MODEL REDUCTION AND ACTIVE CONTROL FOR A FLEXIBLE PLATE显示文摘The internal balance technique is effective for model reduction in flexible structures, especially those with dense frequencies. However, due to the difficulty in extracting the internal balance modal coordinates from the physical sensor readings, research so far on this topic has been mostly theoretic and little on experiment or engineering applications. This paper, by working on a DSP TMS320F2812-based experiment system with a flexible plate and bringing forward an approximating approach to accessing the internal balance modal coordinates, studies the internal balance method theoretically as well as experimentally, and further designs an active controller based on the reduced model. Simulation and test results have proven the proposed approximating approach feasible and effective, and the designed controller successful in restraining the plate vibration. | Yong Xie Tong Zhao Guoping Cai | 2011 | Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2011,24,5: | 3
Subtyping of type A influenza by sequencing the variable regions of HA gene specifically amplified with RT-PCR显示文摘The outbreak of a novel influenza A(H1N1) virus across the globe poses a threat to human health. It is of paramount importance to develop a rapid, reliable and inexpensive diagnostic procedure.Based on the bioinformatic information from public database, primers specific for influenza A virus surface protein haemagglutinin(HA) of several subtypes(including H1,H2,H3,H5,H7 and H9) were designed.Primer-specific PCR products were subjected to sequencing for accurately distinguishing H1 and H3 subtypes from others. This sequencing-based detection method will not only be applied to rapid detection and simultaneous subtype identification of new influenza A virus H1N1,but also provide the strategies to monitor other new types ofinfluenza virus with explosive potential. | YAN An DING GuoHui ZHOU ZhenFeng DONG Hui ZHANG YaKun ZHU Lei HE YunGang ZHANG GuoQing LI YiXue SUN Bing HUANG Zhong LAN Ke JIN Li WANG HongYan WANG XiaoNing YANG Zhong ZHONG Yang DAI JianXin GUO YaJun WANG Hao CHE XiaoYan WU Fan YUAN ZhenGan ZHANG Xi CAO ZhiWei ZHOU XiaoNong ZHOU JiaHai MA ZhiYong TONG GuangZhi ZHAO GuoPing JIN WeiRong XIONG Hui | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,13: | 3
The mutation network for the hemagglutinin gene from the novel influenza A (H1N1) virus显示文摘A mutation network for the hemagglutinin gene(HA) of the novel type A(H1N1) influenza virus was constructed.Sequence homology analysis indicated that one HA sequence type from the viruses mainly isolated from Mexico was likely the original type in this epidemic.Based on the 658A and 1408T mutations in HA,the viruses evolving into this epidemic were divided into three categories, the Mexico, the transitional and the New York type. The three groups of viruses presented distinctive clustering features in their geographic distributions. | HE YunGang DING GuoHui BIAN Chao HUANG Zhong LAN Ke SUN Bing WANG XueCai LI YiXue WANG HongYan WANG XiaoNing YANG Zhong ZHONG Yang JIN WeiRong XIONG Hui DAI JianXin GUO YaJun WANG Hao CHE XiaoYan WU Fan YUAN ZhenAn ZHANG Xi CAO ZhiWei ZHOU XiaoNong ZHOU JiaHai MA ZhiYong TONG GuangZhi ZHAO GuoPing JIN Li | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,13: | 3
Structure modeling and spatial epitope analysis for HA protein of the novel H1N1 influenza virus显示文摘In recent months,a novel influenza virus H1N1 broke out around the world. With bioinformatics technology, the 3D structure of HA protein was obtained, and the epitope residues were predicted with the method developed in our group for this novel flu virus.58 amino acids were identified as potential epitope residues, the majority of which clustered at the surface of the globular head of HA protein.Although it is located at the similar position, the epitope of HA protein for the novel H1N1 flu virus has obvious differences in the electrostatic potential compared to that of HA proteins from previous flu viruses. | WU Di XU TianLei SUN Jing DAI JianXin DING GuoHui HE YunGang ZHOU ZhengFeng XIONG Hui DONG Hui JIN WeiRong BIAN Chao JIN Li WANG HongYan WANG XiaoNing YANG Zhong ZHONG Yang WANG Hao CHE XiaoYan HUANG Zhong LAN Ke SUN Bing WU Fan YUAN ZhenAn ZHANG Xi ZHOU XiaoNong ZHOU JiaHai MA ZhiYong TONG GuangZhi GUO YaJun ZHAO GuoPing LI YiXue CAO ZhiWei | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,13: | 2
DYNAMIC MODELING AND ACTIVE CONTROL OF FLEXIBLE PLATE BASED ON THE INPUT-OUTPUT DATA显示文摘This paper studies the low-order dynamic modeling and active control of a flexible plate and provides experimental verification. First based on the input-output data of the system, the Markov parameters of the system are identified using the method of observer/Kalman filter identification (OKID). Then a low-order state-space model is built using the eigensystem realization algorithm (ERA). Finally, a linear quadratic Gaussian (LQG) controller is designed based on the low-order state-space model. Experimental results have proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the research. | Yong Xie Tong Zhao Guoping Cai | 2013 | Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2013,26,3: | 1
Experimental realization of nonadiabatic geometric gates with a superconducting Xmon qubit显示文摘Geometric phases are only dependent on evolution paths but independent of evolution details so that they possess some intrinsic noise-resilience features. Based on different geometric phases, various quantum gates have been proposed, such as nonadiabatic geometric gates based on nonadiabatic Abelian geometric phases and nonadiabatic holonomic gates based on nonadiabatic nonAbelian geometric phases. Up to now, nonadiabatic holonomic one-qubit gates have been experimentally demonstrated with superconducting transmons, where the three lowest levels are all utilized in operation. However, the second excited state of transmons has a relatively short coherence time, which results in a decreased fidelity of quantum gates. Here, we experimentally realize Abelian-geometric-phase-based nonadiabatic geometric one-qubit gates with a superconducting Xmon qubit. The realization is performed on the two lowest levels of an Xmon qubit and thus avoids the influence from the short coherence time of the second excited state. The experimental result indicates that the average fidelities of single-qubit gates can be up to 99.6% and 99.7% characterized by quantum process tomography and randomized benchmarking. | PeiZi Zhao ZhangJingZi Dong ZhenXing Zhang GuoPing Guo DianMin Tong Yi Yin | 2021 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,5: | 1

DIFFRACTION OF SOLITARY WATER WAVES AROUND THREE-DIMENSIONAL FLOATING BODIES显示文摘By using the matched asymptotic expansion method and the idea of edge layer, a mathematicmodel for describing the interaction between weakly nonlinear shallow-water waves and three-dimensional floatingbodies is formed in the paper. As a numerical example, the diffraction of a solitary wave around a vertically floating cir-cular cylinder has been investigated and the results are presented. The present method can further be extended to thestudy of wave diffraction around floating bodies of general shape. | Liu Yingzhong Zhu Dexiang Miao Guoping, Shanghai Jiao Tong Univ. | 1990 | Acta Mechanica Sinica1990,6,1: | 0

Aging-independent and size-dependent genotoxic response induced by titanium dioxide nanoparticles in mammalian cells显示文摘Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs) are subjected to various transformation processes (chemical, physical and biological processes) in the environment, potentially affecting their bioavailability and toxic properties. However, the size variation of TiO2 NPs during aging process and subsequent effects in mammalian cells are largely unknown. The aim of this study was to illustrate the adverse effects of TiO2 NPs in different sizes (5,15 and <100 nm) during aging process on human-hamster hybrid (AL) cells. There was an aging-time dependent enhancement of average hydrodynamic size in TiO2 NPs stock suspensions. The cytotoxicity of fresh TiO2 NPs increased in a size-dependent manner;in contrast, their genotoxicity decreased with the increasing sizes of NPs.No significant toxicity difference was observed in cells exposed to either fresh or 60 day-aged TiO2 NPs.Both Fresh and aged TiO2 NPs efficiently induced mitochondrial dysfunction and activated Caspase-3/7 in a size-dependent manner.Using mitochondrial-DNA deficient (ρ°) AL cells,we further discovered that mitochondrial dysfunction made significant contribution to the size-dependent toxicity induced by TiO2 NPs during the aging process.Taken together, our data indicated that TiO2 NPs could significantly induced the cytotoxicity and genotoxicity in an aging time-independent and size-dependent manner, which were triggered by mitochondrial dysfunction. Our study suggested the necessity to include size as an additional parameter for the cautious monitoring of TiO2 NPs disposal before entering the environment. | Juan Wang Jingjing Wang Yun Liu Yaguang Nie Bo Si Tong Wang Ahmed Waqas Guoping Zhao Meimei Wang An Xu | 2019 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,11: | 0
Recognition for avian influenza virus proteins based on support vector machine and linear discriminant analysis显示文摘Total 200 properties related to structural characteristics were employed to represent structures of 400 HA coded proteins of influenza virus as training samples. Some recognition models for HA proteins of avian influenza virus (AIV) were developed using support vector machine (SVM) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA). The results obtained from LDA are as follows: the identification accuracy (Ria) for training samples is 99.8% and Ria by leave one out cross validation is 99.5%. Both Ria of 99.8% for training samples and Ria of 99.3% by leave one out cross validation are obtained using SVM model, respectively. External 200 HA proteins of influenza virus were used to validate the external predictive power of the resulting model. The external Ria for them is 95.5% by LDA and 96.5% by SVM, respectively, which shows that HA proteins of AIVs are preferably recognized by SVM and LDA, and the performances by SVM are superior to those by LDA. | LIANG GuiZhao CHEN ZeCong YANG ShanBin MEI Hu ZHOU Yuan YANG Li ZHOU Peng YANG ShengXi SHU Mao LIAO ChunYang WU ShiRong LI GenRong HE Liu GAO JianKun Gan MengYu LI DeJing CHEN GuoPing WANG GuiXue LONG Sha JING JuHua ZHENG XiaoLin ZENG Hui ZHANG QiaoXia ZHANG MengJun YANG Qi TIAN FeiFei TONG JianBo WANG JiaoNa LIU YongHong LI Bo QIU LiangJia CAI ShaoXi ZHAO Na YANG Yan SU XiaLi SONG Jian CHEN MeiXia ZHANG XueJiao SUN JiaYing LI JingWei CHEN GuoHua CHEN Gang DENG Jie PENG ChuanYou ZHU WanPing XU LuoNan WU YuQuan LIAO LiMin LI Zhi LI Jun LU DaJun SU QinLiang HUANG ZhengHu ZHOU Ping LI ZhiLiang | 2008 | Science China Chemistry2008,51,2: | 0
