.A wearable optical device was designed to control optical signals remotely.Then,L.lactis could be customized to secrete peptides according to optical signals.As an example,optogenetic L.lactis system can be constructed to secrete glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)under the control of the wearable optical device to regulate metabolism.To improve the half-life of GLP-1 in vivo,Fc-domain fused GLP-1 was optimally used.Using this strategy,blood glucose,weight,and other features were well controlled in rats and mice models.Furthermore,upconversion microcapsules were introduced to increase the excitation wavelength of the optogenetic system for better penetrability.This strategy has biomedical potential to expand the toolbox for intestinal engineered bacteria.Xinyu Zhang Ning Ma Wei Ling Gaoju Pang Tao Sun Jing Liu Huizhuo Pan Meihui Cui Chunli Han Chun Yang Jin Chang Xian Huang Hanjie Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:2

12Enhanced electrochemical performance and mechanism study of AgLi1/3Sn2/3O2 for lithium storage显示文摘Herein,AgLi1/3Sn2/3O2 with delafossite structure was prepared by treating the layered compound Li2 SnO3 with molten AgN03 via ion exchange of Li^+for Ag^+.The structure characterization and the electrochemical performance of AgLi1/3Sn2/3O2 was thoroughly investigated.AgLi1/3Sn2/3O2 is found to possess stacking lamellar morphology,which means small electrochemical impedance and so facilitates charge transfer kinetics during the cycling.Compared with Li2 Sn03,due to the introducing of excellent electrical conductivity of silver,AgLi1/3Sn2/3O2 exhibits improved electrochemical performance in terms of capacity,cycling stability and coulombic efficiency.The results show AgLi1/3Sn2/3O2 presents favorable specific capacity of 339 mAh/g at current density of 200 mA/g after 50 cycles and initial coulombic efficiency of 96%.Exsitu XRD analysis revealed the reaction mechanism of AgLi1/3Sn2/3O2 as an anode for lithium ion batteries.Fan Lu Jie Yang Ling Zhou Xinyue Wang Yin Yang Jumei Li 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12:1

14ESCRT-Ⅲ component OsSNF7.2 modulates leaf rolling by trafficking and endosomal degradation of auxin biosynthetic enzyme OsYUC8 in rice显示文摘The endosomal sorting complex required for transport(ESCRT)is highly conserved in eukaryotic cells and plays an essential role in the biogenesis of multivesicular bodies and cargo degradation to the plant vacuole or lysosomes.Although ESCRT components affect a variety of plant growth and development processes,their impact on leaf development is rarely reported.Here,we found that OsSNF7.2,an ESCRT-Ⅲ component,controls leaf rolling in rice(Oryza sativa).The Ossnf7.2 mutant rolled leaf 17(rl17)has adaxially rolled leaves due to the decreased number and size of the bulliform cells.OsSNF7.2is expressed ubiquitously in all tissues,and its protein is localized in the endosomal compartments.OsSNF7.2 homologs,including OsSNF7,OsSNF7.3,and OsSNF7.4,can physically interact with OsSNF7.2,but their single mutation did not result in leaf rolling.Other ESCRT complex subunits,namely OsVPS20,OsVPS24,and OsBRO1,also interact with OsSNF7.2.Further assays revealed that OsSNF7.2 interacts with OsYUC8 and aids its vacuolar degradation.Both Osyuc8and rl17 Osyuc8 showed rolled leaves,indicating that OsYUC8 and OsSNF7.2 function in the same pathway,conferring leaf development.This study reveals a new biological function for the ESCRT-Ⅲcomponents,and provides new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying leaf rolling.Liang Zhou Saihua Chen Maohong Cai Song Cui Yulong Ren Xinyue Zhang Tianzhen Liu Chunlei Zhou Xin Jin Limin Zhang Minxi Wu Shuyi Zhang Zhijun Cheng Xin Zhang Cailin Lei Qibing Lin Xiuping Guo Jie Wang Zhichao Zhao Ling Jiang Shanshan Zhu Jianmin Wan 2023Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2023,65,6:1

16Nano silica aerogel-induced formation of an organic/alloy biphasic interfacial layer enables construction of stable high-energy lithium metal batteries显示文摘Lithium metal batteries represent promising candidates for high-energy-density batteries, however, many challenges must still be overcome,e.g., interface instability and dendrite growth. In this work, nano silica aerogel was employed to generate a hybrid film with high lithium ion conductivity(0.6 mS cm^(-1)at room temperature) via an in situ crosslinking reaction. TOF-SIMS profile analysis has revealed conversion mechanism of hybrid film to Li–Si alloy/Li F biphasic interface layer, suggesting that the Li–Si alloy and Li F-rich interface layer promoted rapid Li+transport and shielded the Li anodes from corrosive reactions with electrolyte-derived products. When coupled with nickel-cobalt-manganese-based cathodes, the batteries achieve outstanding capacity retention over 1000 cycles at 1 C. Additionally the developed film coated on Li enabled high coulombic efficiency(99.5%) after long-term cycling when coupled with S cathodes. 19Multi-chain Fudan-CCDC model for COVID-19—a revisit to Singapore's case显示文摘Background:COVID-19 has been impacting on the whole world critically and constantly since late December 2019.Rapidly increasing infections has raised intense worldwide attention.How to model the evolution of COVID-19 effectively and efficiently is of great significance for prevention and control.Methods:We propose the multi-chain Fudan-CCDC model based on the original single-chain model in[Shao et al.2020]to describe the evolution of COVID-19 in Singapore.Multi-chains can be considered as the superposition of several single chains with different characteristics.We identify the parameters of models by minimizing the penalty function.Results:The numerical simulation results exhibit the multi-chain model performs well on data fitting.Though unsteady the increments are,they could still fall within the range of±30%fluctuation from simulation results.Conclusion:The multi-chain Fudan-CCDC model provides an effective way to early detect the appearance of imported infectors and super spreaders and forecast a second outbreak.It can also explain the data from those countries where the single-chain model shows deviation from the data.Hanshuang Pan Nian Shao Yue Yan Xinyue Luo Shufen Wang Ling Ye Jin Cheng Wenbin Chen 2020Quantitative Biology2020,8,4:1
