1微生物植酸酶和氧化锌对断奶仔猪生产性能和血清微量元素的影响显示文摘杂交猪(n=288,日龄21±3d,体重7.1±0.2kg)经42d饲养试验,研究微生物植酸酶和不同水平的氧化锌对断奶仔猪生产性能和血清微量元素的影响。仔猪(6头阉割的公猪或母猪每栏)随机分组,采用2×3因子设计,2种水平的植酸酶(0FTU/kg和2500FTU/kg)和3种水平的氧化锌(0mg/kg、1,750mg/kg、2,500mg/kg,锌的有效含量为72%),每个试验组包含4栏阉割的公猪和4栏母猪。日粮营养成分包括钙磷等均超过营养需要量,试验分0-21d(阶段1)和22-42d(阶段2)。在阶段1,阶段2及整个42d试验期间,氧化锌和植酸酶相互作用对仔猪生产性能、血清锌、血清磷的含量没有显著影响(P〉0.05)。无论添加何种水平的氧化锌,植酸酶显著增加了阶段1仔猪日采食量(P=0.01)和日增重(P=0.02),显著改善了整个试验期间的日增重(P=0.01)。日粮添加氧化锌显著降低了日增重(P=0.05),3,500mg/kg氧化锌降低了阶段2猪的饲料转化效率。阶段1中,在不添加氧化锌的条件下植酸酶增加了血清钙的含量,这表明,氧化锌和植酸酶有显著的相互作用(P=0.02)。当氧化锌在阶段1中的日粮添加水平增加时,血清锌含量极显著线性增加(P〈0.001),血清磷含量显著降低(P=0.05)。在阶段2中,随着氧化锌在日粮中的添加水平增加,血清钙的含量显著降低(P=0.04),血清锌的含量显著增加(P=0.02)。植酸酶极显著增加了阶段1中仔猪血清锌(P=0.009)和磷(P=0.001)的水平。在阶段2中,添加植酸酶对血清磷的含量没有影响。总之,在本试验中,日粮添加氧化锌降低了仔猪的生产性能。在钙和磷充足的日粮中,无论添加何种的氧化锌,添加植酸酶均能够改善日增重,这可能是由于植酸中抗营养因子含量的降低。另外,通过植酸的水解产生植酸酶,从而降低了植酸-锌的相互作用并增加了血清锌、钙和磷的含量。然而,日粮添加氧化锌增加了血清锌的含量,导致降低了血清磷和钙的含量,表明钙-锌-磷存在拮抗作用。另外,植酸酶仅仅在不添加锌的条件下能够增加血清钙的含量,进一步表明血清锌、钙和磷有复杂的相互作用。王继强 Walk C Srinongkote S Wilcock P 2015饲料与畜牧(新饲料)2015,,3:2
