1Study on Reaction Mechanism for Cracking FCC Gasoline on Acid Catalyst显示文摘This article is based on the experimental data on reaction of FCC naphtha in the presence of acid catalysts. The data published in the literature were reprocessed and compared with experimental data and the relationship of hydrogen and methane contained in the dry gas with the conversion rate was identified.The similarity between the route for cracking of olefin enriched FCC gasoline and the route for reaction of individual hydrocarbons was deduced, while the route for formation of ethylene in dry gas was also proposed to identify the relationship between the reaction path for formation of ethylene and the conversion rate.Xu Youhao Wang Xieqing(Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, Beijing 100083) 2004China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2004,6,1:6
2A micro-sphere catalyst complex with nano CaCO_3 precursor for hydrogen production used in ReSER process显示文摘This paper describes the preparation and evaluation of a micro-sphere catalytic complex for the hydrogen production in a Reactive Sorption Enhanced Reforming (ReSER) process. The catalytic complex made by a spray technique has a dual function containing Ni as a catalytic material and CaO as an adsorption material used in the ReSER process. The attrition characteristics of the catalytic complex are acceptable for the commercial used. The nano CaCO3 material used as a precursor of CaO showed a desirable durability with a CO2 sorption capacity of 0.6 mol CO2/kg after 10 repeating cycles under the carbonation temperature of 600 ℃, a CO2 partial pressure of 0.02 MPa, and a calcination temperature of 750 ℃ in N2 measured by a thermal gravimetric analyzer. The testing of the catalytic complex for ReSER showed a hydrogen yield of over 95 % (v/v) in the laboratory fixed fluidized bed reactor. 4Vibration power flow in infinite stiffened-plate with force excitation applied on plate显示文摘The formula of the vibration response and power flow in beam-stiffened plate with force excitation applied on.the plate, have been obtained by using the Steepest Descent Integral method. The characteristics of the power flow have been studied through computer simulation.It is shown that the stiffener acts as an extra lineal excitation applied on the plate and changes the characteristics of the power flow of the infinite plate greatly The greater the stiffness and the smaller the distance between the exciting point and the stiffener is, the greater the induence is. 7Commercial Application of CPP for Producing Ethylene and Propylene from Heavy Oil Feed显示文摘A new process named CPP (Catalytic Pyrolysis Process) for producing ethylene andpropylene from heavy oil feedstock has been developed. The catalyst CEP was specially designedfor this process, which has bi-functional catalytic activities for both carbonium ion reaction andfree radical reaction, so as to maximize the yields of ethylene and propylene.
