1以MH_2(M=Ti,Zr)为原料反应烧结制备MB_2-SiC复相陶瓷显示文摘分别以TiH2,ZrH2为原料,结合原位反应与脉冲电流辅助烧结制备了TiB2-SiC及ZrB2-SiC复相陶瓷。研究发现,所制备的复相陶瓷表现出一定的织构化现象,TiB2及ZrB2晶粒在反应烧结过程中其(001)面沿垂直压力和电流方向生长。金属氢化物粉体的粒径大小对复相陶瓷的致密化及微结构有较大影响:粒径越小越有利于陶瓷的致密化和硼化物晶粒的定向生长。由于金属硼化物的定向,复相陶瓷的机械性能表现出各向异性。TiB2-SiC复相陶瓷具有较高的断裂韧性,最高可达7.3 MPa.m1/2,而ZrB2-SiC复相陶瓷具有更高的抗弯强度(937 MPa)。冉松林 汪德文 Huang Shui-gen Van der Biest Omer Vleugels Jef 2013人工晶体学报2013,42,4:2
2Computer simulation of W-C-Co-V system diffusion couples显示文摘Diffusion couples,WC/Co-1at.%C,V8C7/Co,and WC/Co-0.3wt.%V8C7 were constructed and annealed at tem-peratures ranging from 1100 to 1300°C. The concentration profile of V and W atoms in these couples were measured by EPMA. Aided by Thermo-calc & DICTRA software package,the concentration profiles of W and V in established diffu-sion couples were calculated by the moving boundary model according to revised dynamic parameters and MOB database,respectively. Then the concentration profile of W in Co binder during sintering WC-Co cemented carbide was simulated by the Cell model. It can provide reference for composition and sintering process design of cemented carbides with high per-formance. 3Modeling of Nucleation and Growth of M_(23)C_6 Carbide in Multi-component Fe-based Alloy显示文摘Three-dimensional atom probe (3DAP) technique has been used to study the nucleation and growth of M23C6 carbide in a supersaturated multi-component Fe-based alloy aged at 800°C. 3D images indicate that the radius of M23C6 carbide after ageing for 10 min is about 9 nm. Concentration profiles of alloy elements in the carbide are also obtained. Combined with PANDAT and Thermo-Calc software, attempts to model the early stages of precipitation are present. 16Thermodynamics of some ZrO_2-containing ceramics显示文摘Thermodynamic assessment in the ternary systems ZrO2-CeO2-Y2O3,ZrO2-CeO2-Ce2O3 and the limiting binaries ZrO2-Y2O3, ZrO2-CeO2,CeO2-Y2O3, ZrO2-Ce2O3, CeO2-Ce2O3 as well as the modeling for oxides are reviewed comprehensively. Based on the recent estimations on the YO 1.5 -CeO2, ZrO2-CeO2 and ZrO2-YO 1.5 systems, isothermal sections at 1 273 and 1 973 K of the ternary CeO2-ZrO2-YO 1.5 system are calculated. In the system of ZrO2-CeO2-Ce2O3, the complex relation between the nonstoichiometry (y) in CeO 2-y , the composition of the ZrO2-CeO2 solid solution and the oxygen partial pressure (P O2 ) for different ZrO2 containing solid solu-tions CezZr 1-z O 2-x are evaluated from 1 473 to 1 773 K. 17液相包覆制备Ce-TZP陶瓷的力学性能与稳定行为显示文摘采用XRD、SEM、TEM等分析手段对由液相包覆工艺制备的Ce-TZP陶瓷的微结构进行了研究,并和共沉淀粉体制备的Ce-TZP陶瓷进行了对比分析.力学性能表明,同共沉淀粉体制备的Ce-TZP陶瓷相比,由液相包覆工艺制备的Ce-TZP陶瓷虽硬度下降,但断裂韧性改善;液相添加少量Al2O3硬度随之增加、断裂韧性显著提高.电镜分析表明,液相包覆工艺制备的Ce-TZP陶瓷晶粒尺寸分布宽化,一部分晶粒尺寸较大但CeO2含量低、易发生马氏体相转变晶粒的存在是断裂韧性改善的主要原因.陶瓷体中单斜相大晶粒与四方相之间的残余应力、添加少量Al2O3在晶界上易形成薄的非晶包裹层,是增加可相变四方相数量,提高断裂韧性的其它机制.方平安 顾辉 Vleugels Jef Van der Biest Omer 2004无机材料学报2004,19,5:0
