| 1 | 氧化石墨烯对水泥水化进程及其主要水化产物的影响显示文摘研究了氧化石墨烯(GO)对水泥水化进程及其主要水化产物氢氧化钙(CH)、水化硅酸钙凝胶(C-S-H)的影响。采用原子力显微镜、透射电镜等对所用GO进行了表征,采用水化热、X射线衍射分析以及热重分析等方法对不同GO掺量的新拌水泥浆体水化程度以及水化产物含量等进行了测量。结果表明:GO的掺入对水泥水化进程并无明显影响,即GO并不存在促进水化的作用,但是GO的掺入可以影响水化产物尤其是氢氧化钙的结晶过程和形态;GO对水泥浆体硬化后形成的凝胶孔特征有重要影响,随着GO掺量的增加,能够使凝胶孔中存有更多的自由水,并在一定程度上细化、封闭孔结构;GO的存在不仅对六方片状晶体的生成有明显抑制作用,并且能够细化晶体氢氧化钙的尺寸。 | 王琴 李时雨 王健 潘硕 郭紫薇 吕春祥 CUI Xinyou | 2018 | 硅酸盐学报2018,46,2: | 32 |
| 2 | Power-balancing Instantaneous Optimization Energy Management for a Novel Series-parallel Hybrid Electric Bus显示文摘Energy management(EM) is a core technique of hybrid electric bus(HEB) in order to advance fuel economy performance optimization and is unique for the corresponding configuration. There are existing algorithms of control strategy seldom take battery power management into account with international combustion engine power management. In this paper, a type of power-balancing instantaneous optimization(PBIO) energy management control strategy is proposed for a novel series-parallel hybrid electric bus. According to the characteristic of the novel series-parallel architecture, the switching boundary condition between series and parallel mode as well as the control rules of the power-balancing strategy are developed. The equivalent fuel model of battery is implemented and combined with the fuel of engine to constitute the objective function which is to minimize the fuel consumption at each sampled time and to coordinate the power distribution in real-time between the engine and battery. To validate the proposed strategy effective and reasonable, a forward model is built based on Matlab/Simulink for the simulation and the dSPACE autobox is applied to act as a controller for hardware in-the-loop integrated with bench test. Both the results of simulation and hardware-in-the-loop demonstrate that the proposed strategy not only enable to sustain the battery SOC within its operational range and keep the engine operation point locating the peak efficiency region, but also the fuel economy of series-parallel hybrid electric bus(SPHEB) dramatically advanced up to 30.73% via comparing with the prototype bus and a similar improvement for PBIO strategy relative to rule-based strategy, the reduction of fuel consumption is up to 12.38%. | 3 | Analysis and external validation of a nomogram to predict peritoneal dissemination in gastric cancer显示文摘Objective:Peritoneal dissemination is difficult to diagnose by conventional imaging technologies.We aimed to construct a nomogram to predict peritoneal dissemination in gastric cancer(GC)patients.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 1,112 GC patients in Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center between2001 and 2010 as the development set and 474 patients from The Sixth Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University between 2010 and 2016 as the validation set.The clinicopathological variables associated with gastric cancer with peritoneal dissemination(GCPD)were analyzed.We used logistic regression analysis to identify independent risk factors for peritoneal dissemination.Then,we constructed a nomogram for the prediction of GCPD and defined its predictive value with a receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.External validation was performed to validate the applicability of the nomogram.Results:In total,250 patients were histologically identified as having peritoneal dissemination.Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that age,sex,tumor location,tumor size,signet-ring cell carcinoma(SRCC),T stage,N stage and Borrmann classification IV(Borrmann IV)were independent risk factors for peritoneal dissemination.We constructed a nomogram consisting of these eight factors to predict GCPD and found an optimistic predictive capability,with a C-index of 0.791,an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.791,and a 95%confidence interval(95%CI)of 0.762-0.820.The results found in the external validation set were also promising.Conclusions:We constructed a highly sensitive nomogram that can assist clinicians in the early diagnosis of GCPD and serve as a reference for optimizing clinical management strategies. | Xijie Chen Shi Chen Xinyou Wang Runcong Nie Dongwen Chen Jun Xiang Yijia Lin Yingbo Chen Junsheng Peng | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2020,32,2: | 6 |
| 4 | Lodging resistance and yield potential of winter wheat:effect of planting density and genotype显示文摘Improved lodging resistance is important for achieving high yield in irrigated environments.This study was conducted to determine genotypic variation in lodging resistance and related morphological traits among winter wheat cultivars planted at two densities,and to identify key traits associated with lodging resistance.Lodging performance of 28 genotypes,including 24 released cultivars and four advanced lines,was evaluated at 250 plants per square meter and 500 plants per square meter in Shandong province during the 2008–2009 and 2009–2010 crop seasons.At the higher density,the average grain yield was 2.6%higher,even though lodging score rose by as much as 136%.The higher planting density increased lodging through increased leaf area index(LAI),plant height,center of gravity and length of basal internodes,and reduced grain weight per spike and diameter of the lower two stem internodes.LAI,center of gravity and diameter of first internodes,as the important indicators for lodging resistance,were significantly correlated with lodging score,with R=0.62,0.59 and–0.52(P<0.01),respectively.Plant pushing resistance was significantly associated with diameter and length of the first internodes(R=0.71–0.77,P<0.01),indicating it could be used to assess the strength of the lower stem.Higher planting density could be used to select genotypes with lodging resistance in irrigated environments.Cultivars carrying high plant density tolerance and high yield potential,such as Jimai 22 and Liangxing 66,were recommended as leading cultivars for production as well as elite crossing parents for further increasing yield potential in the Yellow and Huai Valleys Winter Wheat Zone in China. | Yonggui XIAO Jianjun LIU Haosheng LI Xinyou CAO Xianchun XIA Zhonghu HE | 2015 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2015,2,2: | 5 |
| 5 | Review of cavity optomechanics in the weak-coupling regime: from linearization to intrinsic nonlinear interactions显示文摘Recently, cavity optomechanics has become a rapidly developing research field exploring the coupling between the optical field and mechanical oscillation. Cavity optomechanical systems were predicted to exhibit rich and nontrivial effects due to the nonlinear optomechanical interaction. However, most progress during the past years have focused on the linearization of the optomechanical interaction, which ignored the intrinsic nonlinear nature of the optomechanical coupling. Exploring nonlinear optomechanical interaction is of growing interest in both classical and quantum mechanisms, and nonlinear optomechanical interaction has emerged as an important new frontier in cavity optomechanics. It enables many applications ranging from single-photon sources to generation of nonclassical states. | 7 | Influence of Sb_2O_3 doping on the properties of KBT-NBT-BT lead-free piezoelectric ceramics显示文摘0.144(K0.5Bi0.5)TiO3-0.85(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3-0.006BaTiO3(KBT-NBT-BT) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared using a conventional solid state method.The influence of Sb2O3 doping on the crystal phase,surface microstructure and properties of the KBT-NBT-BT lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were investigated using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and other analytical methods.The results show that all compositions are of pure perovskite structure solid states.Sb2O3 doping does not influence the microstructure of KBT-NBT-BT lead-free piezoelectric ceramics obviously in the Sb2O3 doping range of 0.1-0.5 wt.%.Sb2O3 functions as a donor when doped small amount,while functions as a acceptor when doped large amount.The piezoelectric strain constant(d33) increases first and then decreases;the dielectric constant(ε3T3/ε0) and the dielectric loss(tanδ) decrease continuously when the amount of Sb2O3 dopant increases.When the doping amount of Sb2O3 is 0.1 wt.%,the KBT-NBT-BT piezoelectric ceramics with good comprehensive properties are obtained,whose d33,ε3T3/ε0 and tanδ are 147 pC/N,1510 and 4.2%,respectively. | HUANG Xinyou GAO Chunhua WEI Minxian CHEN Zhigang CUI Yongzhen | 2011 | Rare Metals2011,30,1: | 4 |

| 9 | Cobalt Deposits in the Central China Orogenic Belt显示文摘Cobalt mostly occurs as an associated metal in Cu-Ni sulphide deposits, skarn Fe-Cu-Pb-Zn deposits and volcanic-hosted massive sulphide (VHMS) or sedex deposits. There are different types of cobalt deposits in the Central China orogenic belt. In the Tamu-Kalangu Mississippi-valley type Pb-Zn deposits, many cobalt-nickel sulphide minerals were found. The cobalt content of the ore is 0.064%-0.46% in sedex-type Kendekeke Fe-Pb-Zn-Au deposits, and cobalt sulphide veins with Co contents of 4%-9% have also been found. About 28000 tons of cobalt reserves were delineated in the Dur’ngoi Cu-Co-Zn deposit of VHMS type in the A’nyemaqen Mountains. | 10 | Analysis of genetic diversity and population structure of peanut cultivars and breeding lines from China,India and the US using simple sequence repeat markers显示文摘Cultivated peanut is grown worldwide as richsource of oil and protein. A broad genetic base is needed for cultivar improvement. The objectives of this study were to develop highly informative simple sequence repeat(SSR)markers and to assess the genetic diversity and population structure of peanut cultivars and breeding lines from different breeding programs in China, India and the US. A total of 111 SSR markers were selected for this study, resulting in a total of 472 alleles. The mean values of gene diversity and polymorphic information content(PIC) were 0.480 and 0.429, respectively.Country-wise analysis revealed that alleles per locus in three countries were similar. The mean gene diversity in the US,China and India was 0.363, 0.489 and 0.47 with an average PIC of 0.323, 0.43 and 0.412, respectively. Genetic analysis using the STRUCTURE divided these peanut lines into two populations(P_1, P_2), which was consistent with the dendrogram based on genetic distance(G_1, G_2) and the clustering of principal component analysis. The groupings were related to peanut market types and the geographic origin with a few admixtures. | 13 | Development and validation of an individualized nomogram for early prediction of the duration of SARS-CoV-2 shedding in COVID-19 patients with non-severe disease显示文摘With the number of cases of coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19)increasing rapidly,the World Health Organization(WHO)has recommended that patients with mild or moderate symptoms could be released from quarantine without nucleic acid retesting,and self-isolate in the community.This may pose a potential virus transmission risk.We aimed to develop a nomogram to predict the duration of viral shedding for individual COVID-19 patients.This retrospective multicentric study enrolled 135 patients as a training cohort and 102 patients as a validation cohort.Significant factors associated with the duration of viral shedding were identified by multivariate Cox modeling in the training cohort and combined to develop a nomogram to predict the probability of viral shedding at 9,13,17,and 21 d after admission.The nomogram was validated in the validation cohort and evaluated by concordance index(C-index),area under the curve(AUC),and calibration curve.A higher absolute lymphocyte count(P=0.001)and lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio(P=0.013)were correlated with a shorter duration of viral shedding,while a longer activated partial thromboplastin time(P=0.007)prolonged the viral shedding duration.The C-indices of the nomogram were 0.732(95%confidence interval(CI):0.685-0.777)in the training cohort and 0.703(95%CI:0.642-0.764)in the validation cohort.The AUC showed a good discriminative ability(training cohort:0.879,0.762,0.738,and 0.715 for 9,13,17,and 21 d;validation cohort:0.855,0.758,0.728,and 0.706 for 9,13,17,and 21 d),and calibration curves were consistent between outcomes and predictions in both cohorts.A predictive nomogram for viral shedding duration based on three easily accessible factors was developed to help estimate appropriate self-isolation time for patients with mild or moderate symptoms,and to control virus transmission. | Shijin YUAN Yong PAN Yan XIA Yan ZHANG Jiangnan CHEN Wei ZHENG Xiaoping XU Xinyou XIE Jun ZHANG | 2021 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,4: | 1 |
