| 4 | The structure of natural microbial enemy-victim networks显示文摘Introduction:The persistence of generalists and specialists is a topical question in community ecology and results from both ecological and evolutionary processes.At fine taxonomical scales,ecological specialisation,i.e.organisms preferentially exploiting a subset of available habitats,is thought to be a driver promoting niche diversity.It is not clear,however,how different mechanisms interact to shape specialist-generalist coexistence.Methods:We reconstruct the structure of five bacteria-phage networks from soil isolates,and perform an analysis of the relationships between host phylogenetic diversity,parasite specialism,and parasite performance.Results:We show that the co-occurrence of species on a continuum of specialism/generalism is influenced by niche overlap,phage impact on bacterial hosts,and host phylogenetic structure.In addition,using a null-model analysis we show that infection strategies of the phages have more explanatory power than bacterial defenses on key structural features of these antagonistic communities.Conclusions:We report that generalists have more impact on their hosts than specialists,even when the phylogenetic heterogeneity of hosts is controlled for.We discuss our results in the light of their implications for the evolution of biotic interactions. | Timothée Poisot Manon Lounnas Michael E Hochberg | 2013 | Ecological Processes2013，2，1： | 0 |
| 5 | Atypical miller-fisher syndrome after COVID-19 and sleeve gastrectomy:Contribution of neurochemical markers to early diagnosis显示文摘Background:The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),began in late 2019.More recently,there have been sporadic case reports on devel-opment of Miller-Fisher Syndrome,a rare variant of Guillain-BarréSyndrome in COVID-19 patients.Case report:We reported herein the case of a French young women presenting with ophtalmoplegia,cerebellar ataxia,and universal areflexia following a bariatric surgery(sleeve gastrectomy).A concomitant COVID-19 diagnosis was retained based on microbiological testing.The patient was successfully treated after high-dose intravenous thiamine,but areflexia persisted.Underlying COVID-19 related Miller-Fisher Syndrome was established on physical examination and confirmed by pathologic neurophysiological findings and elevated level of phosphorylated neurofilament heavy chain protein in cerebrospinal fluid analysis.Conclusions:Guillain-BarréSyndrome and its variants after SARS-CoV-2 infection are extremely rare.The mea-surement of phosphorylated neurofilament heavy chain protein should be considered as an easy tool to detect an early affection of the peripheral nervous system. | Souheil Zayet Hajer Zahra Nabil Belfeki Timothée Klopfenstein Beate Hagenkötter | 2022 | Infectious Medicine2022，1，2： | 0 |

| 11 | Order-disorder Transformation for TiAl with L1_0 Structure at Stoichiometrical Composition显示文摘The embedded atom method (EAM) was used to study the order-disorder transformation in γ-TiAl alloy with L10 structure at stoichiometrical composition, and the effect of lattice constants was also investigated. It was found that the γ-TiAl alloy at stoichiometrical composition exhibits a second-order transition, and the relations between lattice con- stants a, c and the long-range order σ are not linear. The lattice constant a decreases whereas c increases with the increase of the long-range order parameter. In this case the ordering induces the transformation from cubic to tetragonal. | 13 | Influence of Aluminum Content in γ-TiAl with L1_0 Structure during Ordering Processes显示文摘Based on EAM (embedded atom method) interatomic potential, the effect of aluminum content on the type of order-disorder transformation (ODT) and the structure properties (lattice constants, volume, c/a ratio and configu- ration energy) during ordering processes was investigated for γ-TiAI based alloys. Results show that for the alloys with lower than 50%Al (all composition is in atom number fraction), the ODT is the first order transition, and the second order transition for the alloys with equal or higher than 50% Al. The increase of aluminum content results in the critical temperature increasing. The aluminum content has a very little effect on the lattice constants, the volume and the c/a ratio, but has a significant effect on the configuration energy. | 15 | Diversity,taxonomy,and history of the tropical fern genus Didymoglossum Desv.(Hymenophyllaceae,Polypodiidae)in Africa显示文摘The fern genus Didymoglossum(Hymenophyllaceae)is not so diverse in Africa with seven species at most.However,its local taxonomy is surprisingly still strongly debated,in particular within the Didymoglossum erosum complex interpreted either as a single polymorphic species or as a group of at least three distinct but morphologically very close taxa(D.erosum,Didymoglossum chamaedrys,and Didymoglossum benli).Investigating these taxonomic issues and more generally the diversity of the genus in Africa and its origin,we conducted a complete anatomo-morphological analysis coupled with a molecular phylogenetic work based on rbcL.Our results support the recognition of all seven species,including Didymoglossum robinsoni that is likely distinct from the Neotropical Didymoglossum reptans to which the African populations were traditionally attributed.We here propose new characters and a novel key to distinguish the seven African species which also include Didymoglossum ballardianum,Didymoglossum lenormandi,and Didymoglossum liberiense.Once the taxonomy is clarified with respect to the distinct evolutionary lineages evidenced,the biogeographic history of the genus in Africa is discussed based on a divergence time estimation and the reconstruction of the ancestral geographic areas.These analyses reveal a Mesozoic(Cretaceous)vicariance event within Didymoglossum which is the second one hypothesized for the family Hymenophyllaceae. | Jean-Yves Dubuisson Adèle Nivart Ehoarn Bidault Vincent Deblauwe Vincent Droissart Narcisse GKamdem Germinal Rouhan Atsushi Ebihara Timothée le Péchon | 2024 | Journal of Systematics and Evolution2024，62，1： | 0 |
