1Droplets movement and deposition of an eight-rotor agricultural UAV in downwash flow field显示文摘The movement and deposition of the droplets sprayed by agricultural unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)are influenced by the complex downwash flow field of the rotors.Instead of conducting field experiment,a high speed particle image velocimetry(PIV)method was used to measure the movement and deposition of the droplets at different rotating speeds of rotors(1000-3000 r/min)or at different transverse injecting points(20-50 cm away from its nearby rotors)in the downwash flow field of an agricultural UAV with eight rotors and conical nozzles.The maximum speed and size of the high speed zone of the droplets were found greatly influenced by the downwash velocity.The initial spray angle of the nozzle declined with the increase of downwash flow speed.It was found that the downwash velocity could not only change the deposition zone of the droplets,but also influence their distribution.The increase of the downwash velocity would increase the deposition uniformity of the droplets.The nozzle position in the downwash flow field could also influence the deposition of the droplets.When the transverse distance between the nozzle and its nearby rotors increased,the relative deposition near the downwash flow of the rotors increased simultaneously.However,the distance between the deposition peak and the nozzle stayed constant.The initial spray angle of the nozzle was not influenced by the transverse distance between the nozzle and its nearby rotors.The research results could provide a theoretical basis and reference for the optimization of the spray application of multi-rotor UAV to minimize droplets deposition uncertainty.Tang Qing Zhang Ruirui Chen Liping Xu Min Yi Tongchuan Zhang Bin 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,3:13
2Viscosity and degradation controlled injectable hydrogel for esophageal endoscopic submucosal dissection显示文摘Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)is a common procedure to treat early and precancerous gastrointestinal lesions.Via submucosal injection,a liquid cushion is created to lift and separate the lesion and malignant part from the muscular layer where the formed indispensable space is convenient for endoscopic incision.Saline is a most common submucosal injection liquid,but the formed liquid pad lasts only a short time,and thus repeated injections increase the potential risk of adverse events.Hydrogels with high osmotic pressure and high viscosity are used as an alternate;however,with some drawbacks such as tissue damage,excessive injection resistance,and high cost.Here,we reported a nature derived hydrogel of gelatin-oxidized alginate(G-OALG).Based on the rheological analysis and compare to commercial endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)solution(0.25%hyaluronic acid,HA),a designed G-OALG hydrogel of desired concentration and composition showed higher performances in controllable gelation and injectability,higher viscosity and more stable structures.The G-OALG gel also showed lower propulsion resistance than 0.25%HA in the injection force assessment under standard endoscopic instruments,which eased the surgical operation.In addition,the G-OALG hydrogel showed good in vivo degradability biocompatibility.By comparing the results acquired via ESD to normal saline,the G-OALG shows great histocompatibility and excellent endoscopic injectability,and enables create a longer-lasting submucosal cushion.All the features have been confirmed in the living both pig and rat models.The G-OALG could be a promising submucosal injection agent for esophageal ESD.Chaoqiang Fan Kaige Xu Yu Huang Shuang Liu Tongchuan Wang Wei Wang Weichao Hu Lu Liu Malcolm Xing Shiming Yang 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,4:3
3Heteroepitaxial growth of thick α-Ga_2O_3 film on sapphire(0001)by MIST-CVD technique显示文摘The 8 μm thick single-crystalline α-Ga2O3 epilayers have been heteroepitaxially grown on sapphire(0001) substrates via mist chemical vapor deposition technique. High resolution X-ray diffraction measurements show that the full-widths-at-halfmaximum(FWHM) of rocking curves for the(0006) and(10-14) planes are 0.024° and 0.24°, and the corresponding densities of screw and edge dislocations are 2.24 × 106 and 1.63 × 109 cm-2, respectively, indicative of high single crystallinity. The out-ofplane and in-plane epitaxial relationships are [0001] α-Ga2O3//[0001] α-Al2O3 and [11-20] α-Ga2O3//[11-20] α-Al2O3, respectively.The lateral domain size is in micron scale and the indirect bandgap is determined as 5.03 eV by transmittance spectra. Raman measurement indicates that the lattice-mismatch induced compressive residual strain cannot be ruled out despite the large thickness of the α-Ga2O3 epilayer. 4All-trans retinoic acid inhibits the malignant behaviors of hepatocarcinoma cells by regulating ferroptosis显示文摘All-trans retinoic acid(ATRA)can reverse the malignant behaviors of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cells,thereby exerting anti-HCC effect;however,the underlying mechanism is yet to be understood.This study aimed to demonstrate that ATRA is vital to ferroptosis in HCC.Ferroptosis-related genes exhibit different expression in patients with HCC compared to that in healthy individuals.A total of 20 amino acid products were detected in HepG2 cells,the expression level of 5 was decreased after ATRA treatment.ATRA improved the levels of lipid ROS,MDA,and NAPDt/NADPH,and reduced the mt-DNA copy number and changed the structure of mitochondria,in HepG2 and Hep3B cells.We found the expression of genes positively correlated with ferroptosis to increase and those negatively correlated to decrease with ATRA treatment.Inhibition of ferroptosis by Ferrostatin-1 reversed ATRA-inhibited proliferation of HCC cells,along with cell migration and invasion.GSH synthesis was blocked by ATRA,accompanied by decreased cystine content and increased glutamate content,and downregulation of the expression of GSH synthesis-related genes.Our findings suggested that ATRA inhibited the malignancy of HCC cells by improving ferroptosis,and that inhibition of GSH synthesis contributed to ATRA-induced ferroptosis.Yanting Sun Yun He Jishuang Tong Daijiang Liu Haodong Zhang Tongchuan He Yang Bi 2022Genes & Diseases2022,9,6:2
5Droplet spectra and high-speed wind tunnel evaluation of air induction nozzles显示文摘A series of air induction nozzles were tested in a high-speed wind tunnel.Droplet size spectra were measured for four air induction nozzles(IDK-120-01,IDK-120-02,IDK-120-03 and IDK-120-04)each at three spray pressures(0.3,0.4 and 0.5 MPa)and seven different air velocities(121.7,153.4,185.5,218.4,253.5,277.5 and 305.5 km·h^(-1)).The measurement distance(0.15,0.25 and0.35 m)from the nozzle orifice was found to be important for the atomization of the droplets.The response surface method was used to analyze the experimental data.The results indicated that Dv_(0.1)and Dv_(0.5)of the droplets decreased quasi-linearly with increased wind speed,while Dv_(0.9)was affected by the quadratic of wind speed.Dv_(0.1),Dv_(0.5)and Dv_(0.9)of the droplets were all proportional to the orifice size,and were not markedly influenced by the spray pressure.The percentage of the spray volume consisting of droplets with a diameter below 100 mm(%<100 mm)was found to be quadratically related to wind speed,and was not markedly influenced by the spray pressure and orifice size.However,the effect of the orifice size on the %<200 mm could not be ignored.Qing TANG Liping CHEN Ruirui ZHANG Min XU Gang XU Tongchuan YI Bin ZHANG 2018Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2018,5,4:1

7RNA Interference-Mediated Gene Silencing of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor显示文摘OBJECTIVE To inhibit the expression of the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) by RNA interference, and to observe the effect in different cells line. METHODS Using the services of E-RNAi, we designed and constructed two kinds of shRNAs expression vectors which were aimed at the VEGF gene. These vectors were then transfected into HEK293, colon cancer HT29, Hela and HepG2 cells by LipofectamineTM 2000. The level of VEGF mRNA was determined by RT-PCR and Northern blotting and the VEGF expression was examined by immunofluoresence staining. RESULTS The two kinds of VEGF specific shRNAs expression vectors were found to efficiently inhibit the expression of VEGF in HEK293 and HT29 cells by RT-PCR analysis, with inhibition rates of 72% and 42%, respectively; but the inhibition rates were reduced to 28% in Hela cells and 13% in HepG2 cells. Northern blotting showed that the inhibition rates of VEGF mRNA expression were 88% and 89% in HEK293 and HT29 cells, respectively. The inhibition rate of VEGF protein expression in HT29 cells was 73% based on immunofluoresence staining. 12Development of sensor system for real-time measurement of droplet deposition of agricultural sprayers显示文摘During the chemical application process,droplet deposition on a target is an important reference indicator for evaluating the spraying technique and its performance.In order to quickly obtain deposition results in the field,this study proposed a novel system based on surface humidity sensors.The basic principle is to convert the measured physical quantity change into a capacitance change,thereby realizing the physical quantity to electrical signal conversion.An Android application for mobile terminal and the corresponding coordinator were developed,which allowed operators to control multiple sensors simultaneously through the Bluetooth.The soluble tracer detected by spectrophotometer was used to calibrate the system.The obtained results indicated a good correlation between deposition volume and voltage increment output from the newly developed system(R2 of the six nozzles with Dv0.5 ranging from 107.28μm to 396.20μm were 0.8674-0.9729),and a power regression model based on the least squares technique(R2=0.8022)was developed.In the field test,the system exhibited an optimal performance in predicting the deposition volume.Compared with the conventional method of measuring tracer concentration,the deviation was less than 10%.In addition,the system exhibited good fitting curve of the deposition distribution with droplet number results measured by the water sensitive paper method.Longlong Li Ruirui Zhang Liping Chen Tongchuan Yi Gang Xu Daxuan Xue Qing Tang Linhuan Zhang Andrew John Hewitt Yining An 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,5:1

15关节软骨修复细胞基因治疗中软骨细胞支架载体特点显示文摘目的探讨四种不同类型三维支架中培养的关节软骨细胞活性状况及其转基因特性。方法原代培养兔膝关节软骨细胞,并且以表达绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)和萤火虫荧光素酶(GL3)的腺病毒载体AdGFP和AdGL3进行感染。在Ⅰ型胶原海绵、纤维蛋白胶、透明质酸和聚乳酸四种类型的支架材料中,以荧光显微镜和荧光素酶分析法检测细胞的活性状况及其转基因特性;以阿辛蓝染色评价软骨基质的产生。结果表达绿色荧光蛋白的腺病毒(AdGFP)成功感染兔关节软骨细胞,并且持续表达绿色荧光蛋白。被感染的软骨细胞在所有被测试的细胞支架上均能存活,并能表达GFP和荧光素酶报告基因。与其余三种支架比较,聚乳酸支架中转基因表达率最高(P〈0.01)。而且聚乳酸培养体系中,4周时可以检测到阿辛蓝染色阳性的基质材料。结论在关节软骨修复的细胞基因治疗领域,聚乳酸可能是一种合适的支架材料。刘渤 陈亮 罗小辑 权正学 欧云生 Tongchuan HE 安洪 胡侦明 蒋电明 2009中华创伤杂志2009,25,12:0
16Method for UAV spraying pattern measurement with PLS model based spectrum analysis显示文摘Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)chemical application is widely used for crop protection,and spraying pattern is one of the most important factors that influence the chemical control efficacy.A method for UAV spraying pattern measurement with partial least squares(PLS)model based spectrum analysis was proposed in this study to measure the UAV spraying pattern more accurately.The method involved the steps of fluorescent tracer solution spray and its droplets collection,the spectrum on paper strip acquiring,spectrum processing and analysis,PLS modeling.In order to verify the applicability of the method and obtain the parameters of the PLS model,UAV spraying experiments were performed in the field.Then Fluorescent tracer solution was sprayed and its droplets are collected by paper strip,and the original spectrum on paper strip obtained by a spectrometer was processed by the Savitzky-Golay and standard normalized variable(SNV)method.The prediction model of coverage rate selected as the droplet deposition parameter to measure the UAV spraying pattern,was established by using PLS method.To verify the superiority of the PLS model,a traditional linear regression(LR)model of coverage rate was established simultaneously.The results demonstrate that the method with PLS model based spectrum analysis can measure the UAV spraying pattern effectively,and PLS model has a better performance of RV2=0.94 and RMSEP=0.9446 than that of the LR model.Ruirui Zhang Yao Wen Longlong Li Liping Chen Gang Xu Yanbo Huang Qing Tang Tongchuan Yi 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,3:0
17Spray drift characteristics of pulse-width modulation sprays in wind tunnel显示文摘Pulse-width modulation(PWM)sprays can improve flow accuracy by adjusting duty cycle and frequency signal which accurately controls the relative proportion of opening time of solenoid valve.The objective of this research was to determine the impacts of PWM duty cycle and frequency on spray drift characteristic.Spray tests were conducted in a wind tunnel with a PWM variable-rate spraying system.The airborne drift and sediment drift were determined with tracer method,and the drift potential reduction(DPR)compared with reference condition of 100%duty cycle at vertical profile and horizontal planes were calculated,respectively.The results show that,at a given frequency,droplet size decreases with the increase of duty cycle,the main reason is that the liquid does not reach full pattern development at lower duty cycle.Duty cycle has a greater impact than the frequency on spray drift,the influence weights of duty cycle on airborne drift and sediment drift were 88.32%and 77.89%,respectively.At a lower PWM frequency,in addition to the droplet size,the spray drift may be affected by the pulsed spray pattern.From the perspective of reducing spray drift,it is recommended that the PWM duty cycle should be set in the range of 20%-70%to reduce the potential drift in PWM sprays.This research provides a pesticide drift reduction scheme for variable spraying technology,which can serve as a theoretical basis for PWM parameter selection.Longlong Li Liping Chen Ruirui Zhang Qing Tang Tongchuan Yi Boqin Liu Wei Deng 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,4:0
18支架载体在BMP-9转导干细胞成骨基因治疗中特性的研究显示文摘目的:比较3种可能的支架载体在以骨形态发生蛋白9(Bone morphogenetic protein 9,BMP-9)介导细胞为基础的裸鼠成骨基因治疗模型中的不同促成骨特性。方法:4~6周龄雌性裸鼠40只,体重15~20 g,随机分为4组。3种支架载体分别为I:型胶原纤维,羟基磷灰石—磷酸三钙,脱钙基质骨(Demineralized bone matrix,DBM)。分别将表达BMP-9重组腺病毒Ad-BMP-9感染后的小鼠成肌细胞系C2C12细胞注入埋植于皮下一侧的3种载体。将表达绿色荧光蛋白(Green fluorescent protein,GFP)重组腺病毒Ad-GFP感染后的C2C12细胞分别注入埋置于其对侧皮下的3种载体作为对照。第4组仅在双侧皮下分别注入Ad-BMP-9或Ad-GFP感染后的C2C12细胞。4周后处死实验裸鼠,行X线检查和组织学分析。结果:X线检测显示:Ⅰ型胶原纤维组90%样本出现新骨形成,HA-TCP组、DMB组和皮下注射组的新骨形成率分别为89%、50%和44%。组织学分析显示:Ⅰ型胶原纤维组和HA-TCP组新骨质量和数量更佳;Ⅰ型胶原纤维组样本中干细胞及新骨分布较其它组更趋均匀;DBM组样本中存活干细胞数量少于其它组。结论:在以BMP-9基因转导细胞为基础的基因治疗中,使用Ⅰ型胶原纤维或HA-TCP载体较脱钙基质骨载体可更有效成骨。同时,Ⅰ型胶原纤维和HA-TCP载体可为基因治疗中使用的细胞提供更好的组织工程环境。陈亮 刘渤 罗小辑 陈富 柯珍勇 尹良军 HE Tongchuan 蒋电明 邓忠良 2010重庆医科大学学报2010,35,10:0

20Factors controlling deep-profile soil organic carbon and water storage following Robinia pseudoacacia afforestation of the Loess Plateau in China显示文摘Background:Afforestation is a common and effective approach used for the restoration of degraded ecosystems worldwide.In China,Robinia pseudoacacia(RP)is among the main non-native tree species and has been widely planted in revegetation of the Loess Plateau.However,owing to uncertainties regarding soil water consumption and carbon sequestration,it is necessary to assess the suitability and sustainability of R.pseudoacacia in restoration.In this study,we aimed to analyse the dynamic effects of R.pseudoacacia forest on soil carbon storage(SCS)and soil water storage(SWS).Specifically,we investigated the association between soil water content(SWC)and soil organic carbon(SOC)and underlying factors in the 0-500-cm profile of a 10-to 50-year-old chronosequence.Results:The results obtained indicated that the dynamics of SWS and SCS on this time scale could be divided into an initial reduction phase(the initial 20 years after afforestation)and subsequent recovery(20-50 years after afforestation).Compared with in the abandoned land(AL),the net accumulation of SCS in R.pseudoacacia forest was 2.51 Mg·ha^(-1)at 50 years after afforestation,whereas there was a 398.76-mm deficit in SWS.Additionally,the natural succession of R.pseudoacacia forest has contributed to the continuous change in stand structure(e.g.vegetation cover(VC),understory vegetation coverage(UVC),and litter biomass(LB)).Conclusions:These findings indicate that vegetation restoration increases carbon sequestration while causing soil water deficit.Furthermore,stand density(SD)was established to make a predominant contribution to the dynamics of SWS and SCS via its effects in altering vegetation,soil,and litter characteristics.Therefore,high-density plantation forests in the Loess Plateau area should be appropriately thinned to reduce the density of forest stands on the basis of soil erosion control and wind and sand fixation,so as to increase carbon sink with lower water consumption,thus realizing the synergistic development of soil carbon sequestration and water connotation.Xi Yang Tongchuan Li Ming'an Shao 2022Forest Ecosystems2022,9,6:0
