Monoclonal neutralizing antibodies against EV71 screened from mice immunized with yeast-produced virus-like particles显示文摘Periodic outbreaks of hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) occur in children under 5 years old, and can cause death in some cases. The C4 strain of enterovirus 71(EV71) is the main pathogen that causes HFMD in China. Although no drugs against EV71 are available, some studies have shown that candidate vaccines or viral capsid proteins can produce anti-EV71 immunity. In this study, female BABL/c mice(6–8 weeks old) were immunized with virus-like particles(VLPs) of EV71 produced in yeast to screen for anti-EV71 antibodies. Two hybridomas that could produce neutralizing antibodies against EV71 were obtained. Both neutralizing m Abs(D4 and G12) were confirmed to bind the VP1 capsid protein of EV71, and could protect > 95% cells from 100 TCID50 EV71 infection at 25 μg/m L solution(lowest concentration). Those two neutralizing m Abs identified in the study may be promising candidates in development for m Abs to treat EV71 infection, and utilized as suitable reagents for use in diagnostic tests and biological studies. | Tao Lin Lingzhi Xianyu Songya Lyu | 2015 | Virologica Sinica2015,30,3: | 6
Explicit formula of holomorphic automorphism group on complex homogeneous bounded domains显示文摘We known that the maximal connected holomorphic automorphism group Aut (D)(0) is a semi-direct product of the triangle group T(D) and the maximal connected isotropic subgroup Iso (D)(0) of a fixed point in the complex homogeneous bounded domain D and any complex homogeneous bounded domain is holomorphic isomorphic to a normal Siegel domain D(VN,F).In this paper, we give the explicit formula of any holomorphic automorphism in T(D(VN,F)) and Iso (D(VN, F))(0), where G(0) is the unit connected component of the Lie group G. | XU Yichao,CHEN Minru & MA Songya Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100080, China College of Mathematics and Information Sciences, Henan University, Kaifeng 475001, China | 2006 | Science China Mathematics2006,49,10: | 4

kdm4aa is required for reproduction and development of zebrafish显示文摘Lysine-specific demethylase 4A(KDM4A)catalyzes demethylation of histone lysine residues, which regulates chromatin state and transcription. In drosophila and mice,KDM4A plays an important role in multiple biological processes including development, aging, metabolism, and immunity, however the functions of KDM4A in fish are still unclear. There are two copies of the kdm4a gene in zebrafish, namely kdm4aa and kdm4ab,kdm4aa was edited using CRISPR/Cas9 technology in the present study, then homozygous kdm4aa mutants(kdm4aa^(-/-))were obtained, and loss of kdm4aa was confirmed by sequencing and increased H3K9me3.Whole-mount in situ hybridization showed that kdm4aa is widely expressed during the embryonic development of zebrafish.Compared with WT zebrafish,kdm4aa^(-/-)zebrafish showed no significant difference in gamete formation and fertilization, but the survival rate of kdm4aa^(-/-)embryos dramatically reduced to 21%at 26 hpf.Further observation showed that about 80%of survived kdm4aa^(-/-)zebrafish experienced disruption in stripe formation, and 10%of survived kdm4aa^(-/-)zebrafish underwent vertebral malformation.Alizarin red S staining demonstrated the abnormal spinal development in kdm4aa^(-/-)zebrafish.These results indicated that kdm4aa is required for normal embryonic development of zebrafish, loss of kdm4aa function leads to decreased survival during the early stages of zebrafish development and morphological variation in adult zebrafish. | Lijie Han Juntao Luo Songya Qu Xueling Shi Junfang Zhang Bingshe Han | 2023 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2023,8,6: | 0
Emerging roles of plasmacytoid dendritic cell crosstalk in tumor immunity显示文摘Plasmacytoid dendritic cells(pDCs)are a pioneer cell type that produces type I interferon(IFN-I)and promotes antiviral immune responses. However, they are tolerogenic and, when recruited to the tumor microenvironment(TME),play complex roles that have long been a research focus. The interactions between p DCs and other components of the TME,whether direct or indirect, can either promote or hinder tumor development;consequently,p DCs are an intriguing target for therapeutic intervention. This review provides a comprehensive overview of p DC crosstalk in the TME,including crosstalk with various cell types, biochemical factors, and microorganisms. An in-depth understanding of p DC crosstalk in TME should facilitate the development of novel p DC-based therapeutic methods. | Leilei Yang Songya Li Liuhui Chen Yi Zhang | 2023 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2023,20,10: | 0
Controlled cyclic remote preparation显示文摘Multi-party quantum communication has gradually attracted widespread attention. To realize the perfect transmission of quantum states among multiple participants,a novel multi-party controlled cyclic remote preparation protocol for arbitrary single-qubit states with three senders is proposed. With the permission of one controller, each sender can transmit an arbitrary singlequbit state to its neighbor. In addition,we give a universal protocol for multi-party controlled cyclic remote preparation of arbitrary single-qubit states in the case of multiple senders, which can realize deterministic cyclic preparation of multiple quantum states in one direction. The scheme shows that the communication task can be successfully achieved only if all senders cooperate with the controller, and there is no need for the senders to employ information splitting and additional operations before performing measurements. Finally,we discuss the cyclic remote preparation protocol with three senders under five types of noisy environment, and the closeness between the output state and original state is measured by calculating fidelity. | Li Gong Songya Ma Junli Jiang | 2023 | Communications in Theoretical Physics2023,75,10: | 0
P450-mediated dehydrotyrosine formation during WS9326 biosynthesis proceeds via dehydrogenation of a specific acylated dipeptide substrate显示文摘WS9326A is a peptide antibiotic containing a highly unusual N-methyl-E-2-3-dehydrotyrosine(NMet-Dht)residue that is incorporated during peptide assembly on a non-ribosomal peptide synthetase(NRPS).The cytochrome P450 encoded by sas16(P450Sas)has been shown to be essential for the formation of the alkene moiety in NMet-Dht,but the timing and mechanism of the P450Sas-mediatedα,β-dehydrogenation of Dht remained unclear. Here,we show that the substrate of P450Sas is the NRPS-associated peptidyl carrier protein(PCP)-bound dipeptide intermediate(Z)-2-pent-1′-enyl-cinnamoyl-Thr-N-Me-Tyr.We demonstrate that P450Sas-mediated incorporation of the double bond follows N-methylation of the Tyr by the N-methyl transferase domain found within the NRPS,and further that P450Sas appears to be specific for substrates containing the(Z)-2-pent-1’-enyl-cinnamoyl group.A crystal structure of P450Sas reveals differences between P450Sas and other P450s involved in the modification of NRPS-associated substrates, including the substitution of the canonical active site alcohol residue with a phenylalanine(F250),which in turn is critical to P450Sas activity and WS9326A biosynthesis.Together, our results suggest that P450Sas catalyses the direct dehydrogenation of the NRPS-bound dipeptide substrate, thus expanding the repertoire of P450 enzymes that can be used to produce biologically active peptides. | Songya Zhang Lin Zhang Anja Greule Julien Tailhades Edward Marschall Panward Prasongpholchai Daniel J.Leng Jingfan Zhang Jing Zhu Joe A.Kaczmarski Ralf B.Schittenhelm Oliver Einsle Colin J.Jackson Fabrizio Alberti Andreas Bechthold Youming Zhang Manuela Tosin Tong Si Max J.Cryle | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,8: | 0
Laser direct writing of Ga_(2)O_(3)/liquid metal-based flexible humidity sensors显示文摘Flexible and wearable humidity sensors play a vital role in daily point-of-care diagnosis and noncontact human-machine interactions. However, achieving a facile and high-speed fabrication approach to realizing flexible humidity sensors remains a challenge. In this work,a wearable capacitive-type Ga_(2)O_(3)/liquid metal-based humidity sensor is demonstrated by a one-step laser direct writing technique.Owing to the photothermal effect of laser, the Ga_(2)O_(3)-wrapped liquid metal particles can be selectively sintered and converted from insulative to conductive traces with a resistivity of 0.19Ω·cm,while the untreated regions serve as active sensing layers in response to moisture changes.Under 95%relative humidity, the humidity sensor displays a highly stable performance along with rapid response and recover time.Utilizing these superior properties, the Ga_(2)O_(3)/liquid metal-based humidity sensor is able to monitor human respiration rate,as well as skin moisture of the palm under different physiological states for healthcare monitoring. | Songya Cui Yuyao Lu Depeng Kong Huayu Luo Liang Peng Geng Yang Huayong Yang Kaichen Xu | 2023 | Opto-Electronic Advances2023,6,7: | 0
