| 1 | Effect of burden and origin sites of premature ventricular contractions on left ventricular function by 7-day Holter monitor显示文摘Recent studies have shown that premature ventricular contractions(PVCs) could enlarge the heart,but its risk factors are incompletely understood as a single 24-hour recording cannot reflect the true PVC burden due to day-to-day variability.Our purpose was to investigate the effect of burden and origin sites on left ventricular(LV) function in patients with PVCs by 7-day Holter electrocardiography(ECG).From May 2012 to August2013,112 consecutive patients with PVCs were recruited from the authors' affiliated hospital.All patients received2-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography,12-lead routing ECG and 7-days Holter ECG.Serum N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) levels were measured.A total of 102 participants with PVCs were included in the final analysis.Origin of PVCs from the tricuspid annulus had the highest burden and NT-proBNP level.LV papillary muscle had a higher LV ejection fraction(EF) level and a lower LV end-systolic dimension(ESD) than other PVC foci(P<0.05).The high burden group had a higher LV end-diastolic dimension(EDD) and LVESD but lower LVEF than the other two groups(P<0.05).Female,older age,physical work,and history of PVCs had a significantly positive correlation with symptoms.Male,older age,physical work,and high burden were positive predictors of enlarged LVEDD,LVESD and higher serum NT-proBNP level,but lower LVEF.Seven-day dynamic ECG Holter monitor showed the true PVC burden on patients with PVCs.PVCs with a lower burden or origin from the LV papillary muscle and the fascicle were relatively benign,while PVCs with a higher burden or origin from the tricuspid annulus may lead to cardiac dysfunction. | Wenhua Xu Mingfang Li Minglong Chen Bing Yang Daowu Wang Xiangqing Kong Hongwu Chen Weizhu Ju Kai Gu Kejiang Cao Hailei Liu Qi Jiang Jiaojiao Shi Yan Cui Hong Wang | 2015 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2015,29,6: | 4 |

In its first phase, JUNA aims at the direct measurements of^(25)Mg(p,γ)^(26)Al,^(19)F(p,α)^(16)O,^(13)C(α,n)^(16)O and ^(12)C(α,γ)^(16)O reactions. The experimental setup,which includes an accelerator system with high stability and high intensity, a detector system, and a shielding material with low background, will be established during the above research. | 3 | The dependence of cumulative ^(238)U(n,f) fission yield on incident-neutron energy显示文摘This work is aim at studying the dependence of fission yields on incident neutron energy, so as to produce evaluated yield sets of the energy dependence. Experimental data at different neutron energies for gas fission products 85m,87,88Kr and 138Xe resulting from the 238U(n, f) reaction are processed using codes AVERAGE for weighed average and ZOTT for simultaneous evaluation. Energy dependence of the cumulative fission product yields on the incident neutron is presented. The evaluated curve of product yield is compared with the results calculated by the TALYS-0.64 code. The present evaluation is consistent with other main libraries in error permission. The fit curve of 87,88Kr can be recommended to predict the unmeasured fission yields. | 8 | Experimental and Theoretical Study on the Flexural Behavior of Recycled Concrete Beams Reinforced with GFRP Bars显示文摘This paper experimentally investigated the flexural behavior of reinforced recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)beams reinforced with glass fiber-reinforced polymer(GFRP)bars.A total of twelve beams were built and tested up to failure under four-point bending.The main parameters were reinforcement ratio(0.38%,0.60%,and 1.17%),recycled aggregate replacement ratio(R=0,50%,and 100%)and longitudinal reinforcement types(GFRP and steel).The flexural capacity,failure modes,flexibility deformation,reinforcement strains and crack distribution of the tested beams were investigated and compared with the calculation models of American code ACI 440.1-R-15,Canadian code CSA S806-12 and ISIS-M03-07.The tested results indicated that the reinforcement ratio has great influence on the ultimate load,crack width and deflection of GFRP-RAC beams,the recycled aggregate replacement ratio has little influence on it.However,it was found that the reinforcement ratio has no obvious influence on the cracking load which was only related to the recycled aggregate replacement ratio.The average cracking load decreased by 5%and 15%as the recycled aggregate replacement ratio increased from 0 to 50%and 100%.For the steel-RAC beams,the ultimate load was found to be about 1/2 of the ultimate load of GFRP-RAC beam under the same condition and the trend of strain,deflection and crack width were different from GFRP-RAC beams.This is due to the different material properties of GFRP bars and steel rebar.On the other hand,the calculation results showed that ACI 440.1-R-15 and CSA S806-12 underestimated the ultimate load of GFRP-RAC beams.Moreover,the deflection prediction of GFRP-RAC beams by CSA S806-12 is relatively accurate compared with ACI 440.1-R-15 and ISIS-M03-07.As for the prediction of crack width,the results of ACI 440.1-R-15 prediction were in good agreement with the experimental results at the ultimate load,with the average value of 1.09±0.28. | Xinzhan Chen Xiangqing Kong Ying Fu Wanting Sun Renguo Guan | 2021 | Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,6: | 0 |

| 11 | Micro Hierarchical Structure and Mechanical Property of Sparrow Hawk (Accipiter nisus) Feather Shaf显示文摘In this study,the real 3D model of the feather shaft that is composed of medulla and cortex is characterized by X-ray computer tomography,and the structural features are quantitatively analyzed.Compression and tensile tests are conducted to evaluate the mechanical performance of the feather shaft and cortex at different regions.The analysis of the 3D model shows that the medulla accounts for∼70%of the shaft volume and exhibits a closed-cell foam-like structure,with a porosity of 59%.The cells in the medulla show dodecahedron and decahedron morphology and have an equivalent diameter of∼30μm.In axial compression,the presence of medulla enhances the shaft stability.Especially,the combined effect of the medulla and cortex increases the buckling strength of the middle and distal shaft by 77%and 141%,respectively,compared to the calculated value of the shaft using linear mixed rule.The tensile properties of the cortex along the shaft axis are anisotropic because of the different fiber structures.As the fiber orientation gradually becomes uniform in the axial direction,the Young’s modulus and tensile strength of the cortex on the dorsal gradually increase from calamus to the distal shaft,and the fracture mode changes from tortuous fracture to V-shaped fracture.The cortex on the lateral shows the opposite trend,that is the distal shaft becomes weaker due to fiber tangles. | Yichen Lu Zongning Chen Enyu Guo Xiangqing Kong Huijun Kang Yanjin Xu Rengeng Li Guohua Fan Tongmin Wang | 2021 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2021,,5: | 0 |

| 17 | Exploration of a Sequential Gp140-Gp145 Immunization Regimen with Heterologous Envs to Induce a Protective Cross-Reactive HIV Neutralizing Antibody Response In Non-human Primates显示文摘Raising a heterologous tier 2 neutralizing antibody(nAb)response remains a daunting task for HIV vaccine development.In this study,we explored the utility of diverse HIV-1 envelope(Env)immunogens in a sequential immunization scheme as a solution to this task.This exploration stemmed from the rationale that gp145,a membrane-bound truncation form of HIV Env,may facilitate the focusing of induced antibody response on neutralizing epitopes when sequentially combined with the soluble gp140 form as immunogens in a prime-boost mode.We first showed that gp140 DNA prime-gp145 Tiantan vaccinia(TV)boost likely represents a general format for inducing potent nAb response in mice.However,when examined in rhesus macaque,this modality showed little effectiveness.To improve the efficacy,we extended the original modality by adding a strong protein boost,namely native-like SOSIP.664 trimer displayed on ferritin-based nanoparticle(NP),which was generated by a newly developed click approach.The resulting three-immunization regimen succeeded in eliciting tier-2 nAb response with substantial breadth when implemented in rhesus macaque over a short 8-week schedule.Importantly,the elicited nAb response was able to effectively contain viremia upon a heterologous SHIV challenge.Collectively,our studies highlighted that diversification of Env immunogens,in both types and formulations,under the framework of a sequential immunization scheme might open new opportunity toward HIV vaccine development. | Xiangqing Ding Kangli Cao Jing Wang Yanmin Wan Qinyun Chen Yanqin Ren Yongtang Zheng Mingzhao Zhu Renrong Tian Wenjun Wang Chen Zhao Xiaoyan Zhang Jianqing Xu | 2021 | Virologica Sinica2021,36,4: | 0 |

| 19 | Risk of interstitial lung disease with the use of programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) inhibitor compared with programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitor in patients with breast cancer: A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Background:Programmed cell death 1(PD-1)and programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1)inhibitors have become integral elements within the current landscape of breast cancer treatment modalities;however,they are associ-ated with interstitial lung disease(ILD),which is rare but potentially fatal.Notably,only a few studies have compared the difference in ILD incidence between PD-1 and PD-L1 inhibitors.Therefore,this study aimed to assess the discrepancies regarding ILD risk between the two immune checkpoint inhibitors.We also reported three cases of ILD after PD-1 inhibitor treatment.Methods:We comprehensively searched PubMed,EMBASE,and the Cochrane Library to identify clinical trials that investigated PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor treatment for patients with breast cancer.Pooled overall estimates of incidence and risk ratio(RR)were calculated with a 95%confidence interval(CI),and a mirror group analysis was per-formed using eligible studies.Results:This meta-analysis included 29 studies with 4639 patients who received PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor treatment.A higher ILD incidence was observed among 2508 patients treated with PD-1 inhibitors than among 2131 patients treated with PD-L1 inhibitors(0.05 vs.0.02).The mirror group analysis further revealed a higher ILD event risk in patients treated with PD-1 inhibitors than in those treated with PD-L1 inhibitors(RR=2.34,95%CI,1.13-4.82,P=0.02).Conclusion:Our findings suggest a greater risk of ILD with PD-1 inhibitors than with PD-L1 inhibitors.These findings are instrumental for clinicians in treatment deliberations,and the adoption of more structured diagnostic approaches and management protocols is necessary to mitigate the risk of ILD. | Lijuan Guo Xiaoyi Lin Xin Lin Yulei Wang Jiali Lin Yi Zhang Xiangqing Chen Miao Chen Guochun Zhang Yifang Zhang | 2024 | Cancer Pathogenesis and Therapy2024,2,2: | 0 |
