1A life support-based comprehensive treatment regimen dramatically lowers the in-hospital mortality of patients with fulminant myocarditis: a multiple center study显示文摘Fulminant myocarditis(FM) has unacceptable high mortality. This study aimed to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of a life support-based comprehensive treatment regimen(LSBCTR), a completely novel treatment regimen, for FM. A total of 169 FM patients recruited from January 2008 to December 2018 were divided into two groups: patients receiving LSBCTR(81 cases),which includes(i) mechanical life support(positive pressure respiration, intra-aortic balloon pump with or without extracorporeal membrane oxygenation),(ii) immunomodulation therapy using sufficient doses of glucocorticoids and immunoglobulins, and(iii) application of neuraminidase inhibitors, and those receiving conventional treatment(88 cases). The endpoints were in-hospital death and heart-transplantation. Of all the population, 44 patients(26.0%) died in hospitals. Inhospital mortality was 3.7%(3/81) for LSBCTR group and 46.6%(41/88) for traditional treatment(P<0.001). Early application of LSBCTR, mechanical life support, neuraminidase inhibitors, and immunomodulation therapy significantly contributed to reduction in in-hospital mortality. This study describes a novel treatment regimen for FM patients that dramatically reduces inhospital mortality. 2Restricted Bayesian classification networks显示文摘Bayesian networks are graphical models that describe dependency relationships between variables, and are powerful tools for studying probability classifiers. At present, the causal Bayesian network learning method is used in constructing Bayesian network classifiers while the contribution of attribute to class is over-looked. In this paper, a Bayesian network specifically for classification-restricted Bayesian classification networks is proposed. Combining dependency analysis between variables, classification accuracy evaluation criteria and a search algorithm, a learning method for restricted Bayesian classification networks is presented. Experiments and analysis are done using data sets from UCI machine learning repository. 3Numerical study on convective heat transfer of supercritical CO_(2) in vertically upward and downward tubes显示文摘The experimental measurement of supercritical pressure carbon dioxide(sCO_(2))heat transfer in vertical downward flow was performed in a circular tube with inner diameter of 10 mm.Then,a three-dimensional numerical investigation of sCO_(2)heat transfer in upward and downward flows was performed in a vertical heated circular tube.The influence of heat flux,mass flux,and operating pressure on heat transfer under different flow directions were discussed.According to the'pseudo-phase transition'viewpoint to supercritical fluids,the analogy to the subcritical inverted-annular film boiling model,the physical model to sCO_(2)heat transfer was established,where fluid region at the cross-section of circular tube was divided into gas-like region covering heated wall and core liquid-like phase region.Then,the thermal resistance mechanism which comprehensively reflected the effect of multiple factors including the thickness of the gas-like film or liquid-like region,fluid properties and turbulence on heat diffusion was proposed.Surprisingly,thermal resistance variation in upward flow is well identical with that of wall temperature and heat transfer deterioration is predicted successfully.In addition,compared with thermal resistance in the core liquid-like region,gas-like film formation is determined to be the primary factor affecting heat transfer behavior.Results also show that total thermal resistance in upward flow is always larger than that in downward flow.The investigation can provide valuable guide to design and optimize sCO_(2)heaters.YAN ChenShuai XU JinLiang ZHU BingGuo HE XiaoTian LIU GuangLin 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,5:6
4Model experiment on anti-deformation performance of a self-supporting transmission tower in a subsidence area显示文摘A large number of high-voltage power transmission towers have recently been constructed in mining areas prone to subsidence. In order to ensure the safety of the transmission towers and the safe operation of transmission systems, it is imperative to carry out research on the anti-deformation performance of transmission towers. In our study, we performed experiments on the anti-deformation performance of a transmission tower in a subsidence area on a scale model with a geometric scale ratio of 1:5 and analyzed the failure mechanism of the tower members. The results show that, when the axial distance between two supports changes, destabilization failure most likely occurs in the members of the bottom transverse layer because some parts of the main diagonal member bars yield under the action of compression. 6Impacts of hydrogen dilution on growth and optical properties of a-SiC:H films显示文摘Hydrogenated amorphous silicon-carbon (a-SiC:H) films were deposited by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) with a fixed methane to silane ratio ([CH4]/[SiH4]) of 1.2 and a wide range of hydrogen dilution (RH=[H2]/[SiH4 + CH4]) values of 12, 22, 33, 102 and 135. The impacts of RH on the structural and optical properties of the films were investigated by using UV-VIS transmission, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) absorption, Raman scattering and photoluminescence (PL) measur- ements. The effects of high temperature annealing on the films were also probed. It is found that with increasing hydrogen dilution, the optical band gap increases, and the PL peak blueshifts from ~1.43 to 1.62 Ev. 9Design Optimization of Boiler Tail Flue in Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Power Generation System显示文摘The S-CO_(2) top-bottom combined cycle based on overlap energy utilization can lead to excessive heating area,due to the small temperature difference and the large thermal load for the heating surface at the tail of the boiler.Therefore,reasonable optimization indexes are needed for design optimization.Common optimization indexes include heating area and working medium pressure drop,but lower working medium pressure drop usually leads to large heating area,for example,with the increase of tube inner diameter or boiler width,the pressure drop decreases but the heating area increases.Thus,if both are used as optimization indexes,it will be difficult to choose the optimum tube inner diameter and boiler width.In this paper,exergy loss analysis is used,in combination with economic analysis,the optimization index is unified to the cost per unit heat transfer of the heating surface.The thermal calculation and pressure drop calculation models are established for the heating surface at the tail of the boiler.The optimized heating surface can greatly improve the economic benefit.Wenli YE Jinliang XU Guanglin LIU 2021Mechanical Engineering Science2021,3,2:0
10Study on The Likelihood Ratio Used to Evaluate the Muscle Tension of Upper Limb Spasm in Hemiplegia Patients显示文摘Aim:To evaluate the clinical usability of mechanomyography(MMG)in the evaluation of upper-limb spasticity states of hemiplegia patients with likelihood ratio analysis.Methods:The MMG signals from the 30 hemiplegia patients'biceps and triceps were recorded with three-dimensional wireless accelerometer(Trigno Wireless System,Delsys Inc),when they extended or bent their elbow passively.At the same time,the physiotherapist assessed the MAS(Modified Ashworth Scale)of all the patients who participated in the study and would be divided them into four groups based on the MAS values(MAS0,MAS1,MAS1+and MAS2).The MMG sensors were built with triaxial accelerometers named as X,Y and Z that represent the muscle fibers lengthwise movement,the cross movement and the vertical the muscle moving direction,respectively.The root mean square(RMS)value of the MMG signal was calculated for analysis.Likelihood ratio analysis were used in the study.Results:All of the variables of the X,Y,Z axis of signals of MMG of BB and TB have related with muscle spasticity grading during passive elbow flexion in multinomial logistic regression(P=0.000,P<0.001).The regression coefficient of Y axis signal of MMG of BB is the largest.The 5 variables of the X,Y,Z axis of signals of MMG of BB and X,Y axis of TB have related with Muscle spasticity grading during passive elbow extension in multinomial logistic regression(P=0.000,P<0.001).The regression coefficient ofY axis signal of MMG of BB is the largest in equation and the Y axis signal of MMG of TB is second large.Conclusions:The effect of agonist is more than the antagonist during the MAS assessment,especially the muscle fibers cross movement and the vertical movement by the MMG assessment.Zhen Wu Hui Wang Wanzhang Yang Guanglin Li Wuhua Xu 2021Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,4:0
