| 4 | 卫氏并殖吸虫感染犬循环抗原的动态观察显示文摘应用Dot-ELISA,以抗卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴和成虫McAbG_2B_3、A_3D_3检测了4只Pw囊蚴感染犬吡喹酮治疗前后血清CAg动态。感染后第4d,4只犬囊蚴CAg均为阳性,1只犬成虫CAg为阳性。至第19d,4只犬囊蚴和成虫CAg均为阳性。第101~105d,4只犬中2只以每只3.2g总量吡喹酮进行治疗,治疗后短期内囊蚴和成虫CAg滴度明显升高,其中尤以成虫CAg升高显著。至治疗后第6d,囊蚴和成虫CAg达高峰,其后便逐步下降。1号犬在治疗后55d、2号犬于治疗后26d囊蚴CAg滴度为0.1号犬于治疗后65d、2号犬于治疗后36d成虫CAg滴度为0。未治疗犬成虫CAg维持于1:16~1:640,囊蚴CAg为1:20~1:40,CAg的动态呈现明显的期特异性。治疗后80d剖检2只治疗犬,其肺部均有多个陈旧性虫囊,虫囊内多为变性坏死虫卵,未发现成虫。未治疗犬于死后即行解剖检获Pw成虫60条。上述研究结果提示:1.感染Pw犬囊蚴CAg的动态具有明显的期特异性,与虫体在宿主体内的发育情况是一致的;2.有效治疗后囊蚴和成虫尤其是成虫CAg的滴度在短期内明显升高;3.可联合或单独应用抗囊蚴McAbG_2B_3、抗成虫McAbA_3D_3进行并殖吸虫病的虫期诊断和疗效考核。 | 张耀娟 史志明 章子豪 沈一平 Willy F. | 5 | Four cancer cases after esophageal atresia repair: Time to start screening the upper gastrointestinal tract显示文摘Esophageal atresia(EA) is one of the most common congenital digestive malformations and requires surgical correction early in life. Dedicated centers have reported survival rates up to 95%. The most frequent comorbidities after EA repair are dysphagia(72%) and gastroesophageal reflux(GER)(67%). Chronic GER after EA repair might lead to mucosal damage, esophageal stricturing, Barrett's esophagus and eventually esophageal adenocarcinoma. Several long-term follow-up studies found an increased risk of Barrett's esophagus and esophageal carcinoma in EA patients, both at a relatively young age. Given these findings, the recent ESPGHAN-NASPGHAN guideline recommends routine endoscopy in adults born with EA. We report a series of four EA patients who developed a carcinoma of the gastrointestinal tract: three esophageal carcinoma and one colorectal carcinoma in a colonic interposition.
