| 2 | 冠状动脉口部病变介入治疗中Szabo技术应用的安全性和可行性显示文摘目的分析冠状动脉口部病变PCI中造影和血管内超声(intra vascular ultrasonography,IVUS)结果 ,评价Szabo技术的成功率、安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析Szabo技术治疗冠状动脉口部病变患者39例PCI结果。结果经桡动脉途径31例(79.5%),经股动脉途径8例(20.5%)。罪犯血管为左前降支26例(66.7%),右冠状动脉5例(12.8%),左回旋支及钝缘支3例(7.7%),后降支5例(12.8%)。支架置入后,对30例(76.9%)罪犯血管和9例(23.1%)边支血管进行了IVUS检查。手术成功36例(92.3%)。所有患者造影成功率为100%。IVUS检测罪犯血管准确支架置入到口部患者29例(96.7%)和支架近端轻度凸出患者1例(3.3%)。结论 Szabo技术用于冠状动脉口部病变PCI中是安全可行的,而且具有极高的造影成功率。经过IVUS检查证实大部分支架在冠状动脉口部病变处能准确置入。 | 杨胜利 刘惠亮 Aaron Wong Jack Tan 刘英 张蛟 LIM Soo Teik Paul Chiam Stanley Chia | 2011 | 中华老年心脑血管病杂志2011,13,10: | 3 |
| 3 | Szabo技术在口部病变经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中应用的安全性和可行性(英文)显示文摘背景和目的:冠状动脉口部病变的经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗手术操作难度大,易有并发症,既要支架准确植入口部病变,又要边支不受压。本研究探讨解决这一难题的Szabo技术的成功率、安全性和可行性。方法:Szabo技术是利用边支导丝(抛锚导丝)穿过支架最靠近边支的支架网眼,防止支架前进时停止在口部病变外,保证主支导丝穿过支架腔。作者回顾性分析利用Szabo技术治疗39例病人冠状动脉口部病变的结果。手术操作成功定义:支架没有脱落,边支导丝没有退出。造影成功定义:支架准确植入到口部,而边支没有受压。血管内超声定义成功:支架准确植入到口部,近段没有突出,支架完全覆盖病变。39例病人中,男性28例,女性11例,年龄43~79,平均(65±12)岁。6F和7F指引导管分别用于35例(89.7%)和4(10.3%)例病人。经桡动脉途径31(79.5%)例和经股动脉途径8(20.5%)例。病变相关血管:前降支(LAD)26(66.7%)例,右冠(RCA)5(12.8%)例,旋支及钝缘支(LCX-OM)3(7.7%)例,后降支(PDA)5(12.8%)例。支架植入后30(76.9%)例病变相关血管和9(23.1%)例边支血管经过了血管内超声(IVUS)检查。结果:手术操作成功:36例(92.3%),这36例造影均成功(100%)。IVUS检测:支架准确植入口部者96.7%(29例/30例),支架近段轻度凸出的只有1例(3.3%)。没有发生严重并发症。结论:结果说明Szabo技术用于冠状动脉口部病变PCI成功率很高,是安全和可行的,值得推广。 | 杨胜利 刘惠亮 Aaron Wong Jack Tan 刘英 张蛟 LIM Soo Teik Paul Chiam Stanley Chia Koh Tian Hai Philip Wong | 2011 | 心血管康复医学杂志2011,20,1: | 3 |
| 4 | Innovations in chronic anal fissure treatment:A systematic review显示文摘A chronic anal fissure is a common perianal condition.This review aims to evaluate both existing and new therapies in the treatment of chronic fissures.Pharmacological therapies such as glyceryl trinitrate(GTN),Diltiazem ointment and Botulinum toxin provide a relatively non-invasive option,but with higher recurrence rates.Lateral sphincterotomy remains the gold standard for treatment.Anal dilatation has no role in treatment.New therapies include perineal support devices,Gonyautoxin injection,fissurectomy,fissurotomy,sphincterolysis,and flap procedures.Further research is required comparing these new therapies with existing established therapies.This paper recommends initial pharmacological therapy with GTN or Diltiazem ointment with Botulinum toxin as a possible second line pharmacological therapy.Perineal support may offer a new dimension in improving healing rates.Lateral sphincterotomy should be offered if pharmacological therapy fails.New therapies are not suitable as first line treatments,though they can be considered if conventional treatment fails. | Aaron Poh Kok-Yang Tan Francis Seow-Choen | 2010 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery2010,2,7: | 3 |
| 5 | Neuroprotective effects of a ketogenic diet in combination with exogenous ketone salts following acute spinal cord injury显示文摘We have previously shown that induction of ketosis by ketogenic diet(KD)conveyed neuroprotection following spinal cord injury in rodent models,however,clinical translation may be limited by the slow raise of ketone levels when applying KD in the acute post-injury period.Thus we investigated the use of exogenous ketone supplementation(ketone sodium,KS)combined with ketogenic diet as a means rapidly inducing a metabolic state of ketosis following spinal cord injury in adult rats.In uninjured rats,ketone levels increased more rapidly than those in rats with KD alone and peaked at higher levels than we previously demonstrated for the KD in models of spinal cord injury.However,ketone levels in KD+KS treated rats with SCI did not exceed the previously observed levels in rats treated with KD alone.We still demonstrated neuroprotective effects of KD+KS treatment that extend our previous neuroprotective observations with KD only.The results showed increased neuronal and axonal sparing in the dorsal corticospinal tract.Also,better performance of forelimb motor abilities were observed on the Montoya staircase(for testing food pellets reaching)at 4 and 6 weeks post-injury and rearing in a cylinder(for testing forelimb usage)at 6 and 8 weeks post-injury.Taken together,the findings of this study add to the growing body of work demonstrating the potential benefits of inducing ketosis following neurotrauma.Ketone salt combined with a ketogenic diet gavage in rats with acute spinal cord injury can rapidly increase ketone body levels in the blood and promote motor function recovery.This study was approved by the Animal Care Committee of the University of British Columbia(protocol No.A14-350)on August 31,2015. | Bo-Tao Tan Hui Jiang Aaron JMoulson Xiao-Liang Wu Wen-Chun Wang Jie Liu Ward TPlunet Wolfram Tetzlaff | 2020 | Neural Regeneration Research2020,15,10: | 1 |

| 9 | Overview of finite elements simulation of temperature profile to estimate properties of materials 3D-printed by laser powder-bed fusion显示文摘Laser powder bed fusion(LPBF),like many other additive manufacturing techniques,offers flexibility in design expected to become a disruption to the manufacturing industry.The current cost of LPBF process does not favor a try-anderror way of research,which makes modelling and simulation a field of superior importance in that area of engineering.In this work,various methods used to overcome challenges in modeling at different levels of approximation of LPBF process are reviewed.Recent efforts made towards a reliable and computationally effective model to simulate LPBF process using finite element(FE)codes are presented.A combination of ray-tracing technique,the solution of the radiation transfer equation and absorption measurements has been used to establish an analytical equation,which gives a more accurate approximation of laser energy deposition in powder-substrate configuration.When this new analytical energy deposition model is used in in FE simulation,with other physics carefully set,it enables us to get reliable cooling curves and melt track morphology that agree well with experimental observations.The use of more computationally effective approximation,without explicit topological changes,allows to simulate wider geometries and longer scanning time leading to many applications in real engineering world.Different applications are herein presented including:prediction of printing quality through the simulated overlapping of consecutive melt tracks,simulation of LPBF of a mixture of materials and estimation of martensite inclusion in printed steel. | Habimana Jean Willy 李辛未 Yong Hao Tan 陈哲 Mehmet Cagirici Ramadan Borayek Tun Seng Herng Chun Yee Aaron Ong 李朝将 丁军 | 2020 | Chinese Physics B2020,29,4: | 1 |
