Sedimentary evolution of Neoproterozoic rift basin in northern Tarim显示文摘Based on the outcrop, drilling and seismic data, the sedimentary successions, evolution and hydrocarbon exploration potential of the Neoproterozoic rift basin in the northern Tarim were firstly analyzed.Due to assembly and breakup of the Rodinia supercontinent, the Tabei paleocontinent and the Tarim paleocontinent were developed in the Tarim craton with an EW-trending back-arc rift basin between them during Neoproterozoic time;very thick marine clastic rocks, carbonate rocks and volcanic rocks(including tillite)were deposited in the Kuruktag and Aksu area of the northern Tarim, which experienced deep sea, bathyal sea and littoral sea environments with transitional delta and ice-sea.During the Early Cryogenian and the Late Ediacaran, the northern rift basin evolved from the deep sea to the littoralneritic sea, while the lithology changed from clastic rocks to carbonate rocks.According to the field and production data, the formation and preservation of the source rocks and reservoirs indicate a good exploration potential of the Neoproterozoic rift basin.Lin Wu Shuwei Guan Rong Ren Chunyu Zhang 2017Petroleum Research2017,2,4:6

Evolution of the Neoproterozoic rift basins and its implication for oil and gas exploration in the Tarim Basin显示文摘According to the aeromagnetic, seismic, and geological data, the surface structure, sedimentation, and distribution characteristics as well as the deep dynamic mechanism of the north-south differentiated Neoproterozoic rift basins were well investigated to reveal the tectonic evolution and its control on the distribution of the Early Cambrian sedimentary basin and source rocks in the Tarim Basin. The rift basin in the southern Tarim was a product of superplume activities during the early breakup period of the Rodinia supercontinent. It initiated in the Early Cryogenian(about 780 Ma)and appeared as NE-direction aulacogens extending into the Tarim Basin. The rift basin in the northern Tarim was a back-arc rift basin derived from the subduction of Pan-Rodinian oceanic plate, which initiated in the Late Cryogenian(about 740 Ma)and occurred as a nearly EW-direction narrow band across the Tarim Basin. The northern Tarim back-arc rift basin had similar formation and evolution process to the Late Mesozoic-Cenozoic back-arc rift basins in East Asia, both showing an oceanward migration;however, the Tarim rift basin finally evolved from the fault-depression basins into passive continental margin. The Neoproterozoic rift basins controlled not only the distribution of source rocks in the syn-rift period but also the development of Early Cambrian sedimentary basin.Nearly EW-distributed syn-rift(Cryogenian to Ediacaran)and postrift(Lower Cambrian Yurtusi period)source rocks were likely to develop between the present Tabei uplift and central uplift belt.Rong Ren Shuwei Guan Lin Wu Guangyou Zhu 2018Petroleum Research2018,3,1:3
Dietary protein levels changed the hardness of muscle by acting on muscle fiber growth and the metabolism of collagen in sub-adult grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)显示文摘Background:Nutrient regulation has been proven to be an effective way to improve the flesh quality in fish.As a necessary nutrient for fish growth, protein accounts for the highest proportion in the fish diet and is expensive.Although our team found that the effect of protein on the muscle hardness of grass carp was probably related to an increased collagen content, the mechanism for this effect has not been deeply explored. Moreover, few studies have explored the protein requirements of sub-adult grass crap(Ctenopharyngodon idella). Therefore, the effects of different dietary protein levels on the growth performance, nutritional value, muscle hardness, muscle fiber growth, collagen metabolism and related molecule expression in grass carp were investigated. Methods:A total of 450 healthy grass carp(721.16±1.98 g)were selected and assigned randomly to six experimen-tal groups with three replicates each(n=25/replicate),and were fed six diets with 15.91%,19.39%,22.10%,25.59%,28.53%and 31.42%protein for 60 d.Results:Appropriate levels of dietary protein increased the feed intake, percentage weight gain, specific growth rate, body composition, unsaturated fatty acid content in muscle, partial free amino acid content in muscle, and muscle hardness of grass carp. These protein levels also increased the muscle fiber density, the frequency of new muscle fibers, the contents of collagen and IGF-1,and the enzyme activities of prolyl 4-hydroxylases and lysyloxidase, and decreased the activity of matrix metalloproteinase-2.At the molecular level, the optimal dietary protein increased col-lagen type Iα1(Colα1),Colα2,PI3K,Akt,S6K1,La ribonucleoprotein domain family member 6a(LARP6a),TGF-β1,Smad2,Smad4,Smad3,tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2,MyoD,Myf5,MyoG and MyHC relative mRNA levels. The levels of the myostatin-1 and myostatin-2 genes were downregulated, and the protein expression levels of p-Smad2,Smad2,Smad4,p-Akt,Akt,LARP6 and Smad3 were increased. Conclusions:The appropriate levels of dietary protein promoted the growth of sub-adult grass carp and improved muscle hardness by promoting the growth of muscle fibers, improving collagen synthesis and depressing collagen degradation. In addition, the dietary protein requirements of sub-adult grass carp were 26.21%and 24.85%according to the quadratic regression analysis of growth performance(SGR)and the muscle hardness(collagen content),respectively.Min Dong Lu Zhang Pei Wu Lin Feng Weidan Jiang Yang Liu Shengyao Kuang Shuwei Li Haifeng Mi Ling Tang Xiaoqiu Zhou 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,2:1
Effect of sodium alginate-based hydrogel loaded with lutein on gut microbiota and inflammatory response in DSS-induced colitis mice显示文摘In order to effectively deliver lutein to the inflamed colon and better exert its pharmacological activity, this paper constructed a sodium alginate hydrogel-based delivery system loaded with lutein nanoparticles, evaluated the regulation on the expression and secretion of related inflammatory factors in mice with colitis, and its impact on intestinal microbial environment. The results showed that comparing lutein crystal and its nanoparticle, lutein hydrogel alleviated dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)-induced colitis in mice more effectively by adjusting fecal heme content, colon tissue damage, and inflammatory factor levels. Moreover, lutein hydrogel increased the expression of intestinal tight junction proteins zonula occluden-1(ZO-1),claudin-1 and occludin to maintain the integrity of the intestinal-barrier,inhibited the nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)pathway and reduced expression and secretion of inflammatory factors including tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),NOD-like receptors 3(NLRP3)and interleukin(IL)-1β.In addition, the intestinal microbial environment of mice with colitis was improved by down-regulating the relative abundance of Desulfovibrionaceae and up-regulating the relative abundance of Erysipelotrichaceae and Rikenellaceae. As a slow-release carrier to load lutein nanoparticles, sodium alginate-based hydrogel has potential application prospect.Pengxiang Xu Shuwei Luo Jiangfeng Song Zhuqing Dai Dajing Li Cai’e Wu 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,6:0
HYDROFORMYLATION OF OLEFINS CATALYZED BY HOMOGENEOUS HETERONUCLEAR METAL CLUSTER [PhCH_2Me_3N][FeCo_3(CO)_(12)]显示文摘Hydroformylation of olefins catalyzed by heteronuclear metal cluster [PhCH2Me3N]-[FeCo3(CO)12] was studied. The effect of temperature, pressure, and solvent ect. on olefin hydroformylation was examined. The results show that for the hydroformylation of various olefins, e.g. 1-hexene, isobutene, 2-octene, cyclohexene, diisobutene, and styrene, the Fe-Co cluster exhibits rather high activity under mild conditions. For example, under the pressure such of 4 MPa, H2/CO ratio of 1: 1, at 120℃, 1-hexene was hydroformylated to heptanal with the conversion of > 80% and the selectivity of > 95% in 1 hr.Luo Yuzhong, Fu Hongxiang, Zhang Shuwei(Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Science, Lanzhou, China) Wang Yunpu, Wu Nan, Zhang Aimi(Northwestern Teachers College, Lanzhou, China) 1990分子催化1990,4,S1:0
A method to determine the bonded-particle model parameters for simulation of ores显示文摘The bonded-particle model(BPM)is commonly used in the numerical analysis of ore samples. To improve the accuracy of simulating the mechanical process of ore process of ore crushing in a crusher, the parameters of the BPM for the ore must be calibrated. In this study,a calibration method was proposed for the scientific determination of the parameters of the BPM for ore undergoing uniaxial compression.First, physical tests and simulations were conducted to determine the mechanical response(uniaxial compressive strength and macroscopic stiffness)of ore during uniaxial compression. Then, the sensitivity of the mechanical response to the values of microscopic parameters was tested using a Plackett-Burman design.Next, the microscopic parameters with the greatest impact on the response were identified, and the range of parameters that met the target response was determined using a steepest ascent design;Second,a second-order model of the mechanical response was established using the sensitive parameters by combining a Box-Behnken design with response surface methodology to obtain the optimal BPM parameters.Simulation tests showed that the normal stiffness per unit area, critical shear stress, and bonded disk radius had significant effects on the uniaxial compressive strength(UCS)and macroscopic stiffness(MS).To verify the validity of the proposed calibration method, laboratory tests were conducted. The consistency of the simulation results with experimental results indicated that response surface methodology with the Plackett-Burman design, steepest ascent design, and Box-Behnken design can be an effective method for calibrating the BPM of ores.Shuwei Wu Guoqiang Wang Longfei Fan Wei Guan Jianbo Guo Zhengbin Liu Yukuan Wang 2024Particuology2024,86,3:0
Mannan oligosaccharides alleviate oxidative injury in the head kidney and spleen in grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)via the Nrf2 signaling pathway after Aeromonas hydrophila infection显示文摘Background Mannan oligosaccharides(MOS)are recommended as aquaculture additives owing to their excellent antioxidant properties. In the present study,we examined the effects of dietary MOS on the head kidney and spleen of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)with Aeromonas hydrophila infection. Methods A total of 540 grass carp were used for the study. They were administered six gradient dosages of the MOS diet(0,200,400,600,800,and 1,000 mg/kg)for 60 d.Subsequently,we performed a 14-day Aeromonas hydrophila challenge experiment. The antioxidant capacity of the head kidney and spleen were examined using spectrophotometry,DNA fragmentation,qRT-PCR,and Western blotting. Results After infection with Aeromonas hydrophila,400-600 mg/kg MOS supplementation decreased the levels of reactive oxygen species, protein carbonyl, and malonaldehyde and increased the levels of anti-superoxide anion, antihydroxyl radical, and glutathione in the head kidney and spleen of grass carp. The activities of copper-zinc superoxide dismutase, manganese superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione S-transferase,glutathione reductase, and glutathione peroxidase were also enhanced by supplementation with 400-600 mg/kg MOS.Furthermore, the expression of most antioxidant enzymes and their corresponding genes increased significantly with supplementation of 200-800 mg/kg MOS.mRNA and protein levels of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 also increased following supplementation with 400-600 mg/kg MOS.In addition, supplementation with 400-600 mg/kg MOS reduced excessive apoptosis by inhibiting the death receptor pathway and mitochondrial pathway processes. Conclusions Based on the quadratic regression analysis of the above biomarkers(reactive oxygen species, malondialdehyde, and protein carbonyl)of oxidative damage in the head kidney and spleen of on-growing grass carp, the recommended MOS supplementation is 575.21,557.58,531.86,597.35,570.16,and 553.80 mg/kg,respectively.Collectively,MOS supplementation could alleviate oxidative injury in the head kidney and spleen of grass carp infected with Aeromonas hydrophila.Zhiyuan Lu Lin Feng Weidan Jiang Pei Wu Yang Liu Jun Jiang Shengyao Kuang Ling Tang Shuwei Li Chengbo Zhong Xiaoqiu Zhou 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,4:0
Sediment budget and riverbed deformation in the uppermost part of the lower Yangtze River, China显示文摘The Yangtze River(YR), similar to most large rivers in the world, has experienced significant changes in its depositional environment due to anthropogenic disturbances and climatic influences in recent decades. However, knowledge of how the river channel and bed deformation respond to these changes in the uppermost part of the lower YR, a 200-km-long branched channel, is limited. In the current study, historical bathymetric data collected from 1992 to 2013 and high-resolution multibeam echo sounder(MBES) data obtained from 2015 to 2016 were analyzed to address the changes in the depositional environment. The results indicate that the whole riverbed in the Hukou to Datong reach(HDR) has been scouring over the past two decades and this trend is expected to continue in the future due to decreasing sediment supply from the upper watershed. The amount of net erosion from the HDR during 1992-2013approximately accounted for 7.2% of total sediment load in the Yangtze River(5.02 billion metric tons at Datong). The evolution of the riverbed is trending towards stabilization even though the patterns of erosion and/or deposition in the HDR have dramatically changed in the last two decades. The part of the channel from the upper 100 km to Datong was found to be a sensitive reach that first showed erosion from 1992 to 2003 and showed deposition during 2003-2008, and then mild erosion during 2008-2013in response to environmental changes. Thus, the findings indicate that riverine channel deformation in response to anthropogenic disturbance and climate influence is dynamic in different reaches, and this finding has both scientific and practical significance in terms of understanding channel stability and its response to external stressors.Shuwei Zheng Huanlong Luo Jiayue Zhang Heqin Cheng Zijun Li Yugai Ma Shuaihu Wu Enfeng Liu 2022International Journal of Sediment Research2022,37,4:0
Probabilistic Energy and Reserve Co-dispatch for High-renewable Power Systems and Its Convex Reformulation显示文摘This paper proposes a probabilistic energy and reserve co-dispatch(PERD) model to address the strong uncertainties in high-renewable power systems. The expected costs of potential renewable energy curtailment/load shedding are fully considered in this model, which avoids insufficient or excessive emergency control capacity to produce more economical reserve decisions than conventional chance-constrained dispatch methods. Furthermore, an analytical reformulation approach of PERD is proposed to make it tractable. We firstly develop an approximation technique with high precision to convert the integral terms in objective functions into analytical ones. Then, the calculation of probabilistic constraints is equivalently transformed into an unconstrained optimization problem by introducing value-at-risk(Va R) representation. Specifically, the Va R formulas can be computed by a computationally-cheap dichotomy search algorithm. Finally, the PERD model is transformed into a convex problem, which can be solved reliably and efficiently using off-the-shelf solvers. Case studies are performed on IEEE test systems and real provincial power grids in China to illustrate the scalability and efficiency of the proposed method.Shuwei Xu Wenchuan Wu Bin Wang Yue Yang 2023Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,6:0
HPDA/Zn as a CREB Inhibitor for Ultrasound imaging and Stabilization of Atherosclerosis Plaque+显示文摘Thrombosis, secondary to rupture of unstable plaque,is a fatal risk factor for myocardial infarction and ischemic stroke. At present, more novel methods are needed for the diagnosis and treatment of vulnerable plaque. Here,we report a hollow polydopamine/Zn(HPDA/Zn)ultrasound contrast agent.Through western-blot,Elisa,and other experiments,we found that in addition to having a good contrast-enhancement capability in ultrasound imaging in vitro and in vivo,HPDA/Zn also has the effect of reducing the expres-sion of CREB.CREB protein and its downstream-regulated proteins and factors are closely related to the stability of plaque.HPDA/Zn has the effect of reducing the expression of CREB protein, which leads to the decrease of expression of MMP-9,the regulatory pro-tein downstream of the CREB protein. In addition,it also reduces the secretion of inflammatory factors hs-CRP and IL-17A.Thus,HPDA/Zn can stabilize plaque by inhibiting CREB and reducing plaque vulnerable markers and inflammatory factors. In a word,HPDA/Zn is a kind of ultrasound contrast agent, which can stabilize plaques by inhibiting CREB protein.Linzi Chen Zhenqi Jiang Lifei Yang Ye Fang Shuwei Lu Ozioma U.Akakuru Shuaishuai Huang Juan Li Suya Ma Aiguo Wu 2023Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,2:0

An emerging role of arecoline on growth performance, intestinal digestion and absorption capacities and intestinal structural integrity of adult grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)显示文摘Arecoline is an alkaloid with important pharmacological effects in the plant areca nut, which has been demonstrated to be an agonist of muscarinic receptors(M receptor). This study explored the influences of dietary arecoline on growth performance, intestinal digestion and absorption abilities, antioxidant capacity, and the apical junction complex(AJC)of adult grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella).Adult grass carp(608to 1512 g)were fed at 6 graded levels of dietary arecoline(0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,and 2.5 mg/kg diet)for 9weeks.The results suggested that appropriate dietary supplementation of arecoline(1.0 mg/kg)increased growth parameters and intestinal growth in adult grass carp(P<0.05),enhanced digestion and absorption capacities(P<0.05),up-regulated muscarinic receptor 3(M3)mRNA level(P<0.05),increased the content of neuropeptide fish substance P(P<0.05),improved antioxidant capacity by activating the Keap1a/Nrf2signaling pathway(P<0.05),reduced intestinal mucosal permeability(P<0.05),and increased m RNA levels of tight junction(TJ)and adherent junction AJ-related proteins in fish by inhibiting the RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway(RhoA/ROCK/MLCK/NMII)(P<0.05).In addition, the appropriate arecoline supplementation for adult grass carp was determined to be 1.20,1.21,1.07,and 1.19 mg/kg based on percentage weight gain, lipase activity, serum diamine oxidase, and protein carbonyl, respectively.Overall,to the best of our knowledge,we investigated for the first time the effects and possible mechanisms of dietary arecoline on intestinal digestive and absorptive capacities and structural integrity in fish and evaluated the appropriate level of supplementation.Na Yao Lin Feng Weidan Jiang Pei Wu Hongmei Ren Hequn Shi Ling Tang Shuwei Li Caimei Wu Hua Li Yang Liu Xiaoqiu Zhou 2023Animal Nutrition2023,,4:0
Activating transcription factor 3,glucolipid metabolism, and metabolic diseases显示文摘Lipids and glucose exert many essential physiological functions, such as providing raw materials or energy for cellular biosynthesis, regulating cell signal transduction, and maintaining a constant body temperature.Dysregulation of lipid and glucose metabolism can lead to glucolipid metabolic disorders linked to various metabolic diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. Therefore, intervention in glucolipid metabolism is a key therapeutic strategy for the treatment of metabolic diseases.Activating transcription factor 3(ATF3)is a transcription factor that acts as a hub of the cellular adaptive-response network and plays a pivotal role in the regulation of inflammation, apoptosis,DNA repair, and oncogenesis.Emerging evidence has illustrated the vital roles of ATF3 in glucolipid metabolism.ATF3 inhibits intestinal lipid absorption, enhances hepatic triglyceride hydrolysis and fatty acid oxidation, promotes macrophage reverse cholesterol transport, and attenuates the progression of western diet-induced nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and atherosclerosis. In addition to its role in lipid metabolism,ATF3 has also been identified as an important regulator of glucose metabolism. Here,we summarize the recent advances in the understanding of ATF3,mainly focusing on its role in glucose and lipid metabolism and potential therapeutic implications.Shuwei Hu Xiaojie Zhao Rui Li Chencheng Hu Huijuan Wu Jing Li Yanqiao Zhang Yanyong Xu 2022Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2022,14,10:0
