| 2 | 米索前列醇与Foley尿管水囊治疗足月引产效果对比的Meta分析显示文摘目的:应用Meta分析的方法对比米索前列醇与Foley尿管水囊治疗足月引产效果,进而指导临床的治疗。方法:计算机检索PubMed,MEDLINE,Cochrane Library Databases and Embase数据库,检索时间从建库到2018年3月止。收集期间公开发表的关于米索前列醇与Foley尿管水囊治疗足月引产效果对比的文献,由两位研究员独立依照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取数据和进行文献质量评估后,利用Review Manager 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入13篇文献,涉及4182例患者,其中米索前列醇组2096例,Foley尿管水囊组2186例。分析结果显示米索前列醇组与Foley尿管水囊组相比,剖宫产率减少(OR=0.76,95%CI=0.66~0.88,P=0.0002),阴道分娩率增加(OR=1.32,95%CI=1.14~1.52,P=0.0002)。然而,子宫收缩过频发生率(OR=5.21,95%CI=2.68~10.11,P<0.00001)、子宫过度刺激发生率(OR=3.06,95%CI=1.20~7.75,P=0.02)均高于Foley尿管水囊组;引产至分娩时(MD=-2.00,95%CI=-5.00~1.00,P=0.19),新生儿出生体重MD=-35.68,95%CI=-112.20~40.83,P=0.36),出生1min时Apgar评分小于7分发生率(OR=1.06,95%CI=0.78~1.43,P=0.72),出生5min时Apgar评分小于7分发生率(OR=1.30,95%CI=0.81~2.11,P=0.28),两组均无差异。结论:Meta分析结果表明米索前列醇可能减少剖宫产率,但会引起子宫收缩过频及过度刺激等并发症,仍需高质量研究来指导临床。 | Kabita Sah Swarnkar 易村犍 王夙斐 | 2018 | 长江大学学报(自然科学版)2018,15,12: | 3 |

| 11 | Alkali feldspar syenites with shoshonitic affinities from Chhotaudepur area: Implication for mantle metasomatism in the Deccan large igneous province显示文摘Two petrologically distinct alkali feldspar syenite bodies(AFS-1 and AFS-2) from Chhotaudepur area,Deccan Large Igneous Province are reported in the present work. AFS-1 is characterized by hypidiomorphic texture and consists of feldspar(Or55Ab43to Or25Ab71), ferro-pargasite/ferro-pargasite hornblende, hastingsite, pyroxene(Wo47, En5, Fs46), magnetite and biotite. AFS-2 exhibits panidiomorphic texture with euhedral pyroxene(Wo47-50, En22-39, Fs12-31) set in a groundmass matrix of alkali feldspar(Or99Ab0.77to Or1.33Ab98), titanite and magnetite. In comparison to AFS-1, higher elemental concentrations of Ba, Sr andPREE are observed in AFS-2. The average peralkaline index of the alkali feldspar syenites is w1 indicating their alkaline nature. Variation discrimination diagrams involving major and trace elements and their ratios demonstrate that these alkali feldspar syenites have a shoshonite affinity but emplaced in a within-plate and rifting environment. No evidence of crustal contamination is perceptible in the multi-element primitive mantle normalized diagram as well as in terms of trace elemental ratios. | 13 | IκB-ζsignaling promotes chondrocyte inflammatory phenotype,senescence,and erosive joint pathology显示文摘Osteoarthritis is a joint disease characterized by a poorly-defined inflammatory response that does not encompass a massive immune cell infiltration yet contributes to cartilage degradation and loss of joint mobility, suggesting a chondrocyte intrinsic inflammatory response. Using primary chondrocytes from joints of osteoarthritic mice and patients, we first show that these cells express ample pro-inflammatory markers and RANKL in an NF-κB dependent manner. The inflammatory phenotype of chondrocytes was recapitulated by exposure of chondrocytes to IL-1β and bone particles, which were used to model bone matrix breakdown products revealed to be present in synovial fluid of OA patients, albeit their role was not defined. We further show that bone particles and IL-1β can promote senescent and apoptotic changes in primary chondrocytes due to oxidative stress from various cellular sources such as the mitochondria. Finally, we provide evidence that inflammation, oxidative stress and senescence converge upon IκB-ζ, the principal mediator downstream of NF-κB, which regulates expression of RANKL, inflammatory, catabolic,and SASP genes.
