1Safe and Stable Lithium Metal Batteries Enabled by an Amide-Based Electrolyte显示文摘The formation of lithium dendrites and the safety hazards arising from flammable liquid electrolytes have seriously hindered the development of high-energy-density lithium metal batteries.Herein,an emerging amide-based electrolyte is proposed,containing LiTFSI and butyrolactam in different molar ratios.1,1,2,2-Tetrafluoroethyl-2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropylether and fluoroethylene carbonate are introduced into the amide-based electrolyte as counter solvent and additives.The well-designed amide-based electrolyte possesses nonflammability,high ionic conductivity,high thermal stability and electrochemical stability(>4.7 V).Besides,an inorganic/organic-rich solid electrolyte interphase with an abundance of LiF,Li3N and Li-N-C is in situ formed,leading to spherical lithium deposition.The formation mechanism and solvation chemistry of amide-based electrolyte are further inves-tigated by molecular dynamics simulations and density functional theory.When applied in Li metal batteries with LiFePO4 and LiMn2O4 cathode,the amide-based electrolyte can enable stable cycling performance at room temperature and 60℃.This study provides a new insight into the development of amide-based electrolytes for lithium metal batteries.Wanbao Wu Yiyang Bo Deping Li Yihong Liang Jichuan Zhang Miaomiao Cao Ruitian Guo Zhenye Zhu Lijie Ci Mingyu Li Jiaheng Zhang 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,3:2
2MicroRNA-148b promotes proliferation of hair follicle cells by targeting NFAT5显示文摘MicroRNAs(miRNAs), small non-coding RNAs, are involved in many aspects of biological processes. Previous studies have indicated that mi RNAs are important for hair follicle development and growth. In our study, we found by q RT-PCR that miR-148 b was signi ficantly upregulated in sheep wool follicle bulbs in anagen phase compared with the telogen phase of the hair follicle cycle. Overexpression of miR-148 b promoted proliferation of both HHDPC and HHGMC. By using the TOPFlash system we demonstrated that miR-148 b could activate Wnt/β-catenin pathway and b-catenin, cyc D, c-jun and PPARD were consistently upregulated accordingly.Furthermore, transcript factor nuclear factor of activated T cells type 5(NFAT5) and Wnt10 b were predicted to be the target of mi R-148 b and this was substantiated using a Dual-Luciferase reporter system. Subsequently NFAT5 was further identi fied as the target of mi R-148 b using western blotting. 3Genomic evidence of lung carcinogenesis associated with coal smoke in Xuanwei area, China显示文摘Xuanwei area, in southwestern China,harbors the highest female lung cancer rate in the country(Supplementary Table 1) [1]. Epidemiological studies have shown that lung cancer incidence in Xuanwei area is associated with the use of different types of local coal for household cooking and heating [2]. The genomic landscape of Xuanwei female adenocarcinoma(XWFA), the most distinctive feature of lung cancer in Xuanwei, has yet to be elucidated systematically. 12In Situ Preparation and Analysis of Bimetal Co?doped Mesoporous Graphitic Carbon Nitride with Enhanced Photocatalytic Activity显示文摘A novel photocatalyst of mesoporous graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_3N_4) co-doped with Co and Mo(Co/Mo-MCN) has been one-pot synthesized via a simple template-free method; cobalt chloride and molybdenum disulfide were used as the Co and Mo sources, respectively. The characterization results evidently indicate that molybdenum disulfide functions as Mo sources to incorporate Mo atoms in the framework of g-C_3N_4 and as a catalyst for promoting the decomposition of g-C_3N_4, resulting in the creation of mesopores. The obtained Co/Mo-MCN exhibited a significant enhancement of the photocatalytic activity in H_2 evolution(8.6 times) and Rhodamine B degradation(10.1 times) under visible light irradiation compared to pristine g-C_3N_4. Furthermore, density functional theory calculations were applied to further understand the photocatalytic enhancement mechanism of the optical absorption properties at the atomic level after Co-or Mo-doping. Finite-di erence time-domain simulations were performed to evaluate the e ect of the mesopore structures on the light absorption capability.
