| 1 | 时间分辨荧光免疫分析方法检测烟草中菌核净残留显示文摘建立了简便、灵敏地检测烟草中菌核净残留的时间分辨荧光免疫分析方法(TRFIA),及配套的无净化的快速前处理技术。采用镧系元素螯合物Eu-N1标记亲和纯化后的羊抗兔IgG示踪抗体。采用间接竞争TRFIA法建立了菌核净标准抑制曲线,方法的检出限I10为2.0μg/L;抑制终浓度I50为32.00μg/L;检测线性范围为4~128μg/L。考察了丙酮提取后33%,10%和1%的烟草基质对菌核净-TRFIA分析方法的影响,表明在1%烟叶基质条件下,建立的菌核净的抑制曲线的线性范围与标准抑制曲线趋于平行,确定烟草样品的前处理稀释倍数为100倍,计算得到基质影响因子(Im)为17.1。对烟叶样品中添加1,7和24mg/L的菌核净标样,连续3d的添加回收实验表明,方法的回收率为73%~128%,相对标准标准偏差(RSD)在4.3%~13.2%之间;烟草中菌核净的实际最低检出限为1mg/L。本方法可望用于烟草中菌核净残留的快速筛选检测。 | 刘媛 刘蓉蓉 刘贤金 方敦煌 宋春满 Huovinen Tuomas Vehniinen Markus Lvgren Timo | 2012 | 分析化学2012,40,7: | 6 |
| 2 | Height increment of understorey Norway spruces under different tree canopies显示文摘Background:Stands having advance regeneration of spruce are logical places to start continuous cover forestry(CCF) in fertile and mesic boreal forests.However,the development of advance regeneration is poorly known.Methods:This study used regression analysis to model the height increment of spruce understorey as a function of seedling height,site characteristics and canopy structure.Results:An admixture of pine and birch in the main canopy improves the height increment of understorey.When the stand basal area is 20 m2ha-1 height increment is twice as fast under pine and birch canopies,as compared to spruce.Height increment of understorey spruce increases with increasing seedling height.Between-stand and within-stand residual variation in the height increment of understorey spruces is high.The increment of 1/6 fastest-growing seedlings is at least 50%greater than the average.Conclusions:The results of this study help forest managers to regulate the density and species composition of the stand,so as to obtain a sufficient height development of the understorey.In pure and almost pure spruce stands,the stand basal area should be low for a good height increment of the understorey. | Olavi Laiho Timo Pukkala Erkki Lhde1 | 2014 | Forestry Studies in China2014,16,1: | 5 |
| 3 | Optimizing any-aged management of mixed boreal forest under residual basal area constraints显示文摘The current trend of forest management in many countries is reduced use of clear-felling and planting, and increased use of continuous cover management. In Finland, the new forest act of 2014 made all types of cuttings equally allowable on the condition that if the post-cutting residual stand basal area is too low, the stand must be regenerated within certain time frame. Forest landowner can freely choose between evenand uneven-aged management. This study developed a method for optimizing the timing and type of cuttings without the need to categorize the management system as either even-aged or uneven-aged. A management system that does not set any requirements on the sequence of post-cutting diameter distributions is called any-aged management. Planting or sowing was used when stand basal area fell below the required minimum basal area and the amount of advance regeneration was less than required in the regulations. When the cuttings of 200 stands managed earlier with even-aged silviculture were optimized with the developed system, final felling followed by artificial regeneration was selected for almost 50% of stands. Reduction of the minimum basal area limit greatly decreased the use of artificial regeneration but improved profitability, suggesting that the truly optimal management would be to use natural regeneration in financially mature stands. The optimal type of thinning was high thinning in 97–99 % of cases. | 4 | Association of Helicobacter pylori IgA antibodies with the risk of peptic ulcer disease and gastric cancer显示文摘AIM: To compare the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori (Hpylori) IgG and IgA antibodies between adult subjects,with defined gastric diseases, nondefined gastric disorders and those representing the population.METHODS: Data on H pylori IgG and IgA antibodies,determined by enzyme immunoassay, were analyzed in 3 252 subjects with DGD including 482 patients with gastric ulcer, 882 patients with duodenal ulcer, 1 525patients with chronic gastritis only and 363 subjects with subsequent gastric cancer, 19 145 patients with NoDg and4 854 POPUL subjects. The age-adjusted prevalences were calculated for 1- and 20-year age cohorts.RESULTS: The prevalences of IgG antibodies were equally high (89-96%) in all 20-year age cohorts of the DGD groups, whereas the prevalences of IgG antibodies were lower and increased by age in the POPUL and NoDg groups. The prevalences of IgA antibodies were also higher in the DGD groups; among them CA (84-89%) and GU groups (78-91%) showed significantly higher prevalences than DU (68-77%) and CG patients (59-74%) (OR 2.49, 95%CI 1.86-3.34 between the GU and DU groups). In the CA, GU, and DU groups, the IgA prevalences showed only minor variation according to age, while they increased by age in the CG, POPUL, and NoDg groups (P≤0.0001).
