1Two bimetallic W(Ⅳ)-Mn(Ⅱ) complexes based on octacyanometallates:structures and magnetic properties显示文摘Two cyano-bridged heterobimetallic coordination polymers,[{Mn(dpa)2}2W(CN)8·CH3CN·4H2O]n(1)(dpa = 2,2'-dipyridylamine) and [Mn2(H2O)4{W(CN)8}·3H2O]n(2),have been synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically.X-ray analysis shows that complex 1 is a one-dimensional(1-D) polymer of W2(CN)4Mn2 square units in which adjacent square fragments are interlinked by sharing [W(CN)8]4-moieties to form an infinite chain.Complex 2 is a three-dimensional(3-D) polymer,which shows an unforeseen structure,exhibiting a 3-D open network with a 1-D channel(ca.13.21  × 11.82 ).Fitting of the magnetic properties indicates that both polymers exhibit weakly antiferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent Mn ions.LIU BaoLin,XIAO HongPing,SONG You & YOU XiaoZeng State Key Laboratory of Coordination Chemistry,Nanjing National Laboratory of Microstructures,School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Nanjing University,Nanjing 210093,China 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,11:4
2Source of propagules of the fouling green macroalgae in the Subei Shoal,China显示文摘Since 2007,large-scale green tides dominated by Ulva prolifera consecutively bloomed in the Yellow Sea and caused great economic losses.The fouling U.prolifera on the Pyropia yezoensis aquaculture rafts in the Subei Shoal was regarded as the major source of the floating biomass.However,it was still unclear about the seed source of fouling green macroalgae attached on the rafts.In this study,the field surveys and the indoor experiments were conducted to reveal the source of propagules of the fouling green macroalgae on the rafts and to study the anti-fouling material for P.yezoensis aquaculture rafts which could possibly be a feasible strategy to control the green tides in the Yellow Sea.The results showed that(1) micro-propagules of several green macroalgal species,including U.prolifera,U.linza,U.compressa,U.flexuosa,and Blidingia sp.coexisted in the waters and sediments in the Subei Shoal and their proportion remarkably changed over time;(2) the bamboo poles with peeling treatment could significantly reduce the amount of U.prolifera micro-propagules attached.This study confirmed that the micro-propagules distributed in the Subei Shoal area were the precursors of the green tides,and provided a feasible method to control the Yellow Sea large-scale green tides at the beginning.SONG Wei JIANG Meijie WANG Zongling WANG Hongping ZHANG Xuelei FU Mingzhu 2018Acta Oceanologica Sinica2018,37,4:3
3Calculus Bovis Sativus up-regulates hepatic protein 2(Mrp2) and Mrp4 in 17α-ethynylestradiol-induced cholestasis via a regulatory effect on ER signaling显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the pathway through which Calculus Bovis Sativus (CBS) up-regulates hepatic multidrug resistance-associated protein 2 (Mrp2) and Mrp4 in 17α-ethynylestradiol (EE)-induced cholestasis.METHODS:Five groups of rats were designed:control group,EE+ICI182780 group,EE group,EE+CBS 50 mg/kg group and EE + CBS 150 mg/kg group.CBS (50 and 150 mg.kg-1· d-1) was orally given to rats by gavage for five consecutive days in coadministration with EE.The levels of cholestasis biomarkers,alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and total bilirubin (TBIL) were determined by biochemical methods.The bile flow was measured.The histopathology of the liver tissue was evaluated.The expression of Mrp2,Mrp3,Mrp4,estrogen receptor α(ERα) and ERβ was determined by Western blotting.RESULTS:CBS markedly improved EE-induced cholestasis.EE exposure significantly reduced hepatic Mrp2 and Mrp4 expression compared with the control group.EE also dramatically up-regulated the expression of Mrp3.Compared to the EE group,CBS notably up-regulated hepatic Mrp2 and Mrp4 but failed to influence the Mrp3 level significantly.ICI182780,an ER antagonist,showed similar beneficial effects as CBS.Decreased expression of Mrp2 and Mrp4 caused by EE was also restored by IC1182780.Additionally,EE significantly induced hepatic ERα expression,which was reversed by ICI182780 or CBS (150 mg/kg) treatment,suggesting that CB5 exerted a moderate regulatory effect on ER signaling.CONCLUSION:CBS up-regulated hepatic Mrp2 and Mrp4 expression in EE-induced cholestasis,which might be associated with its regulation of ER signaling.Wu Tao Liu Dong Song Hongping 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3:2

8Clinical Application of PES Membrane Dialyzer显示文摘Objective The dialysate membrane can be classified into acetate membrane and synthetic membrane,while the latter can be further divided into polysulfone,polyacrylonitrile,etc.Polyethersulfone membrane is high molecular membrane material with excellent biocompatibility,stable mechanical properties,high temperature and pressure resistance,and good cleaning performance,which has been applied for more than 10 years.This trial is to assess the safety and efficacy of hollow polysulfone membrane fiber dialyzer with pattern number Enttex^(TM)-16LF(E60)for hemodialysis in patients with acute or chronic renal failure due to multiple factors.Methods Totally 76 patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis were included in a two-site,random,open label,two-stage,positive crossover and non inferiority validation study.The clinical efficacy and safety of the test device were observed,which was a hollow fiber dialyzer produced by Guangzhou Enttex Medical Products Co.,Ltd.,with polyethersulfone membrane imported from Germany.It was a low flux dialyzer with the pattern number of EnttexTM-16LF(E60).Inclusion criteria:①patients with acute or chronic renal failure due to various reasons who needed hemodialysis;②18 to 80 years old,gender unlimited;③patients who received stable dialysis for more than 3 months,regular hemodialysis 3 times a week,4 h at each time,blood flow rate of 200~350ml/min;④using bicarbonate dialysate at a flow rate of 500ml/min;⑤patients with arteriovenous fistula or who received artificial blood vessel puncture dialysis;received anticoagulation by heparin or low molecular weight heparin.Exclusion criteria:①patients needing heparin free dialysis for severe anemia,tumor and active bleeding;②patients with severe cardiac(gradeⅢcardiac function),hepatic(severe hepatitis and cirrhosis)and pulmonary diseases(severe respiratory failure).Results Comparison of parameters,including the changes of Kt/V,general creatinine and urea clearance rates and URR(urea reduction rate)shows no statistical significance in differences between the two devices,indicating that the test and control devices can equally and effectively eliminate toxins including creatinine and urea,etc.PPP and MITTP results are consistent.Comparison of ultrafiltration rates between two groups of patients shows no statistical difference.PPP and MITTP results are consistent,indicating that both the test device and control device can effectively eliminate water.In MITTP,electrolytes including K^+,Na^+,Cl^-,Ca^2+,HCO3^-,etc.show no statistical significance in difference between the test and control devices before and after dialysis(P>0.05).After treating by using test and control devices,body weight,serum potassium and phos-phorus all significantly decrease(P<0.001);serum Ca^2+,PO2,PCO2and HCO3^-all significantly increase(P<0.001).These results indicate that both the test and control devices can effectively eliminate serum potassium and phosphorus,and eliminate excess water in body,maintain the balance between liquid and electrolytes in patients.PPP and MITTP results are consistent.Conclusion This clinical trial confirms that hollow polyethersulfone membrane fiber dialyzer can be safely and effectively used in hemodialysis therapy.YUN Chen YANG Peidian LIANG Wenxue CHEN Yu CHEN Gangyi LIU Hongping OUYANG Zihua SONG Huifeng LI Yunyi YU Zongchao GUAN Baozhang DONG Xiangnan LIU Huanhuan Cao Rui ZHANG Zeyu FAN Lijing HU Bo HE Yongcheng SHI Mingjie XU Jun Yang Lifeng TANG Shuifu 2019临床医学工程2019,26,S01:0
