2Surrogate-Assisted Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm With Pareto Active Learning for Expensive Multi-Objective Optimization显示文摘For multi-objective optimization problems, particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm generally needs a large number of fitness evaluations to obtain the Pareto optimal solutions. However, it will become substantially time-consuming when handling computationally expensive fitness functions. In order to save the computational cost, a surrogate-assisted PSO with Pareto active learning is proposed. In real physical space(the objective functions are computationally expensive), PSO is used as an optimizer, and its optimization results are used to construct the surrogate models. In virtual space, objective functions are replaced by the cheaper surrogate models, PSO is viewed as a sampler to produce the candidate solutions. To enhance the quality of candidate solutions, a hybrid mutation sampling method based on the simulated evolution is proposed, which combines the advantage of fast convergence of PSO and implements mutation to increase diversity. Furthermore, ε-Pareto active learning(ε-PAL)method is employed to pre-select candidate solutions to guide PSO in the real physical space. However, little work has considered the method of determining parameter ε. Therefore, a greedy search method is presented to determine the value ofεwhere the number of active sampling is employed as the evaluation criteria of classification cost. 3Complexity of software trustworthiness and its dynamical statistical analysis methods显示文摘Developing trusted softwares has become an important trend and a natural choice in the development of software technology and applications. At present,the method of measurement and assessment of software trustworthiness cannot guarantee safe and reliable operations of software systems completely and effectively. Based on the dynamical system study,this paper interprets the characteristics of behaviors of software systems and the basic scientific problems of software trustworthiness complexity,analyzes the characteristics of complexity of software trustworthiness,and proposes to study the software trustworthiness measurement in terms of the complexity of software trustworthiness. Using the dynamical statistical analysis methods,the paper advances an invariant-measure based assessment method of software trustworthiness by statistical indices,and hereby provides a dynamical criterion for the untrustworthiness of software systems. 4Rapid Detection of Filoviruses by Real-time TaqMan Polymerase Chain Reaction Assays显示文摘Ebola virus (EBOV) and Marburg virus (MARV) are causative agents of severe hemorrhagic fever with high mortality rates in humans and non-human primates and there is currently no licensed vaccine or therapeutics. To date, there is no specific laboratory diagnostic test in China, while there is a national need to provide differential diagnosis during outbreaks and for instituting acceptable quarantine procedures. In this study, the TaqMan RT-PCR assays targeting the nucleoprotein genes of the Zaire Ebolavirus (ZEBOV) and MARV were developed and their sensitivities and specificities were investigated. Our results indicated that the assays were able to make reliable diagnosis over a wide range of virus copies from 103 to 109, corresponding to the threshold of a standard RNA transcript. The results showed that there were about 1010 RNA copies per milliliter of virus culture supernatant, equivalent to 10,000 RNA molecules per infectious virion, suggesting the presence of many non-infectious particles. 5Spectral characteristic of infrared radiations of some acupoint and non-acupoint areas in human arm surface显示文摘Using infrared spectrum detective device, we experiment on Neiguan, Laogong and Hegu acupoints of seven adult volunteers as well as contrastive points beside ones. We get 63 infrared spectrums. The experiment outcome tells us that the differences of the intensities among individuals are great, and so are the differences between acupoint and non-acupoint areas. 6Characterization of Different Surface States and Its Effects on the Oxidation Behaviours of Alloy 690TT显示文摘Alloy 690TT samples with four kinds of surface states were prepared: 1) ground to 400 grit; 2) ground to 1500 grit; 3) mechanically polished (MP) and 4) electro-polished (EP). The surface morphologies and the surface skin layers microstructures of these samples were characterized systematically using various methods and the effects of surface states on the oxidation behaviours of Alloy 690TT were also discussed. The results showed that surface roughness and micro-hardness decreased gradually from the ground to EP surfaces. The grains in the near-surface layers of the ground and MP surfaces had been refined and the residual strains were also very high. The dislocations on the ground surfaces were mainly parallel dislocation lines. The thickness of the superficial cold-worked layers decreased gradually from the ground surfaces to polished surfaces. The oxide morphologies and oxidation rate depended greatly on the surface states of samples. 7Dynamical characteristics of software trustworthiness and their evolutionary complexity显示文摘Developing trusted softwares has become an important trend and a natural choice in the development of software technology and applications, and software trustworthiness modeling has become a prerequisite and necessary means. To discuss and explain the basic scientific problems in software trustworthiness and to establish theoretical foundations for software trustworthiness measurement, combining the ideas of dynamical system study, this paper studies evolutionary laws of software trustworthiness and the dynamical mechanism under the effect of various internal and external factors, and proposes dynamical models for software trustworthiness, thus, software trustworthiness can be considered as the statistical characteristics of behaviors of software systems in the dynamical and open environment. 8Micro-droplet Digital Polymerase Chain Reaction and Real-Time Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction Technologies Provide Highly Sensitive and Accurate Detection of Zika Virus显示文摘The establishment of highly sensitive diagnostic methods is critical in the early diagnosis and control of Zika virus(ZIKV)and in preventing serious neurological complications of ZIKV infection. In this study, we established micro-droplet digital polymerase chain reaction(ddPCR) and real-time quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR) protocols for the detection of ZIKV based on the amplification of the NS5 gene. For the ZIKV standard plasmid, the RT-qPCR results showed that the cycle threshold(Ct) value was linear from 10~1 to 10~8 copy/l L, with a standard curve R^2 of 0.999 and amplification efficiency of 92.203%;however, a concentration as low as 1 copy/l L could not be detected. In comparison with RT-qPCR, the dd PCR method resulted in a linear range of 10~1–10~4 copy/l L and was able to detect concentrations as low as 1 copy/l L. Thus, for detecting ZIKV from clinical samples, RT-qPCR is a better choice for high-concentration samples(above 10~1 copy/l L),while ddPCR has excellent accuracy and sensitivity for low-concentration samples. 9High precision attitude dynamic tracking control of a moving space target显示文摘On-orbit spacecraft face many threats,such as collisions with debris or other spacecraft.Therefore,perception of the surrounding space environment is vitally important for on-orbit spacecraft.Spacecraft require a dynamic attitude tracking ability with high precision for such missions.This paper aims to address the above problem using an improved backstepping controller.The tracking mission is divided into two phases:coarse alignment and fine alignment.In the first phase,a traditional saturation controller is utilized to limit the maximum attitude angular velocity according to the actuator’s ability.For the second phase,the proposed backstepping controller with different virtual control inputs is applied to track the moving target.To fulfill the high precision attitude tracking requirements,a hybrid attitude control actuator consisting of a Control Moment Gyro(CMG)and Reaction Wheel(RW)is constructed,which can simultaneously avoid the CMG singularity and RW saturation through the use of an angular momentum optimal management strategy,such as null motion.Finally,five simulation scenarios were carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy and hybrid actuator.Yunhua WU Mohong ZHENG Wei HE Feng WANG Zhiming CHEN Bing HUA 2019Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2019,32,10:6
10High-temperature tribological properties of Ni-P alloy coatings deposited by electro-brush plating显示文摘High-temperature tribological properties of Ni-P alloy coatings processed by electro-brush plating on 20CrMo steel have been investigated. A ball-on-disc configuration was employed and 4 mm diameter Si3N4 balls were used as static counterpart. All the wear tests were carried out at 450°C for 180 min without lubricants. The electro-brush plating Ni-P coating is amorphous in as-deposited condition, and it becomes polycrystalline with the formation of Ni and Ni3P after heat treatment at 450°C for 1 h. The friction coefficient of the Ni-P coating is just 50% of that of the 20CrMo steel at the friction temperature of 450°C. 11Effect of the degree of milling on the physicochemical properties,pasting properties and in vitro digestibility of Simiao rice显示文摘Simiao rice is a variety of long-grain Indica rice popular in South China.However,researches on the milling technology of Simiao rice are limited.The effect of different degrees of milling(DOMs)of Simiao rice(0-12%)were evaluated in terms of the physicochemical properties and in vitro starch digestibility of the rice.The results showed that,as the DOM increased from 0 to 12%,the head rice yield(HRY)and the content of protein,lipid,dietary fiber,vitamin B1,vitamin E and niacin nonlinearly decreased,while the content of total starch and amylose and paste viscosity parameters nonlinearly increased.The differences in chemical constituents between the brown and milled Simiao rice with different DOMs lead to the variation in their pasting properties and in vitro digestibility.Because of lower content of slowly digestible starch(SDS)and resistant starch(RS),milled Simiao rice exhibited greater digestibility and a higher estimated glycaemic index(EGI).The EGI of Simiao rice ranged from 77.98 to 85.55,and remained almost constant(approximately 84)when the DOM was above 4%.Correlation analysis indicated that the EGI had strong negative correlations with lipid,protein,dietary fiber and RS,but a positive correlation with amylose.These results provide theoretical guidance for the production of Simiao rice with desired physicochemical properties and digestibility by adjusting the DOM.Zhiming Wang Mingwei Zhang Guang Liu Yuanyuan Deng Yan Zhang Xiaojun Tang Ping Li Zhencheng Wei 2021Grain & Oil Science and Technology2021,4,2:5

13Correlation Between Microstructure and Corrosion Behavior of Two 90Cu10Ni Alloy Tubes显示文摘Two kinds of 90Cu10 Ni tubes with different service lives(more than 3 years and only 1 year,respectively)under identical working conditions were studied by an immersion test in a 3.5 wt% NaCl solution and the electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD) technique.The morphology after immersion showed severer corrosion attack at the grain boundaries of the tube with shorter service life compared with the tube with longer service life.The grain boundary characterization distributions(GBCDs) of the two tubes obtained by EBSD revealed more Σ3 boundaries and twins,and larger random boundary meshes in the tube with longer service life.A short immersion test in a modified Livingston's solution was conducted to evaluate the tendency to corrosion attack of different types of the grain boundaries.SEM and AFM were used to characterize the corrosion morphologies of the boundaries.A strong correlation between varying depths of corrosion grooves and types of the grain boundaries was obtained.The influence of deviation angle of low Σ boundaries on corrosion resistance of the grain boundaries was also discussed.It is concluded that a special ‘‘grain boundary engineering''(GBE) treatment has been performed on the tube with longer service life.It is proposed that the optimized GBCD is responsible for the better service performance of the tube.Aili Ma Shengli Jiang Yugui Zheng Zhiming Yao Wei Ke Shuang Xia 2014Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2014,27,4:4
14Analysis of Surface Oxide Films Formed in Hydrogenated Primary Water on Alloy 690TT Samples With Different Surface States显示文摘Oxidation of Alloy 690 TT samples either manually ground to 400 and 1500 grit, mechanically polished, or electropolished was performed in a solution of 1500 10 6B and 2.3 10 6Li with 2.5 10 6dissolved H2, at 325℃ and 15.6 MPa for 60 days. The oxide films grown on samples with different surface states were analyzed using various techniques. Results show that a triple-layered structure was formed after immersion: an outermost layer with large scattered oxide particles rich in Fe and Ni, an intermediate layer with small compact oxide particles rich in Cr and Fe for the ground surfaces and loose needle-like oxides rich in Ni for the polished surfaces, and an inner layer with continuous Cr-rich oxides. The surface state was found to affect not only the surface morphology, but also the corrosion rate. 16Effects of Surface State and Applied Stress on Stress Corrosion Cracking of Alloy 690TT in Lead-containing Caustic Solution显示文摘The effects of surface state and applied stress on the stress corrosion cracking (SCC) behaviors of thermally treated (TT) Alloy 690 in 10 wt% NaOH solution with 100 mg/L litharge at 330℃ were investigated using C-ring samples with four kinds of surface states and two different stress levels. Sample outer surfaces of the first three kinds were ground to 400 grit (ground), shot-peened (SP) and electro-polished (EP) and the last one was used as the as-received state. Two samples of every kind were stressed to 100% and 200% yield stress of Alloy 690TT, respectively. The results showed that the oxide film consisted of three layers whereas continuous layer rich in Cr was not found. The poor adhesive ability indicated that the oxide film could not protect the matrix from further corrosion. Lead was found in the oxide film and the oxides at the crack paths and accelerated the dissolution of thermodynamically unstable Cr in these locations and also in the matrix. The crack initiation and propagation on Alloy 690TT were effectively retarded by SP and EP treatments but were enhanced by grinding treatment, compared with the cracks on the as-received surface. The cracking severity was also enhanced by increasing the externally applied stress. The accelerated dissolution of Cr and the local tensile stress concentration in the near-surface layer caused by cold-working and higher applied stress reduced the SCC-resistance of Alloy 690TT in the studied solution.Zhiming Zhang Jianqiu Wang En-Hou Han Wei Ke 2012Journal of Materials Science & Technology2012,28,9:4
17Experiment and analysis on microscopic characteristics of pedestrian movement in building bottleneck显示文摘In this paper, evacuation experiments are carried out to study pedestrian movement behaviors in building bottleneck. An image processing method based on mean-shift algorithm is used to extract pedestrian movement trajectory. Based on the extracted trajectory, we analyze the microscopic movement characteristics of pedestrians such as lane formation, change of velocity and distance between two sequential pedestrians. A pedestrian lane is a group of pedestrians moving in a column. The lane formation is verified by the pedestrian trajectory and distribution of pedestrian’s lateral positions (x direction in the paper): lane number changes from one to two, three or even more with the increasing bottleneck width when pedestrians pass through the bottleneck. By analyzing the pedestrian movement behaviors in the same pedestrian lane, we find three typical movement modes in the bottleneck: time-lag acceleration, synchronous acceleration, and avoiding deceleration. Through analyzing the time intervals when successive pedestrians pass through the bottleneck, we find that most pedestrians adjust their velocities according to the distance to the forward pedestrians. 18Polarization-enhanced AlGaN solar-blind ultraviolet detectors显示文摘AlGaN solar-blind ultraviolet detectors have great potential in many fields,although their performance has not fully meet the requirements until now.Here,we proposed an approach to utilize the inherent polarization effect of AlGaN to improve the detector performance.AlGaN heterostructures were designed to enhance the polarization field in the absorption layer,and a high built-in field and a high electron mobility conduction channel were formed.As a result,a high-performance solar-blind ultraviolet detector with a peak responsivity of 1.42 A/W at 10 V was achieved,being 50 times higher than that of the nonpolarization-enhanced one.Moreover,an electron reservoir structure was proposed to further improve the performance.A higher peak responsivity of 3.1 A/W at30 V was achieved because the electron reservoir structure could modulate the electron concentration in the conduction channel.The investigation presented here provided feasible approaches to improve the performance of the AlGaN detector by taking advantage of its inherent property.Ke Jiang Xiaojuan Sun Zi-Hui Zhang Jianwei Ben Jiamang Che Zhiming Shi Yuping Jia Yang Chen Shanli Zhang Wei Lv Dabing Li 2020Photonics Research2020,8,7:3

20Effect of cumulative gamma irradiation on microstructure and corrosion behaviour of X65 low carbon steel显示文摘X65 low carbon steel was exposed to Co-60 radiation source with 1.25 MeV gamma rays, and cumulatively absorbed gamma irradiation doses(1, 2, and 3 MGy) were obtained after different exposure time(333, 667, and 1000 h). The effect of cumulative gamma irradiation on microstructure and corrosion behaviour of the carbon steel in unirradiated aerobic Beishan groundwater at 25?C was investigated by using positron annihilation, scanning vibrating electrode, and electrochemical techniques. Cumulative gamma irradiation increases vacancy intensity and decreases open circuit potential(OCP) of carbon steel. They indicate that the irradiated carbon steel is activated. Measured current density distribution above the irradiated carbon steel shows that cumulative gamma irradiation accelerates localized corrosion after 0.5 h of immersion.
