1A Strigolactone Biosynthesis Gene Contributed to the Green Revolution in Rice显示文摘Plant architecture is a complex agronomic trait and a major factor of crop yield,which is affected by several important hormones.Strigolactones(SLs)are identified as a new class hormoneinhibiting branching in many plant species and have been shown to be involved in various developmental processes.Genetical and chemical modulation of the SL pathway is recognized as a promising approach to modify plant architecture.However,whether and how the genes involved in the SL pathway could be utilized in breeding still remain elusive.Here,we demonstrate that a partial loss-of-function allele of the SL biosynthesis gene,HIGH TILLERING AND DWARF 1/DWARF17(HTD1/D17),which encodes CAROTENOID CLEAVAGE DIOXYGENASE 7(CCD7),increases tiller number and improves grain yield in rice.We found that the HTD1 gene had been widely utilized and co-selected with Semidwarf 1(SD1),both contributing to the improvement of plant architecture in modern rice varieties since the Green Revolution in the 1960s.Understanding how phytohormone pathway genes regulate plant architecture and how they have been utilized and selected in breeding will lay the foundation for developing the rational approaches toward improving crop yield.Yuexing Wang Lianguang Shang Hong Yu Longjun Zeng Jiang Hu Shen Ni Yuchun Rao Sanfeng Li Jinfang Chu Xiangbing Meng Lei Wang Ping Hu Jijun Yan Shujing Kang Minghao Qu Hai Lin Tao Wang Quan Wang Xingming Hu Hongqi Chen Bing Wang Zhenyu Gao Longbiao Guo Dali Zeng Xudong Zhu Guosheng Xiong Jiayang Li Qian Qian 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,6:23
2Performance of silicone rubber composites using boron nitride to replace alumina tri‐hydrate显示文摘Boron nitride(BN)has attracted increasing attention as a filler using in insulating ma-terials.In this work,by using an equal amount of BN to replace alumina tri‐hydrate(ATH),various SR/BN/ATH composites were prepared,and for comparison,vinyl tri‐methoxysilane(VTMS)was added to prepare SR/BN/ATH‐VTMS composites.With the increasing BN content,Shore A hardness,breakdown strength and thermal conductivity of the silicone rubber(SR)composites increased despite the tensile strength slightly reduced.By replacing all the ATH with BN,the SR composite showed a∼47%increase in breakdown strength,reaching 33.8 kV mm1.The lower dielectric constant and dielectric loss were found for the SR composites with higher BN content,while the decreased dielectric loss and increased dielectric constant were achieved by the intro-duction of VTMS.Owing to the improved filler‐rubber interfacial interactions by adding VTMS,with the same BN content,all the SR/BN/ATH‐VTMS composites exhibited better property than the SR/BN/ATH composites.The best thermal conductivity of the SR composite reached 0.448 Wm1 K1,∼156%higher than that of the ATH filled SR composite.Xin Chen Jiaqi Wang Chong Zhang Wei Yang Jun Lin Xingming Bian Shaojian He 2021High Voltage2021,6,3:2

5Understanding tissue-specificity with human tissue-specific regulatory networks显示文摘Tissue-specificity is important for the function of human body. However, it is still not clear how the functional diversity of different tissues is achieved. Here we construct gene regulatory networks in 13 human tissues by integrating large-scale transcription factor(TF)-gene regulations with gene and protein expression data. By comparing these regulatory networks, we find many tissue-specific regulations that are important for tissue identity. In particular, the tissue-specific TFs are found to regulate more genes than those expressed in multiple tissues, and the processes regulated by these tissue-specific TFs are closely related to tissue functions.Moreover, the regulations that are present in certain tissue are found to be enriched in the tissue associated disease genes, and these networks provide the molecular context of disease genes. 7Filler Size Effect on Tuning Electrical,Mechanical,and Thermal Properties of Field Grading Composites显示文摘field-grading composite with a low switching field,stable nonlinear conductivity performance,and excellent mechanical and thermal properties was prepared by using hybrid ZnO micro-spherical varistors of different particle sizes as the fillers and silicone rubber as the matrix.The hybrid effects of particle size on the electrical,mechanical,and thermal properties of ZnO micro-spherical varistors composites are investigated.An increase in the ZnO micro-spherical varistor size in the composites will lower the switching field but lead to degradation of the mechanical properties and stability of the nonlinear conductivity properties.The silicone rubber is incorporated with a mixture of hybrid ZnO micro-spherical varistors of different sizes at an optimal mass ratio range exhibited low switching field,stable nonlinear conductivity performance,and excellent mechanical and thermal properties.Our findings are helpful to comprehensively regulate performance of advanced field-grading materials and increase stability and durability of electronic and electrical devices.Xiaolei Zhao Jun Hu Xiao Yang Zhiwen Huang Xingming Bian Yuanbao Lin Jinliang He 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,2:0

9Roles of UV light strength and auxiliary electric field in the photocatalytic degradation effect of organic contaminant显示文摘The accumulation of contaminants on the electrical devices could adversely affect the operation.The present work used photocatalytic functional material to coat on the surface of the electrical devices to prevent the influence of organic contamination.This kind of material was mainly composed of TiO_(2)that can remove the contamination by the effect of photooxidation.The photocatalysis was affected by the strength of UV light and electric field.In the experiment,methyl orange(MO)was used as the organic contaminant.The effect of UV light and auxiliary electric field were analysed based on the theoretical simulation.With the stronger UV light,more electron-hole pairs were generated,photocatalytic effect became more pronounced.With the auxiliary electric field,the recombination of electron and hole could be restrained that would increase the productive rate of hole;therefore,more hydroxyl radical will be produced to degrade MO.Lin YaoYu Ma YanXiang Bian XingMing Sun PengCheng 2019High Voltage2019,4,2:0
