| 1 | Nanoplasmonic waveguides: towards applications in integrated nanophotonic circuits显示文摘The properties of propagating surface plasmon polaritons(SPPs)along one-dimensional metal structures have been investigated for more than 10 years and are now well understood.Because of the high confinement of electromagnetic energy,propagating SPPs have been considered to represent one of the best potential ways to construct next-generation circuits that use light to overcome the speed limit of electronics.Many basic plasmonic components have already been developed.In this review,researches on plasmonic waveguides are reviewed from the perspective of plasmonic circuits.Several circuit components are constructed to demonstrate the basic function of an optical digital circuit.In the end of this review,a prototype for an SPP-based nanochip is proposed,and the problems associated with building such plasmonic circuits are discussed.A plasmonic chip that can be practically applied is expected to become available in the near future. | Yurui Fang Mengtao Sun | 2015 | Light(Science & Applications)2015,4,1: | 19 |
| 2 | Nanowire-supported plasmonic waveguide for remote excitation of surface-enhanced Raman scattering显示文摘Due to its amazing ability to manipulate light at the nanoscale,plasmonics has become one of the most interesting topics in the field of light–matter interaction.As a promising application of plasmonics,surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)has been widely used in scientific investigations and material analysis.The large enhanced Raman signals are mainly caused by the extremely enhanced electromagnetic field that results from localized surface plasmon polaritons.Recently,a novel SERS technology called remote SERS has been reported,combining both localized surface plasmon polaritons and propagating surface plasmon polaritons(PSPPs,or called plasmonic waveguide),which may be found in prominent applications in special circumstances compared to traditional local SERS.In this article,we review the mechanism of remote SERS and its development since it was first reported in 2009.Various remote metal systems based on plasmonic waveguides,such as nanoparticle–nanowire systems,single nanowire systems,crossed nanowire systems and nanowire dimer systems,are introduced,and recent novel applications,such as sensors,plasmon-driven surface-catalyzed reactions and Raman optical activity,are also presented.Furthermore,studies of remote SERS in dielectric and organic systems based on dielectric waveguides remind us that this useful technology has additional,tremendous application prospects that have not been realized in metal systems. | Yingzhou Huang Yurui Fang Zhenglong Zhang Ling Zhu Mengtao Sun | 2014 | Light(Science & Applications)2014,3,1: | 8 |

| 18 | A glutathione-triggered precision explosive system for improving tumor chemosensitivity显示文摘Stimuli-responsive delivery systems hold promise in cancer treatments.However,their application potential has been limited due to undesirable drug leaking during blood circulation and inefficient therapeutic efficacy in tumors,resulting in undesirable therapeutic outcomes.Herein,we have developed a novel redox-sensitive pegylated phospholipid,termed as DOPE-SS-PEG,which can form a glutathione(GSH)-triggered precision explosive system(GPS)for simultaneously improving circulation stability,tumor specificity,and chemosensitivity,leading to explosive anticancer effects.GPS is constructed of liposomal doxorubicin(DOX)functionalized with DOPE-SS-PEG and MnO_(2) nanoparticles,which can protect liposome structure in the presence of serum GSH(20μM),whereas converts to cationic liposome in response to intracellular GSH(10 mM),thereby enhancing circulation stability,tumor specificity,endosomal escape,and cytoplasmic delivery.Importantly,GPS can not only generate oxygen to relieve hypoxia and consequently enhance chemosensitivity,but quench GSH antioxidability to elevate the accruement of intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS),leading to an explosion of oxidative stress induced cell injury.Particularly,in vivo studies show that GPS selectively accumulates in tumor tissues,effectively inhibits tumor growth,exhibits minimal systemic adverse effects,and consequently prolongs the survival time of tumor-bearing mice.Therefore,GPS is a unique stimuli-responsive treatment with programmed and on-demand drug delivery,as well as explosive therapeutic efficacy,and provides an intelligent anticancer treatment. | Yuanyuan Nie Yurui Xu Ya Gao Jielei He Lei Sun Jianmei Chen Yushuang Cui Haixiong Ge Xinghai Ning | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,7: | 0 |
| 19 | Nondestructive perception of potato quality in actual online production based on cross-modal technology显示文摘Nowadays,China stands as the global leader in terms of potato planting area and total potato production.The rapid and nondestructive detection of the potato quality before processing is of great significance in promoting rural revitalization and augmenting farmers’income.However,existing potato quality sorting methods are primarily confined to theoretical research,and the market lacks an integrated intelligent detection system.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a post-harvest potato detection method adapted to the actual production needs.The study proposes a potato quality sorting method based on cross-modal technology.First,an industrial camera obtains image information for external quality detection.A model using the YOLOv5s algorithm to detect external green-skinned,germinated,rot and mechanical damage defects.VIS/NIR spectroscopy is used to obtain spectral information for internal quality detection.A convolutional neural network(CNN)algorithm is used to detect internal blackheart disease defects.The mean average precision(mAP)of the external detection model is 0.892 when intersection of union(IoU)=0.5.The accuracy of the internal detection model is 98.2%.The real-time dynamic defect detection rate for the final online detection system is 91.3%,and the average detection time is 350 ms per potato.In contrast to samples collected in an ideal laboratory setting for analysis,the dynamic detection results of this study are more applicable based on a real-time online working environment.It also provides a valuable reference for the subsequent online quality testing of similar agricultural products. | Qiquan Wei Yurui Zheng Zhaoqing Chen Yun Huang Changqing Chen Zhenbo Wei Shuiqin Zhou Hongwei Sun Fengnong Chen | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,6: | 0 |
| 20 | Responses of the East Component of Beijing GNSS Continuous Observation Stations to the 2011 Japan M_W 9.0 Earthquake显示文摘Several new demands have been put forward for the application of the Beijing continuous GNSS observations due to some particular reasons,such as the limited coverage of the observation network,the different construction and management criterion executed by different units and the intense interference resulting from human activity. In this paper,necessary processing of data is carried out, including more accurate calculation,corrections to the replacement,outliers and relocation of equipment,and elimination of linear trends in the E-component for every station. The E-components of the 16 available stations showed a lower sawtooth wave anomaly( s lowly westward propagating) b efore the2011 Tohoku M W9. 0 earthquake,a coseismic step rebound( rapid eastward propagating)and a post-seismic Ω-shaped recovery. These steps constituted a complete earthquake process which was rarely seen before in the GNSS observations and provides a good example for further study.
