1Augmented reality registration algorithm based on nature feature recognition显示文摘This paper presents an improved key frame based augmented reality registration algorithm for real-time motion tracking in outdoor environment. In such applications, wide-baseline feature matching is a critical problem. In this paper, we apply randomized tree method to match key points extracted from the input image to those key frames as a classification problem. Extended Kalman filter is also utilized for jitter correction. A video see-through mobile augmented reality system is built for the on-site digital reconstruction of Yuanmingyuan Garden. 2Effect of Huangshukuihua(Flos Abelmoschi Manihot) on diabetic nephropathy:a Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy of Huangshukuihua(Flos Abelmoschi Manihot) on diabetic nephropathy(DN).METHODS: Articles were retrieved from Pub Med,EMBASE, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Web of Science, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, Chinese Evidence-Based Medicine Database, and Wanfang Database. Two reviewers independently reviewed the article. Only randomized controlled trials were included and 27 were identified involving 2239 patients(1143 in the treatment group and 1096 in the control group).RESULTS: Huangshukuihua(Flos Abelmoschi Manihot) had a significant effect on renal function by improving blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine,reducing urine protein(24-h urine protein, and urinary albumin excretion rate), and improving serum albumin level, compared with the control group.CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that, although the bioactive ingredients and mechanism underlying renal protection are unknown, the role of Huangshukuihua(Flos Abelmoschi Manihot) in the treatment of DN deserves further investigation.Sun Qin Yang Gangyi Zhang Min Zhang Min Chen Shu Chen Pin 2015Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,1:9

52-D IMAGE-BASED VOLUMETRIC MODELING FOR PARTICLE OF RANDOM SHAPE显示文摘In this paper, an approach to predicting randomly-shaped particle volume based on its two-Dimensional (2-D) digital image is explored. Conversion of gray-scale image of the particles to its binary coun-terpart is first performed using backlighting technique. The silhouette of particle is thus obtained, and conse-quently, informative features such as particle area, centroid and shape-related descriptors are collected. Several dimensionless parameters are defined, and used as regressor variables in a multiple linear regression model to predict particle volume. Regressor coefficients are found by fitting to a randomly selected sample of 501 parti-cles ranging in size from 4.75mm to 25mm. The model testing experiment is conducted against a different ag-gregate sample of the similar statistical properties, the errors of the model-predicted volume of the batch is within ±2%.Chen Ken Larry E. 6SADDLE-POINT BASED SEPARATION OF TOUCHED OBJECTS IN 2-D IMAGE显示文摘In many image analysis and processing problems, discriminating the size and shape of each individual object in an aggregate pile projected in an image is an important practice. It is relatively easy to distinguish these features among the objects already separated from each other. The problems will be undoubtedly more complex and of greater challenge if the objects are touched or/and overlapped. This letter presents an algorithm that can be used to separate the touches and overlaps existing in the objects within a 2-D image. The approach is first to convert the gray-scale image to its corresponding binary one and then to the 3-D topographic one using the erosion operations. A template (or mask) is engineered to search the topographic surface for the saddle point, from which the segmenting orientation is determined followed by the desired separating operation. 8Development and validation of an HPLC–MS/MS method to determine clopidogrel in human plasma显示文摘A quantitative method for clopidogrel using online-SPE tandem LC–MS/MS was developed and fully validated according to the well-established FDA guidelines.The method achieves adequate sensitivity for pharmacokinetic studies,with lower limit of quantifications(LLOQs)as low as 10 pg/m L.Chromatographic separations were performed on reversed phase columns Kromasil Eternity-2.5-C18-UHPLC for both methods.Positive electrospray ionization in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode was employed for signal detection and a deuterated analogue(clopidogrel-d_4)was used as internal standard(IS).Adjustments in sample preparation,including introduction of an online-SPE system proved to be the most effective method to solve the analyte back-conversion in clinical samples.Pooled clinical samples(two levels)were prepared and successfully used as real-sample quality control(QC)in the validation of back-conversion testing under different conditions.The result showed that the real samples were stable in room temperature for 24 h.Linearity,precision,extraction recovery,matrix effect on spiked QC samples and stability tests on both spiked QCs and real sample QCs stored in different conditions met the acceptance criteria.This online-SPE method was successfully applied to a bioequivalence study of75 mg single dose clopidogrel tablets in 48 healthy male subjects.Gangyi Liu Chunxia Dong Weiwei Shen Xiaopei Lu Mengqi Zhang Yuzhou Gui Qinyi Zhou Chen Yu 2016Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2016,6,1:3

10Safety and immunogenicity of a modified COVID-19 mRNA vaccine,SYS6006,as a fourth-dose booster following three doses of inactivated vaccines in healthy adults:an open-labeled Phase 1 trial显示文摘The continuous emergence of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)variants led to a rapid decline in protection efficacy and neutralizing titers even after three doses of COVID-19 vaccines.Here,we report an open-labeled Phase I clinical trial of a modified mRNA vaccine(SYS6006)as a fourth-dose booster in healthy adults.Eighteen eligible participants,who had completed three doses of inactivated COVID-19 vaccines,received a fourth boosting dose of SYS6006-20μg.Eighteen convalescent COVID-19 patients were enrolled for the collection of serum samples as a comparator of immunogenicity.The primary endpoint of this trial was titers of anti-receptor binding domain of spike glycoprotein(RBD)antibodies of the Omicron strain(BA.2 and BA.4/5)in serum;titers of neutralizing antibodies against pseudovirus of the Omicron strain(BA.2 and BA.4/5).The secondary endpoint was the incidence of adverse events within 30 days after the boosting.The exploratory endpoint was the cellular immune responses(interferon gamma,IFN-γ).This trial was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry website.No serious adverse events were reported within 30 days after vaccination.No Grade 3 fever or serious adverse event was reported in the SYS6006 group.Notably,SYS6006 elicited higher titers and longer increases in anti-RBD antibodies and neutralizing antibodies(>90 days)compared with the convalescent group(P<0.0001)against Omicron strain(BA.2 and BA.4/5).Besides,higher positive spots of T-cell-secreting IFN-γwere observed in the SYS6006 group than those in the convalescent group(P<0.05).These data demonstrated that SYS6006 was well tolerated and highly immunogenic,generating a stronger and more durable immune response against different variants of SARS-CoV-2.Yuzhou Gui Ye Cao Jiajin He Chunyang Zhao Wei Zheng Ling Qian Jie Cheng Chengyin Yu Chen Yu Kun Lou Gangyi Liu Jingying Jia 2023Life Metabolism2023,2,3:1

14Digitization characteristics of geothermal information and structural analysis of 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Ms9.0 earthquake显示文摘Earthquake is one of the difficult problems that can not be solved as of this writing since the time when modern science was initiated over 300 years ago, and irregular events cannot be dealt with by using quantities examples before and followed by a view of the number of analysis systems in modern science; meanwhile, it covers the problem that how to use changeable information. Structural analysis method is developed particularly for the study of evolutionary transitional processes of the changing events by employing irregular information, and emphasizes the primitiveness of changes in events. Based on the data of sounding observation every 08 o'clock and 20 o'clock per day from China Meteorological Administration, in this paper, we employ the digital structural analysis method to analyze the process of the special, structural characteristics of 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Ms9.0 earthquake. The result shows that the method can reflect the process of geothermal structures before and after earthquake; it can reflect the congruity between geothermal 'heat level' and the level of earthquake energy. When the structure before the earthquake is 'the counter clockwise rolling current and the unstable structures' with 'dry in lower levels and wet in upper levels', we should be worry about the problem of earthquake. 18A NEW OBJECTIVE STEREOSCOPIC IMAGE ASSESSMENT MODEL BASED ON STEREOSCOPIC PERCEPTION显示文摘In order to establish a stereoscopic image quality assessment method which is consistent with human visual perception,we propose an objective stereoscopic image quality assessment method.It takes into account the strong correlation and high degree of structural between pixels of image.This method contains two models.One is the quality synthetic assessment of left-right view images,which is based on human visual characteristics,we use the Singular Value Decomposition(SVD)that can represent the degree of the distortion,and combine the qualities of left and right images by the characteristics of binocular superposition.The other model is stereoscopic perception quality assessment,due to strong stability of image’s singular value characteristics,we calculate the distance of the singular values and structural characteristic similarity of the absolute difference maps,and utilize the statistical value of the global error to evaluate stereoscopic perception.Finally,we combine two models to describe the stereoscopic image quality.Experimental results show that the correlation coefficients of the proposed assessment method and the human subjective perception are above 0.93,and the mean square errors are all less than 6.2,under JPEG,JP2K compression,Gaussian blurring,Gaussian white noise,H.264 coding distortion,and hybrid cross distortion.It indicates that the proposed stereoscopic objective method is consistent with human visual properties and also of availability.Zhu Jiangying Jiang Gangyi Yu Mei Wang Xiaodong Chen Fen Shao Feng Peng Zongju 2013Journal of Electronics(China)2013,30,5:0
