| 1 | Characteristic of laser-MIG hybrid welding with filling additional cold wire for aluminum alloy显示文摘The weld appearance,deposition rate,welding efficiency,stability of arc,laser keyhole characteristic,and weld property were studied by using a novel laser-MIG hybrid welding process with filling wire of aluminum alloy. The results were also compared with those by conventional laser-MIG hybrid welding process. It was found that with the suitable process parameters this novel welding process for aluminum alloy was stable and final weld bead had fine appearance. | 2 | miR-27b-3p/MARCH7 regulates invasion and metastasis of endometrial cancer cells through Snail-mediated pathway显示文摘Ubiquitin E3 ligase membrane-associated RING-CH-type finger 7(MARCH7),also known as axotrophin,was originally identified in mouse embryonic stem cells.MARCH7 is involved in T-cell proliferation,neuronal development,and the immune system.However,its role in endometrial cancer(EC)remains unclear.This study aimed to investigate the role of MARCH7 in EC.Quantitative polymerase chain reaction,immunohistochemistry,and western blot analysis were used to examine the expression of MARCH7,E-cadherin,Snail,and Vimentin in EC cell lines or clinical specimens.The role of MARCH7 in maintaining EC cell malignant phenotype was determined by transwell assay and using xenograft tumor model.Dual-luciferase reporter gene assay was performed to determine whether MARCH7 is an authentic target of miR-27b-3p.Our data showed that the expression level of MARCH7 in EC tissues was higher than that in normal endometrium tissues.The level of MARCH7 was positively associated with that of Snail and Vimentin,clinical stage,and histological grade,while negatively associated with that of E-cadherin.Knockdown of MARCH7 inhibited the invasion and metastasis of EC cells in vitro and in vivo.The opposite effect was observed after overexpressing MARCH7.MARCH7 promoted invasion and metastasis of EC cells via the Snail-mediated pathway.Furthermore,MARCH7 was demonstrated to be an authentic target of miR-27b-3p,and miR-27b-3p decreased the stimulus effect induced by MARCH7.These data indicate that MARCH7 may be an oncogenic factor and a therapeutic target for EC.miR-27b-3p/MARCH7 may also regulate EC cell invasion and metastasis via the Snail-mediated pathway. | Ling Liu Jianguo Hu Tinghe Yu Shuang You Yulin Zhang Lina Hu | 2019 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,5: | 6 |
| 3 | Highly selective methanol-to-olefin reaction on pyridine modified H-mordenite显示文摘The effects of the acid site in main channels of MOR zeolites on their product selectivity and deactivation in the MTO(methanol to olefin) reactions were investigated. The catalytic analysis demonstrates that the pyridine modified MOR zeolite yielded high selectivity(> 65.3%) of C_2~=-C_4~=, although the conversion dropped from 100% to 54%. Furthermore, both the catalytic lifetime of MOR and the stability of yielding the lower olefins were increased from less than 30 min to more than 120 min after the modification with pyridine.1H MAS NMR on MOR and modified MOR shows that the acid sites in main channel do not benefit the productivity of lower olefins and catalysts' lifetime. | 17 | Contribution of Agricultural Input to Output in Hohhot City显示文摘Based on the research data from the economics and management platform of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University,we analyze the changes in the input of agricultural production factors,such as farmland,labor and capital in Hohhot City. Based on the principle of econometrics,we select the agricultural production input-output data in Hohhot City during the period 1992-2010,and establish the econometric model using Cobb-Douglas production factor,to estimate the rate of contribution of agricultural input to the growth of agricultural output value,and study the quantitative relations between agricultural input and agricultural output value. The results show that in Hohhot City,the contribution of chemical fertilizer input to the growth of agricultural output value is the greatest; the contribution of mechanical power to agricultural output value is still not brought into full play; the contribution of remaining production inputs ( including technical progress) accounts for 35. 69% . | 18 | Degradation of Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy intestinal stent and its effect on the growth of intestinal endothelial tissue in rabbit model显示文摘Biodegradable magnesium alloys have excellent properties with respect to biodegradability, biocompatibility, and biomechanics, which may indicate a possibility of its application in intestinal stents. Investigation of Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy’s application in intestinal stents has been performed. This study aims to investigate the degradation behavior of Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy intestinal stents coated with poly(L-lactide)/paclitaxel in the intestinal environment and its biocompatibility with intestinal tissue. In this paper, Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy’s corrosion properties were evaluated by the immersion test in human feces, SEM and XRD, and animal tests. In vitro results showed that when the Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy was immersed in human feces for two weeks, its corrosion resistance could be improved by micro arc oxidation(MAO) and poly-l-lactide(PLLA) dual coating. Additionally, this result was also confirmed in vivo experiments by rabbit model. And animal tests also demonstrated that the Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy with MAO/PLLA/paclitaxel dual coating drug-eluting stents could inhibit the proliferation of local intestinal tissue around the stents.
