| 1 | Experimental modeling of polymer latex spray coating for producing controlled-release urea显示文摘Spray coating of polymer latex onto fertilizer particles in a fluidized bed for producing controlled-release urea is an environment friendly technology as it does not need any toxic organic solvent. Since the spray coating process in a fluidized bed occurs in the presence of particle collisions, the coating of the particles is random, intermittent and multiple, thus making it difficult to investigate the film formation process. In this paper, an experimental model apparatus was designed and used to investigate the effects of the key factors in the spray coating process. This apparatus reasonably simplified the complex process to avoid particle collisions and randomness in the coating. The intermittent coating in the fluidized bed was modeled by periodic coating and dewatering in the experimental apparatus. A large area film was obtained, and the film permeability was measured. The effects of atomizing gas flow rate, spray rate of latex, solid content of latex and gas temperature on film structure and film permeability were investigated. | 2 | Mapping stripe rust resistance genes by BSR-Seq:YrMM58 and YrHY1 on chromosome 2AS in Chinese wheat lines Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 are Yr17显示文摘Stripe rust(yellow rust), caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici(PST),is one of the most devastating fungal diseases in common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) in China and worldwide. Resistance breeding is the most effective strategy to control diseases in crop plants. Chinese wheat lines Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 are highly resistant to PST race CYR34(V26) at the adult plant stage. To genetically map the underlying resistance genes we developed segregating populations by crossing Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 with the susceptible cultivar Nongda 399. The stripe rust resistances in Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 were both controlled by single dominant genes, provisionally designated YrMM58 and YrHY1, respectively. Bulked segregant RNA-Seq(BSR-Seq) analysis showed that YrMM58 and YrHY1 were located in the same distal ~16 Mb region on chromosome 2 AS.Comparative genomics analysis with the physical map of Aegilops tauschii proved useful for developing additional markers to saturate the genetic linkage map. YrMM58 and YrHY1 were mapped to the distal end of chromosome arm 2 AS, with the closest marker WGGB148 being 7.7 cM and 3.8 cM from the resistance gene, which was considered to be Yr17. | 3 | Granulation by spray coating aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate to produce large spherical granules in a fluidized bed显示文摘Spherical 2-4mm granules of ammonium sulfate(NH_4)_2SO_4 are promising fertilizer for practical use,though only much smaller grains are being produced in industry.This work used coating granulation to produce large spherical granules of(NH_4)_2SO_4 in a fluidized bed by spraying its aqueous solution onto0.9-1.6 mm(NH_4)_2SO_4 core particles.However,the overall coating efficiency was only 58%due to loss as dust by attrition of(NH_4)_2SO_4 in the vent gas.By adding CaCO_3 or SiO_2 particles into the feed solution,the coating efficiency was increased to over 90%.This increase in coating efficiency was due to a change in the crystallization mechanism of(NH_4)_2SO_4.The added CaCO_3 or SiO_2 particles provided a heterogeneous surface that induced(NH_4)_2SO_4 to crystallize uniformly to form a more compact structure less susceptible to attrition. | Guanda Wang Ling Yang Rui Lan Tingjie Wang Yong Jin | 2013 | Particuology2013,11,5: | 5 |

| 5 | A novel CD4+CTL subtype characterized by chemotaxis and inflammation is involved in the pathogenesis of Graves’orbitopathy显示文摘Graves*orbitopathy(GO),the most severe manifestation of Graves'hyperthyroidism(GH),is an autoimmune-mediated inflammatory disorder,and treatments often exhibit a low efficacy.CD4+T cells have been reported to play vital roles in GO progression.To explore the pathogenic CD4-f T cell types that drive GO progression,we applied single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-Seq),T cell receptor sequencing(TCR-Seq),flow cytometry,immunofluorescence and mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR)assays to evaluate CD4+T cells from GO and GH patients.scRNA-Seq revealed the novel GO-spedfic cell type CD4+cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTLs),which are characterized by chemotactic and inflammatory features.The clonal expansion of this CD4+CTL population,as demonstrated by TCR-Seq,along with their strong cytotoxic response to autoantigens,localization in orbital sites,and potential relationship with disease relapse provide strong evidence for the pathogenic roles of GZMB and IFN-y-secreting CD4+CTLs in GO.Therefore,cytotoxic pathways may become potential therapeutic targets for GO. | Yue Wang Ziyi Chen Tingjie Wang Hui Guo Yufeng Liu Ningxin Dang Shiqian Hu Liping Wu Chengsheng Zhang Kai Ye Bingyin Shi | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,3: | 2 |
