| 2 | Molecular phylogeny of Trametes and related genera,and description of a new genus Leiotrametes显示文摘A phylogenetic analysis of Trametes and related taxa is proposed,based on a wide sampling of temperate and tropical species.Concatenate sequences of ribosomal DNA(ITS1-5.8S-ITS2)and RPB2 gene from mycelia cultures were analyzed by Maximum Likelihood and Bayesian methods,whilst morphological features were documented from the corresponding herbarium vouchers.Congruent results were obtained from analyses of ribosomal LSU sequences downloaded from Genbank.The Bayesian analysis of ITS+RPB2 sequences gave the best resolution for the phylogenetic reconstructions and revealed the existence of three main lineages in the Trametes-clade:1)a monospecific lineage represented by Artolenzites elegans 2)a lineage including the genus Pycnoporus in its traditional sense and several species usually classified in the genus Trametes(T.cingulata,T.lactinea,T.ljubarskyi,T.menziesii)&3)a lineage corresponding to the core genus Trametes,including type species of Trametes,Coriolopsis and Lenzites.The presence of a pseudostipe,aspect and structure of the abhymenial surface,colour change with 5%aqueous solutions of potassium hydroxide and topography of pigments on skeletal hyphae gave relevant morphological support to these clades.When the structure of the hymenial surface,presence of a black line below the tomentum and color of context(except for genus Pycnoporus)usually used in traditional polypore-classifications did not reveal any phylogenetic significance.A partial systematic arrangement of the Trametes clade is proposed,with the introduction of a new genus:Leiotrametes Welti&Courtec.gen.nov..Two new combinations:Leiotrametes lactinea(Berk.)Welti&Courtec.comb.nov.and L.menziesii(Berk.)Welti&Courtec.comb.nov.are proposed. | Stéphane Welti Pierre-Arthur Moreau Anne Favel Régis Courtecuisse Mireille Haon David Navarro Sabine Taussac Laurence Lesage-Meessen | 2012 | Fungal Diversity2012,,4: | 3 |
| 3 | Autonomous live working robot navigation with real-time detection and motion planning system on distribution line显示文摘In this study,an autonomous robot navigation system is designed for live working on distribution line.The developed system features a real-time detection and motion planning system,incorporating a manipulator capable of grasping power components.In order to accurately identify targets,the authors propose an object detection method based on the Larger Scale‘You Only Look Once’Version 4(LS-YOLOv4)algorithm for detecting the insulators and drop fuses.The LS-YOLOv4 extracts features of power components by Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),and then performs feature fusion.Then the authors develop a motion planning method based on the Node Control Optimal Rapidly Exploring Random Trees(NC-RRT*),which can drive the robot to realise the autonomous robot motion planning and obstacle avoidance.On the grasping function,the authors present a reliable Lightweight-based Convolutional Neural Network(L-CNN)grasping point detection method.Finally,the authors evaluate fully autonomous robotic system in both simulated and real-world experiments.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system can effectively identify the target and complete the grasping task in an efficient way.Notably,the proposed motion planning method can take into account both planning efficiency and accuracy to manipulation tasks. | Haoning Zhao Chaoqun Wang Rui Guo Xuewen Rong Jiamin Guo Qixun Yang Lecheng Yang Yuliang Zhao Yibin Li | 2022 | High Voltage2022,7,6: | 2 |

[Method]5 aerobic denitrifying bacteria were isolated from activated sludge at low temperature and low C /N ratio,and their denitrification capabilities were verified. Influence of different C /N ratios on denitrification capability of the strain was determined. [Result]In the five isolated aerobic denitrifying bacteria,except HFX08 was G-,HFX00,HFX01,HFX12 and HFX13 were G+. HFX08 belonged to Pseudomonas,and other strains belonged to Acinetobacter. As C /N ratio increased,denitrification velocity increased,and the highest removal rate of nitrogen for the five strains could reach over 92%. | 16 | Three Novel Endophytic Fungi as Potential Candidates Producing Bioactive Metabolites Isolated from Metasequoia glyptostroboides显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to isolate and investigate the endophytic fungi with antimicrobial activity from the healthy leaves and bark of Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu&W.C.Cheng regarded as an important medicinal plant in China.[Methods]Endophytic fungi with visible antimicrobial activity were isolated from the healthy leaves and bark of M.glyptostroboides,and primarily screened using Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus as test microorganisms.[Results]Three isolates with relatively higher antimicrobial activity,labeled as MG-01,MG-02,MG-09,were selected for study.Molecular and morphological analysis indicated that the three isolated endophytes belong to Penicillium sp.The ethyl acetate(EtOAc)extracts of the three endophytes were obtained and subjected to the disk diffusion assay,using E.coil,S.aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Enterococcus faecalis,Monilia albicanas,and Bacillus subtilis as test microorganisms.The minimum inhibitory activity(MIC)of the endophyte with relatively highest antimicrobial activity was determined using two-fold broth micro-dilution method.All the endophytes showed a broad spectrum antimicrobial activity.Among the three endophytes,the strain MG-09 exhibited relatively highest antimicrobial activity with the zones of inhibition(ZOI)ranging from 14.15 to 24.07 mm and MIC ranging from 416.67 to 65.11μg/ml.[Conclusions]The endophytic fungi colonized in M.glyptostroboides are capable of producing effective antimicrobial compounds which may be a potential source for drug discovery and biocide production. | Yucheng QIAN Zimu QIAO Jingyu PAN Haoning YANG Xin LIU Xiaoxia LIU Hongxin ZHAO | 2020 | Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,6: | 1 |
