2Subsynchronous oscillation monitoring and alarm method based on phasor measurements显示文摘Owing to the large-scale grid connection of new energy sources, several installed power electronic devices introduce sub-/supersynchronous inter-harmonics into power signals, resulting in the frequent occurrence of subsynchronous oscillations(SSOs). The SSOs may cause significant harm to generator sets and power systems;thus, online monitoring and accurate alarms for power systems are crucial for their safe and stable operation. Phasor measurement units(PMUs) can realize the dynamic real-time monitoring of power systems. Based on PMU phasor measurements, this study proposes a method for SSO online monitoring and alarm implementation for the main station of a PMU. First, fast Fourier transform frequency spectrum analysis is performed on PMU current phasor amplitude data to obtain subsynchronous frequency components. Second, the support vector machine learning algorithm is trained to obtain the amplitude threshold and subsequently filter out safe components and retain harmful ones. Finally, the adaptive duration threshold is determined according to frequency susceptibility, amplitude attenuation, and energy accumulation to decide whether to transmit an alarm signal. 3Enrichment factors and sweep spot evaluation of Jurassic tight oil in central Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘The secondary migration mechanism,enrichment factors of Jurassic tight oil in central Sichuan Basin were well investigated through physical simulation experiment of reservoir formation,casting and fluorescent thin sections,field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and environment scanning electron microscope(ESEM).The results show that migration of Jurassic tight oil in central Sichuan Basin is a low-velocity non-Darcy flow through low-efficient migration path under the huge migration driving force,and has three migration and seepage stages,i.e.viscous flow stage,nonlinear seepage stage,and quasi-liner seepage stage.Microscopically,the migration pathway of tight oil is the porefracture composite conduction;macroscopically,the migration mode of tight oil is the large-scale shortedistance migration.Distribution of favorable zones of tight oil is controlled by distribution of high-quality source rocks.The hydrocarbon-generation strength of 0.4106 t/km2 can be as a threshold to determine favorable zone of tight oil in the study area.The reservoirs with high permeability and high porosity can form tight oil sweet spots,and the development degree of fractures is closely related to well with high yield of tight oil well.Zhenglian Pang Shizhen Tao Qin Zhang Tianshu Zhang Jiajing Yang Jianwei Fan Miao Yuan 2019Petroleum Research2019,4,4:3
4Observation and optimization of 2 μm mode‐locked pulses in all‐fiber net anomalous dispersion laser cavity显示文摘We integrally demonstrate 2μm mode-locked pulses performances in all-fiber net anomalous dispersion cavity.Stable mode-locking operations with the center wavelength around 1950–1980 nm can be achieved by using the nonlinear polarization rotation structure and properly designing the dispersion management component.Conventional soliton is firstly obtained with a total anomalous dispersion cavity.Due to the contribution of commercial ultra-high numerical aperture fibers,net dispersion is reduced to-0.077 ps2.So that stretched pulse with 19.4 nm optical bandwidth is obtained and the de-chirped pulse-width can reach 312 fs using extra-cavity compression.Under pump power greater than 890 mW,stretched pulse can evolve into noise-like pulse with 41.3 nm bandwidth.The envelope and peak of such broadband pulse can be compressed with up to 2.2 ps and 145 fs,respectively.The single pulse energy of largely chirped stretched and noise-like pulse can reach 1.785 nJ and 1.53 nJ,respectively.Furthermore,extra-cavity compression can also contribute to a significant increase of peak power.Wanzhuo Ma Desheng Zhao Runmin Liu Tianshu Wang Quan Yuan Hao Xiong Haiying Ji Huilin Jiang 2020Opto-Electronic Advances2020,3,11:2
5Evaluation Methods of Profitable Tight Oil Reservoir of Lacustrine Coquina: A Case Study of Da'anzhai Member of Jurassic in the Sichuan Basin显示文摘Based on core observation,cast and fluorescent thin sections,FESEM and ESEM,coquina in Da'anzhai Member of Jurassic in Sichuan Basin were examined systematically.Together with production data and logging evaluation,a method for lacustrine coquina evaluation based on geological theory was established up.In the article,two aspects of the study were elaborated,characteristics of favorable reservoirs,and a'five-step'evaluation method for favorable coquina reservoir.According to the correlation between porosity and production data,porosity is not effective in finding high quality coquina reservoir of this area.Whereas micro research of reservoir samples from a high productivity well revealed that sparry coquina is the best lithofacies,with the most developed micro storage space of various kinds.After the favorable reservoir was sorted out,a five-step method evaluating the coquina reservoir was worked out.Correlation ofGR value and rock types suggests that GR<30 API is an effective evaluation parameter in identifying profitable reservoir lithofacies.Meanwhile,the combination of profitable reservoir rock thickness and production data revealed that the reservoirs with the highest potentiality are those with thickness of 3-18 m.Fractures are more developed in faults,folds and structural noses in the study area.Organic acid is discharged massively before the peak of hydrocarbon generation,leading to the formation of dissolution pores in the reservoir.The evaluation of organic acid was made by using the source rock indexes.After evaluating the four factors,and compiling their distribution maps,the maps were overlapped to predict favorable reservoir zones,and 7 first class and 9 second class favorable zones of coquina were picked out.PANG Zhenglian TAO Shizhen ZHANG Qin ZHANG Bin ZHANG Tianshu YANG Xiaoping WU Yinye FAN Jianwei YUAN Miao 2020Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,2:2

9Effects of molten material temperatures and coolant temperatures on vapor explosion显示文摘An observable experiment facility for low-temperature molten materials to be dropped into water was set up in this study to investigate the mechanism of the vapor explosion. The effect of the fuel and coolant interaction (FCI) on the vapor explosion during the severe accidents of a fission nuclear reactor has been studied. The experiment results showed that the molten material temperature has an important effect on the vapor explosion behavior and pressure. 10JUNB mediates oxaliplatin resistance via the MAPK signaling pathway in gastric cancer by chromatin accessibility and transcriptomic analysis显示文摘tients,and chemotherapy resistance is one of the main reasons for treatment failure.Thus,it is important to reveal the mechanism of oxaliplatin resistance and to seek effective intervention strategies to improve chemotherapy sensitivity,thereby improving the survival and prognosis of gastric cancer patients.To understand the molecular mechanisms of oxaliplatin resistance,we generate an oxaliplatin-resistant gastric cancer cell line and conduct assay for transposase-accessible chromatin sequencing(ATAC-seq)and RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)for both parental and oxaliplatin-resistant AGS cells.A total of 3232 genomic regions are identified to have higher accessibility in ox-aliplatin-resistant cells,and DNA-binding motif analysis identifies JUNB as the core transcription factor in the regulatory network.JUNB is overexpressed in oxaliplatin-resistant gastric cancer cells,and its upregulation is associated with poor prognosis in gastric cancer patients,which is validated by our tissue microarray data.Moreover,chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing(ChIP-seq)analysis reveals that JUNB binds to the tran-scriptional start site of key genes involved in the MAPK signaling pathway.Knockdown of JUNB inhibits the MAPK signaling pathway and restores sensitivity to oxaliplatin.Combined treatment with the ERK inhibitor piperlongu-mine or MEK inhibitor trametinib effectively overcomes oxaliplatin resistance.This study provides evidence that JUNB mediates oxaliplatin resistance in gastric cancer by activating the MAPK pathway.The combination of MAPK inhibitors with oxaliplatin overcomes resistance to oxaliplatin,providing a promising treatment opportunity for oxaliplatin-resistant gastric cancer patients.Suyao Li Yichou Wei Xun Sun Mengling Liu Mengxuan Zhu Yitao Yuan Jiayu Zhang Yu Dong Keshu Hu Sining Ma Xiuping Zhang Bei Xu Hesheng Jiang Lu Gan Tianshu Liu 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,11:0
11Improving the System of Historic and Cultural Heritage Protection Through Social Participation: Based on the Practice of Guangdong显示文摘The early historic and cultural heritage protection is regarded as the responsibility of the government, and is promoted by the government, protection experts, planners, and a few other elites. These bodies constitute a top-down historic and cultural heritage protection system based on their cultural consciousness. In the social transition of market-oriented reform and property right reform, due to the profit-driven demands of individuals, enterprise, and development-oriented government, the protection system was gradually differentiated and a lot of 'protective development' practices emerged. With the advent of the post-industrial era, based on the need for cultural identity, the historic and cultural heritage protection began to get attention from third-party organizations, community residents, and even the public, who launched 'bottom-up' social participation. Therefore, this paper, based on social governance theory, takes the development of civil cultural conservation organizations in Guangdong as the research object, explores how to construct a society participation network in Guangdong, and discusses the influence and limitation of the network in promoting the historic and cultural heritage protection. 12Negative correlation between acetyl-CoA acyltransferase 2 and cetuximab resistance in colorectal cancer显示文摘The emergence of anti-EGFR therapy has revolutionized the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC).However,not all patients respond consistently well.Therefore,it is imperative to conduct further research to identify the molecular mechanisms underlying the development of cetuximab resistance in CRC.In this study,we find that the expressions of many metabolism-related genes are downregulated in cetuximab-resistant CRC cells compared to their sensitive counterparts.Specifically,acetyl-CoA acyltransferase 2(ACAA2),a key enzyme in fatty acid metabolism,is downregulated during the development of cetuximab resistance.Silencing of ACAA2 promotes proliferation and increases cetuximab tolerance in CRC cells,while overexpression of ACAA2 exerts the opposite effect.RTK-Kras signaling might contribute to the downregulation of ACAA2 expression in CRC,and ACAA2 predicts CRC prognosis in patients with Kras mutations.Collectively,our data suggest that modulating ACAA2 expression contributes to secondary cetuximab resistance in Kras wild-type CRC patients.ACAA2 expression is related to Kras mutation and demonstrates a prognostic role in CRC patients with Kras mutation.Thus,ACAA2 is a potential target in CRC with Kras mutation.Yitao Yuan Xun Sun Mengling Liu Suyao Li Yu Dong Keshu Hu Jiayu Zhang Bei Xu Sining Ma Hesheng Jiang Pengcong Hou Yufu Lin Lu Gan Tianshu Liu 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,9:0
