| 1 | 蜜瓜和西瓜果汁的射频介电特性及其与糖度的关系显示文摘为了解果汁的介电特性与其主要内部品质——糖度之间的关系,该文利用末端开路的同轴探头和阻抗分析仪测量了10 MHz~1.8 GHz的频率范围内不同成熟度的3个品种密瓜汁和4个品种西瓜汁的介电特性,同时测量了反映果汁糖度的可溶性固形物含量和果肉的含水率,分析了介电特性和糖度间的关系。结果显示:密瓜和西瓜果汁的相对介电常数和介质损耗因数皆随频率的增大单调减小,品种间的差异对介电特性有影响;1.8 GHz下密瓜汁的损耗角正切与糖度有较好的线性关系,其决定系数为0.784,但西瓜汁的介电特性与糖度的相关性较差;密瓜和西瓜果汁的糖度与果肉的含水率有很好的线性相关性,其决定系数分别为0.973和0.906。该研究将为基于介电特性的果汁糖度检测仪的开发提供了研究基础。 | 郭文川 Smart O. | 2 | Thrips: Pests of Concern to China and the United States显示文摘Thrips are among the most important agricultural pests globally because of the damage inflicted by their oviposition, feeding, and ability to transmit plant viruses. Because of their invasiveness, a number of pest species are common to both China and the United States and present significant challenges to growers of a wide range of crops in both countries. Among the pest thrips common to both countries are four of the major global thrips pests, Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande), Scirtothrips dorsalis Hood, Thrips palmi Karny, and Thrips tabaci Lindeman. This review addresses characteristics that enable thrips to be such damaging pests and how biological attributes of thrips create challenges for their management. Despite these challenges, a number of successful management tactics have been developed for various cropping systems. We discuss some of these tactics that have been developed, including the use of cultural controls, biological controls, and judicious use of insecticides that do not disrupt overall pest management programs. The exchange of this type of information will help to facilitate management of pest thrips, especially in regions where species have recently invaded. A prime example is F. occidentalis, the western flower thrips, which is native to the United States, but has recently invaded China. Therefore, management tactics developed in the United States can be adapted to China. | 4 | Radiofrequency ablation for early oesophageal squamous neoplasia:Outcomes form United Kingdom registry显示文摘AIM:To report outcomes on patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation(RFA)for early oesophageal squamous neoplasia from a National Registry.METHODS:A Prospective cohort study from 8 tertiary referral centres in the United Kingdom.Patients with squamous high grade dysplasia(HGD)and early squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)confined to the mucosa were treated.Visible lesions were removed by endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)before RFA.Following initial RFA treatment,patients were followed up 3monthly.Residual flat dysplasia was treated with RFA until complete reversal dysplasia(CR-D)was achieved or progression to invasive Squamous cell cancer defined as infiltration into the submucosa layer or beyond.The main outcome measures were CR-D at 12 mo from start of treatment,long term durability,progression to cancer and adverse events.RESULTS:Twenty patients with squamous HGD/ESCC completed treatment protocol.Five patients(25%)had EMR before starting RFA treatment.CR-D was 50%at12 mo with a median of 1 RFA treatment,mean 1.5(range 1-3).Two further patients achieved CR-D with repeat RFA after this time.Eighty per cent with CR-D remain dysplasia free at latest biopsy,with median follow up 24 mo(IQR 17-54).Six of 20 patients(30%)progressed to invasive cancer at 1 year.Four patients(20%)required endoscopic dilatations for symptomatic structuring after treatment.Two of these patients have required serial dilatations thereafter for symptomatic dysphagia with a median of 4 dilatations per patient.The other 2 patients required only a single dilatation to achieve an adequate symptomatic response.One patient developed cancer during follow up after end of treatment protocol.CONCLUSION:The role of RFA in these patients re-mains unclear.In our series 50%patients responded at12 mo.These figures are lower than limited published data. | Rehan J Haidry Mohammed A Butt Jason Dunn Matthew Banks Abhinav Gupta Howard Smart Pradeep Bhandari Lesley Ann Smith Robert Willert Grant Fullarton Morris John Massimo Di Pietro Ian Penman Marco Novelli Laurence B Lovat | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013，19，36： | 7 |

| 10 | Geochemical characterization of Granitoids in Katchuan Irruan area: further evidence for peraluminous and shoshonitic compositions and post-collisional setting of granitic rocks in the Precambrian Basement Complex of Nigeria显示文摘Petrographic studies on Granitoids from Katchuan Irruan and adjoining areas,southeastern Nigeria,has shown that they are garnetiferous biotite granite,aplitic granite,porphyritic hornblende biotite granite,porphyritic muscovite biotite granite,weakly foliated leucogranodiorite and simple pegmatite.They are closely associated with the Precambrian Basement Complex rocks which they intruded.Modal analysis shows that the rocks consist of quartz(10%-25%),oligoclase(10%-30%),K-feldspar(15%-35%),biotite(3%-25%),with occasional garnet,hornblende,muscovite,and accessory chlorite,haematite and magnetite.Geochemical data indicates that the rocks are generally shoshonitic,alkali-calcic to calcic,ferroan and peraluminous.They are enriched in large ion lithophile elements as well as high field strength elements(Hf,Ta,Yb,Sm,Zr and Y).Their trace elements and REE patterns are similar,indicating that they are co-genetic.They are characterized by high fractionation factor(La/Yb)N(3.04-228.44)and pronounced negative Eu anomalies(Eu/Eu*)(0.23-0.71).Their overall geochemical features indicate that they were most likely derived from partial melting of crustal materials in an orogenic(post-collisional)tectonic setting.They are therefore related to the Pan-African granites,otherwise known as the Older Granites which were emplaced during the Pan African orogenic event. | Chinedu U.Ibe Smart C.Obiora | 2019 | Acta Geochimica2019，38，5： | 2 |
