| 1 | 针刺结合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察显示文摘目的:观察针刺结合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:治疗组40例主穴取腰椎病变节段及上、下各一节段的双侧夹脊穴,患侧秩边、环跳;配穴取下肢后侧痛取殷门、委中、承山,下肢外侧痛取风市、阳陵泉、悬钟,下肢前侧痛取髀关、伏兔、足三里。所有夹脊穴均用电针。对照组40例取穴治疗与治疗组相同,但不用电针。结果:总有效率治疗组80.0%,对照组65.0%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:针刺结合电针能明显提高疗效率,是临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症的简单而有效的方法。 | PETER TJANDRA 赵红霞 赵若谷 贾朗 贾功伟 虞乐华 | 2008 | 实用中医药杂志2008，24，11： | 8 |
| 2 | Photocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction by photocatalyst innovation显示文摘The rising CO_2 level, population boom and increasing energy demand prompts the need of an efficient and sustainable solution to tackle the global warming issue. Reduction of greenhouse gas(GHG) emission through the conversion of detrimental CO_2 into methanol is one of the most promising solutions for optimising economic and resource efficiency. The utilisation of the abundant and sustainable sunlight to replace thermal and electric energy for CO_2 conversion to valuable chemicals is a highly sustainable process and attracted much research interests. Herein, we summarised the catalytic methods for CO_2 conversion to methanol, reviewed the photocatalytic properties and efficient photocatalysts, as well as their performance. Carbon [78_TD$IF]quantum dots(CQDs) as a new member of the carbon nanomaterials family have attracted increasing attention owing to their excellent photoluminescence property, light harvesting capability, charge recombination suppression and effective electron transport ability. This paper highlighted the multifaceted roles of CQDs in photocatalytic reactions. | 3 | Ganglion cells apoptosis in diabetic rats as early prediction of glaucoma:a study of Brn3b gene expression and association with change of quantity of NO, caspase-3, NF-κB, and TNF-α显示文摘AIM:To find a new concept to show whether or not apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells(RGCs)canbe determined in the histology of acute hyperglycemia in the role of expressed Brn3b gene related to nitric oxide(NO),caspase-3,nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)as an early predictor of primary open angle glaucoma(POAG)eyes and their associations.METHODS:Experimental in vivo study was carried out using adult male,white Sprague-Dawley rats aged≥2 mo,weighing 150-200 g.The animals were divided into two groups,one group receiving intraperitoneal injection of streptozotociz 50 mg/kg in 0.01 mol/L citricbuffer and p H 4.5 and a comparison made with the control group.Retinal tissue was divided into two parts(both experimental and control groups respectively):a)right retina for immunohistochemistry(IHC;caspase-3 and TNF-α);b)left retina was divided into two parts for the purpose of real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR)test(RNA extraction for Brn3b gene expression analysis)and ELISA test(NO and NF-κB).RESULTS:The experimental group showed a decrease in Brn3b gene expression compared to the control group(1.3-fold lower in 2nd month;1.1-fold lower in 4th month and 2.5-fold lower in 6th month).However,there was a decrease of NO,caspase-3,and an increase of NF-κB and TNF-αquantity.CONCLUSION:The expression of m RNA Brn3b gene is inversely proportional to apoptosis in RGCs.The quantity of NO,caspase-3,NF-κB and TNF-αis influential in expression of Brn3b in RGCs caused by hyperglycemia in diabetic rats. | Irwan Tjandra Purnomo Soeharso Widya Artini Nurjati Chairani Siregar Andi Arus Victor | 2020 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2020，13，12： | 2 |
