2Effects of rare earth element lanthanum on the microstructure of copper matrix diamond tool materials显示文摘Effects of rare earth element La on the microstructure of Cu matrix diamond tools were researched under the conditions of various materials componentsand the process parameters in order to improve materials properties. SEM, XPS and X-ray were used to investigate the fracture section, microstructure and the element valence in materials. The results shown that the combination of rare earth element La and transition element Ti is advantageous to the bonding state between diamond particles and matrix, so it can improve the materials properties. 4EFFECT OF MEAN STRESS ON FATIGUE PERFORMANCE OF WELDED JOINTS TREATED BY UPT显示文摘The fatigue contrast tests of unload longitudinal direction corner joints as original welded and treated by ultrasonic peening of Q235B in various stress ratio are directed. The improvements of fatigue performance of unload longitudinal direction corner joints resulted by ultrasonic peening are studied. The effect pattern of stress ratio on fatigue performance of welded joints that are treated by ultrasonic peening is studied. As tests results indicate that: ① In the condition of stress ratio R= -1, the fatigue strength of specimen treated by ultrasonic peening is increased by 165% of that of the original welded specimen. And the fatigue life of specimen treated by ultrasonic peening is as much as 75~210 times of that of the latter. When R=0.1, the fatigue strength is increased by 87% and the fatigue life is extended by 21~29 times. When R= -0.5, the fatigue strength is increased by 123% and the fatigue life is extended by 42~59 times. When R=0.45, the fatigue strength is increased by 51% and the fatigue life is extended by 3~14 times. ② If the welded joints are treated by ultrasonic peening, the fatigue strength is no longer independent on the applied mean stress. The more the stress ratio R, the less the fatigue stress range which can be sustained by the joints is. ③ Whether the high value residual stress is in the joints or not, the dead load portion of the applied load must be considered in the design of the joints which should be treated by ultrasonic peening.WangDongpo HuoLixing WangTing LiJie ZhangYufeng 2004Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2004,17,4:5
5Fermentation characteristics and probiotic activity of a purified fraction of polysaccharides from Fuzhuan brick tea显示文摘Polysaccharides from Fuzhuan brick tea(FBTPS),one of most important bioactive components in tea,showed various health-promoting functions.Our previous work demonstrated that the crude FBTPS(CFBTPS)could modulate the gut microbiota.However,which purified fraction in CFBTPS contributing to the modulation of gut microbiota remains unclear.Thus,the fermentation characteristics and probiotic activity of a purified fraction(FBTPS-2-1)of CFBTPS were evaluated in this work.The results showed that gut microbiota could utilize FBTPS-2-1 to produce short-chain fatty acids including acetic,propionic,n-butyric and n-valeric acids.FBTPS-2-1 could modulate the structure and metabolic pathways of gut microbiota.FBTPS-2-1 could increase the health-promoting gut microbiota such as Prevotellaceae and Bifidobacteriaceae,and decreased the harmful bacteria such as Enterobacteriaceae and Fusobacteriaceae.The results of metagenomics showed that Prevotella copri and Megamonas funiformis were the dominant bacteria after fermentation of FBTPS-2-1.Furthermore,FBTPS-2-1 could regulate the biosynthesis and metabolism pathways of gut microbiota.Thus,the enrichment of food with FBTPS-2-1 is expected as a potential strategy for promoting human health due to modulation of gut microbiota.Guijie Chen Ziqi Zeng Minhao Xie Yujia Peng Wangting Zhou Weiqi Xu Yi Sun Xiaoxiong Zeng Zhonghua Liu 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,3:4

7A fractional-N frequency divider for multi-standard wireless transceiver fabricated in 0.18μm CMOS process显示文摘With the rapid evolution of wireless communication technology, integrating various communication modes in a mobile terminal has become the popular trend. Because of this, multi-standard wireless technology is one of the hot spots in current research. This paper presents a wideband fractional-N frequency divider of the multi-standard wireless transceiver for many applications. High-speed divider-by-2 with traditional sourcecoupledlogic is designed for very wide band usage. Phase switching technique and a chain of divider-by-2/3 are applied to the programmable frequency divider with 0.5 step. The phase noise of the whole frequency synthesizer will be decreased by the narrower step of programmable frequency divider. Δ–Σ modulator is achieved by an improved MASH 1-1-1 structure. This structure has excellent performance in many ways, such as noise, spur and input dynamic range. Fabricated in TSMC 0.18 μm CMOS process, the fractional-N frequency divider occupies a chip area of 1130 × 510 μm^2 and it can correctly divide within the frequency range of 0.8–9 GHz.
