| 1 | COTS Evaluation and Selection Based on Requirements Decomposition显示文摘The domination procedure usually used in the single COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf) evaluationa nd selection doesn't fit large software system that typically consists of several components well. In this paper,a new method for multiple COTS selection based on the functional requirements decomposition is proposed. Thesystem level requirements are broken down into loosely coupled subsystems to support concurrent COTS identification and evaluation. | 2 | Identification of Porphyra lines using computerized DNA fingerprinting显示文摘RAPD (Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA) analysis was performed with filaments of 15 Porphyra lines representing four important groups (P. yezoensis, P. haitanensis, P. katadai var. Hemiphylla and P. digospermatangia). Eight stable and repeatable RAPD bands amplified with two primers, OPN-02 and OPJ-18, were selected for the construction of DNA fingerprinting. The RAPD results were scored based on the presence or absence of each of the 8 bands and then converted to computer language expressed with two digitals, 1 and 0, which represented the presence (numbered as 1) or absence (numbered as 0) of each band, respectively. Based on these results, a model DNA fingerprint and a computerized DNA fingerprint were constructed. In the constructed DNA fingerprint, each Porphyra line has its unique fingerprinting pattern and can be easily distinguished from each other. Later, a software, named as PhGI, was designed based on this DNA fingerprinting. | 3 | Molecular Marker Assisted Selection for Yield-Enhancing Genes in the Progeny of Minghui63 x O. rufipogon显示文摘Two yield-enhancing genes (yld1.1 and yld2.1) are located on chromosomes 1 and 2 respectivelyin a weedy relative of cultivated rice, Oryza rufipogon. SSR markers RM9 and RM166 are closelylinked with the two loci respectively. Minghui63 (MH63) has been a widely used restorationline in hybrid rice production in China during the past two decades. The F1 of cross 'MH63O.rufipogon' was backcrossed with MH63 generation by generation. RM9 and RM166 were used toselect the plants from the progeny of the backcross populations. The results were as follows:(1) In BC2F1 population, the percentage of the individuals which have RM9 and RM166 amplifiedbands simultaneously was 12.2%, while in the BC3F1 population, that was 16.3%. (2) Among 400individuals of BC3F1, four yield-promising plants were obtained, with yield being 30% more thanthat of MH63. (3) The products amplified by primer RM166 in O. rufipogon and MH63 weresequenced. It was found that the DNA fragment sequence amplified by RM166 from MH63 was 101 bpshorter than that from O. rufipogon. | 4 | 3D-quantitative structure-activity relationship study of organophosphate compounds显示文摘The biological effects of most organophosphate compounds (OP) are arising by inhibition of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase (ACHE). The 3D-quantitative structure-activity relationship (3D-QSAR) on the acute toxicity to housefly (Musca nobulo L.) of 35 dialkyl phenyl phosphate compounds are studied by using comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA) and comparative molecular similarity index analysis (CoMSIA) methods, and the reaction mechanism between the OP and the AChE are discussed. In contrast to classical QSAR methods, CoMFA and CoMSIA, especially the combination of both approaches, can give more comprehensive and accurate perspectives on the mechanism of the reaction between OP and ACHE. The results show that the length of alkyl, and the electronegative of substituent on phenyl of OP have significant effects on the AChE activity,whereas, the hydrophobicity of OP has little influence. | 6 | Model adjointization and its cost显示文摘In this article, the least program behavior decomposition method (LPBD) is put forward from a program structure point of view. This method can be extensively used both in algorithms of automatic differentiation (AD) and in tools design, and does not require programs to be evenly separable but the cost in terms of operations count and memory is similar to methods using checkpointing. This article starts by summarizing the rules of adjointization and then presents the implementation of LPBD. Next, the definition of the separable program space, based on the fundamental assumptions (FA) of automatic differentiation, is given and the differentiation cost functions are derived. Also, two constants of fundamental importance in AD, s and m, are derived under FA. Under the assumption of even separability, the adjoint cost of simple and deep decomposition is subsequently discussed quantitatively using checkpointing. | 7 | Adjunctive sepsis therapy with aminophylline(STAP):a randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background:Sepsis is a serious disease caused by infection.Aminophylline has anti-asthma and anti-inflammatory effects.We aimed to explore the safety and effect of aminophylline in sepsis.Methods:We conducted a clinical randomized controlled trial involving 100 patients diagnosed with sepsis within 48 h after intensive care unit(ICU)admission in two sites.All patients were randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive standard therapy with or without aminophylline.The primary clinical outcome was all-cause mortality at 28 days.Results:From September 27,2018 to February 12,2020,we screened 277 septic patients and eventually enrolled 100 patients,with 50 assigned to the aminophylline group and 50 to the usual-care group.At 28 days,7 of 50 patients(14.0%)in the aminophylline group had died,compared with 16 of 50(32.0%)in the usual-care group(P=0.032).Cox regression showed that the aminophylline group had a lower hazard of death(hazard ratio=0.312,95%confidence interval:0.129–0.753).Compared with the usual-care group,patients in the aminophylline group had a longer survival time(P=0.039 by the log-rank test).The effects of aminophylline on vasopressor dose,oxygenation index,and sequential organ failure assessment score were timedependent with treatment.There were no significant differences in total hospitalization days,ICU hospitalization days,and rates of serious adverse events(all P>0.05).No adverse events were observed in the trial.Conclusions:Aminophylline as an adjunct therapy could significantly reduce the risk of death and prolong the survival time of patients with sepsis.Trial registration:ChiCTR.org.cn,ChiCTR1800019173. | Ruifang Zhang Huan Liu Dongmei Dai Xianfei Ding Dong Wang Yan Wang Xuexiu Shi Shuguang Zhang Xiaoguang Duan Haixu Wang Yonggang Luo Shaohua Liu Bing Han Xiaojuan Zhang Yu Fang Jing Yang Wangbin Xu Tongwen Sun | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,135,23: | 2 |
