| 1 | One-pot hydrothermal fabrication of α-Fe_2O_3@C nanocomposites for electrochemical energy storage显示文摘A facile hydrothermal method was developed for the preparation of Fe_2O_3@C nanocomposites using FeCl_3·6H_2O as iron source and glucose as carbon source under alkaline condition. The morphology and structure of the as-prepared product were identified by transmission electron microscopy(TEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM), field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman spectroscopy, Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The as-prepare α-Fe_2O_3@C nanocomposites were employed for supercapacitor electrode material. The synergistic combination of carbon electrical double-layer capacitance and α-Fe_2O_3 pseudo-capacitance established such nanocomposites as versatile platform for high performance supercapacitors. | 6 | Smart synthesis of silver nanoparticles supported in porous polybenzoxazine nanocomposites via a main-chain type benzoxazine resin显示文摘In this article, novel silver nanoparticles immobilized on macroporous polybenzoxazine nanocomposites(Ag-poly(BA-ddm)~x_(main)) were prepared as catalysts for catalytic reduction reaction. For this purpose, a main-chain type benzoxazine was cured in dimethyl sulfoxide by thermally activated ring-opening polymerization at 180℃ for 2 days followed by the reduction of silver nitrate in homogeneous polybenzoxazine solution. The porous structure of the resin was confirmed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) analysis and N_2 adsorption/desorption studies. Besides, transmission electron microscopy images showed that spherical particles(around 3–10 nm in sized) are dispersed in Ag-poly(BA-ddm)~x_(main)network. The catalytic activity of the as-prepared nanocomposite has been investigated by photometrically monitoring the reduction of methylene blue by an excess of NaBH_4. The kinetic data of the reduction reaction was explained by the assumption of a pseudo-first-order reaction with regard to methylene blue(MB). As evidence by Ultraviolet(UV) spectral analysis, the Ag-poly(BA-ddm)~x_(main) catalyst possesses excellent catalytic reduction of MB, and no deactivation or poisoning of the catalyst was observed. | 11 | Direct somatic embryogenesis and related gene expression networks in leaf explants of Hippeastrum ‘Bangkok Rose’显示文摘Hippeastrum, a highly diverse genus in the Amaryllidaceae family, is a valuable ornamental bulbous flowering plant. Somatic embryogenesis(SE) is an efficient method for mass production of Hippeastrum plantlets. Previous studies have been devoted to the in vitro propagation of Hippeastrum, but the SE and its regulatory networks are rarely reported. In this study, we established a direct SE method of Hippeastrum Bangkok Rose' using leaf bases as explants. MS supplemented with 1.00 mg·L^(-1)NAA +1.00 mg·L^(-1)KT + 0.25 mg·L^(-1)TDZ was the optimal medium for SE. Histological observations showed that the bipolar somatic embryo originated from the epidermal cell layer and underwent initiation,globular, scutellar and coleoptile stages. During SE, endogenous hormones of IAA, CTK, ABA, and SA were highly accumulated. Transcriptomic analysis revealed the genes encoding auxin biosynthesis/metabolic enzymes and efflux carriers were induced, while the auxin receptor of TIR1 and ARF transcriptional repressor of Aux/IAA were down-regulated and up-regulated, respectively, leading to suppression of auxin signaling. In contrast, cytokine signaling was promoted at the early stage of SE, as biosynthesis, transport, and signaling components were up-regulated.Various stress-related genes were up-regulated at the early or late stages of SE. Chromatin remodeling could also be dynamically regulated via distinct expression enzymes that control histone methylation and acetylation during SE. Moreover, key SE regulators, including WOXs and SERKs were highly expressed along with SE. | 16 | Schistosomiasis Surveillance--China,2015−2018显示文摘Background The prevalence of schistosomiasis in China is at the lowest level in history,and sentinel surveillance sites of schistosomiasis have fully covered all epidemic areas of China.This article has analyzed the surveillance data for the last four years and can help guide the next stage of surveillance work at the national level,including the scope of surveillance,surveillance content,and surveillance methods,etc.Methods Data from the National Schistosomiasis Surveillance System were collected.The infection rate of schistosomiasis among the human population,livestock,snails,and the change of the breeding area of snails in sentinel surveillance sites for four consecutive years were analyzed,and the trends in schistosomiasis prevalence in surveillance sites were determined.Results The prevalence of schistosomiasis in all sentinel surveillance sites of China showed downward trends from 2015 to 2018 with infection rates decreasing in this time period for local human population(0.05%to 0.00%),the floating population(0.020% to 0.003%),and cattle(0.037% to 0.000%).No infected snails were found during the period.From 2015 to 2018,the total area of newly found habitats of snails(Oncomelania hupensis,O.hupensis)were 34,730 m^(2),1,367,694 m^(2),18,944 m^(2),and 50,420 m^(2),and the total area of re-emergent habitats of snails(O.hupensis)were 822,194 m^(2),1,391,779 m^(2),1,516,292 m^(2),and 1,750,558 m^(2),respectively.Conclusions and Implications for Public Health Practice The prevalence of schistosomiasis in human and livestock is going down and is sustained at a very low level,but new and re-emerging habitats of O.hupensis are new challenges regardless of the achievement of schistosomiasis control.Therefore,two actions are necessary to effectively further reduce the transmission risk of schistosomiasis:1)taking effective measures to control the source of infection of schistosomiasis;and 2)reducing the breeding areas of O.hupensis. | Yinlong Li Hui Dang Lijuan Zhang Guangping Li Xiaowei Shan Min Yuan Songjun Ding Yun Feng Meifen Shen Jia Xu Yanjun Jin Haijuan Du Wencheng Lu Wenqian Tang Dianwei Jiang Yi Yuan Shan Lyu Shizhu Li Xiao-nong Zhou | 2020 | China CDC weekly2020,2,3: | 0 |
