1肝脏恶性肿瘤:经皮微波消融治疗—1136例大样本中并发症的研究显示文摘目的报道一组大样本研究中病人行经皮微波(MW)消融治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤后的并发症及可能引起并发症的危险因素。方法本研究得到机构伦理委员会的批准,由于是回顾性研究而免除知情同意书。对13年中1136例肝脏恶性肿瘤病人共计1928个肿瘤进行了超声引导下的经皮微波消融治疗(583例采用非冷却带钩手柄,553例采用冷却带钩手柄)。共计进行了3697次微波消融治疗(平均每例病人1.8次)。记录死亡率和治疗相关的严重及轻度并发症。随后进行数据分析,P. 3Effects of temperature and thermally-induced microstructure change on hydraulic conductivity of Boom Clay显示文摘Boom Clay is one of the potential host rocks for deep geological disposal of high-level radioactive nuclear waste in Belgium. In order to investigate the mechanism of hydraulic conductivity variation under complex thermo-mechanical coupling conditions and to better understand the thermo-hydromechanical(THM) coupling behaviour of Boom Clay, a series of permeability tests using temperaturecontrolled triaxial cell has been carried out on the Boom Clay samples taken from Belgian underground research laboratory(URL) HADES. Due to its sedimentary nature, Boom Clay presents acrossanisotropy with respect to its sub-horizontal bedding plane. Direct measurements of the vertical(Kv)and horizontal(Kh)hydraulic conductivities show that the hydraulic conductivity at 80℃ is about 2.4 times larger than that at room temperature(23℃), and the hydraulic conductivity variation with temperature is basically reversible during heatingecooling cycle. The anisotropic property of Boom Clay is studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM) tests, which highlight the transversely isotropic characteristics of intact Boom Clay. It is shown that the sub-horizontal bedding feature accounts for the horizontal permeability higher than the vertical one. The measured increment in hydraulic conductivity with temperature is lower than the calculated one when merely considering the changes in water kinematic viscosity and density with temperature. The nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) tests have also been carried out to investigate the impact of microstructure variation on the THM properties of clay. The results show that heating under unconstrained boundary condition will produce larger size of pores and weaken the microstructure. The discrepancy between the hydraulic conductivity experimentally measured and predicted(considering water viscosity and density changes with temperature) can be attributed to the microstructural weakening effect on the thermal volume change behaviour of Boom Clay. Based on the experimental results, a hydraulic conductivity evolution model is proposed and then implemented in ABAQUS. Three-dimensional(3D) numerical simulation of the admissible thermal loading for argillaceous storage(ATLAS) Ⅲ in situ heating test has been conducted subsequently, and the numerical results are in good agreement with field measurements.W.Z. 5Trends in Extremes of Surface Humidity, Temperature, and Summertime Heat Stress in China显示文摘In the past half century, the mean summertime temperature in China has increased, with nights warm- ing more than days. Using surface station observations, we show that the frequency of extreme heat-stress events in China, caused by extremely hot and humid days as well as by heatwaves lasting for a few days, has increased over the period from 1951 to 1994 When humidity is high, hot weather can cause heat stress in humans. 6INDUCTION PLASMA REACTIVE DEPOSITION OF TUNGSTEN CARBIDE FROM TUNGSTEN METAL POWDER显示文摘Experimental results are reported on the primary carburization reaction between the tungsten powder and methane in the induction plasma, and the secondary carburiza tion of the deposit on substrate at high temperature. Optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to examine the microstructures of starting tungsten powder, carburized powder, and deposit. X-ray diffraction analysis, thermal gravimet ric analysis and microhardness measurement were used to characterize the structures and properties of the powder and the deposit. It is found that the primary carbur ization reaction in the induction plasma starts from the surface of tungsten particles when the particles are melted. Tungsten particles are partially carburized inside the reactive plasma. Complete carburization is achieved through the secondary carburiza tion reaction of the deposit on substrate at high temperature.X.L. 7Nanocrystal Model for Liquid Metals and Amorphous Metals显示文摘A nanocrystal model for liquid metals and amorphous metals has been developed. With the nanocrystal model, the broadening peak profiles (BPPs) of Cu, Al, Al65Cu20Fe15 alloy, Cu70Ni30 alloy and Fe50Si50 alloy were gained by broadening the X-ray diffraction (XRD) peaks of a crystal lattice. By comparing the BPPs with the XRD intensity curves measured on the liquid metals, it is found that the BPPs are closely in agreement with the XRD intensity curves, respectively, except the Fe50Si50 alloy. 12DIFFERENTIAL SCANNING CALORIMETRY AND X-RAY DIFFRACTION STUDIES ON AGING BEHAVIOR OF Zn-Al ALLOYS显示文摘Decomposition processes of the quenched Zn-Al alloys were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the stabilities of supersaturated solid solution (SSS) of Zn-Al alloy and α’ phase formed by quenching would reduce with increasing Zn content and precipitating ηZn phases even when aging at ambient temperature, so that exothermic precipitation peak in DSC curse would disappear. The activation enengy of the ηZn precipitation and their reaction enthalpy were calculated and measured. The kinetics of α’ decomposition or η-Zn formation was determined by XRD. 17NON-EQUILIBRIUM SOLUTE SEGREGATION TO AUSTENITIC GRAIN BOUNDARY IN FERRUM-NICKLE ALLOY显示文摘The development of non-equilibrium segregation of boron at grain boundaries in Fe-4 0%Ni alloy during continuous cooling process was experimentally observed with boron Particle Tracking Autoradiography (PTA) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM,). The samples with 10ppm boron were cooled at 2℃/s to 1040, 980, 920, 860, 780 and 640℃ respectively after pre-heat treatment of 1150℃ for 15mm with a Gleeble-1500 heat simulating machine, then water quenched to room temperature. The width of segregation layer and boron depletion zone, rich factor and other parameters were measured by a special image analysis system. The experimental results of PTA show that the grain boundary segregation of boron during cooling process is a dynamic process and the development of the non-equilibrium segregation experiences three stages: first increases rapidly from 1150 to 1040℃, then gently from 1040 to 860℃, and rapidly again from 860℃ to 640℃. The width of boron depletion zone increases from about 11μm at 1040℃ to 26μm at 640℃. TEM observation shows that boron precipitates exist at grain boundaries when the samples are cooled to below 860℃. The experimental phenomena are briefly discussed.P. Wu, D.Y. Yu and X.L. 20THERMAL STABILITY OF NON-EQUILIBRIUS MICROSTRUCTURE IN MICROALLOYED STEEL DURING REHEATING显示文摘Cooled in water after isothermal relaxation of deformed austenite for different times, an Nb-bearing microalloyed steel always exhibits synthetic microstructures, in which bainitic ferrite dominates. Dislocation configurations and distributions of strain induced precipitates inside bainitic ferrite of samples relaxed for different times were distinct. When compared with the austenite model steel, which maintained fcc structure even at room temperature, the strain induced precipitates were not found in the sample without relaxation whereas these were distributed outside dislocations in sample relaxed for 1000s. Most of the strain induced precipitates distribute along dislocations and pin dislocations in sample relaxed for appropriate time. After bainitic transformation, the dislocations formed in deformed austenite remain to be pinned by the precipitates. When these samples were reheated to and held at 650 or 700℃, the non-equilibrious microstructures tended to evolve into equilibrious ones. The sample relaxed for 60s displayed the highest thermo-stability, whereas microstructure evolution was the quickest in the sample relaxed for 1000s even though it was the softest prior to reheating. Dislocations inside laths got rid of pinning of precipitates, and their polygonization became the precursor to the evolution of microstructures during reheated and held, followed by gradual disappearance of lath boundaries caused by dislocation climbing. Finally, recrystallization occurred and polygonal ferrite appeared. By hardness measurement, it was found that softening is not a single process occurring during reheated, in which hardness fluctuates with time. There were two peaks in the hardness-time curve of each sample having undergone relaxation, while single peak occured in the curve of the sample not being relaxed. These results indicated that the thermo-stability of microstructures was determined by their history of formation to a considerable degree.H.B. Wu H.T. Jiang S.W. Yang D. Tang X.L.
