| 1 | Increased globulin and its association with hemorrhagic transformation in patients receiving intra-arterial thrombolysis therapy显示文摘Previous studies have identified a diverse set of predisposing factors for the occurrence of hemorrhagic transformation(HT), but the independent clinical predictors of HT after intraarterial thrombolysis have not been determined.In this retrospective study, we investigated the characteristics of patients with or without HT who had received intra-arterial thrombolysis therapy, using biochemical analysis, renal function test, routine blood test, blood lipid test, coagulation blood test,liver function test, random blood glucose test, timewindow for intra-arterial thrombolysis, recanalization,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and systolic blood pressure before intra-arteria thrombolysis. The mortality rates were similar in the HT and non-HT groups(P = 0.944). In the singlefactor analysis, patients with a higher globulin leve(P <0.002), prothrombin time activity percentage(PTA; P = 0.026), and NIHSS score(P = 0.002),had a significantly increased risk of developing HT.In the multifactor logistic regression model involving globulin level, PTA, white blood cell count, and NIHSS score, the globulin level(P <0.001; OR,1.185; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.090–1.288),PTA(P = 0.018; OR, 1.016; 95% CI, 1.003–1.029),white blood cell count(P = 0.025; OR, 1.097; 95%CI, 1.012–1.190) and NIHSS score(P = 0.003; OR,1.097; 95% CI, 1.031–1.166) were significantlyincreased in the HT group. The increase in globulin level is an independent risk factor for HT in patients receiving intra-arterial thrombolysis. | 2 | Formation of abnormal high pressure and its application in the study of oil-bearing property of lithologic hydrocarbon reservoirs in the Dongying Sag显示文摘The mechanisms of abnormal high pressures are studied in this paper, and it is concluded that the undercompaction, hydrocarbon generation and stratum denudation are obviously effective to fluid pressure buildup. Because of the episodic difference, the hydrocarbon generation and stratum denudation are the main factors influencing oil-gas migration. On the basis of basin evolutionary analysis in the Dongying Sag, it is considered that the undercompaction mainly caused the abnormal pressure before the first denudation by the uplift in Late Paleogene, while hydrocarbon generation was the main factor of abnormal pressure after the denudation. The second denudation occurred in Late Neogene, which changed the pressure field and induced the fluid migration. The development of overpressures is the necessary condition to the formation of lithologic hydrocarbon reservoirs, which have positive correlations to overpressures. | 3 | Design of artificial neural networks using a genetic algorithm to predict saturates of vacuum gas oil显示文摘Accurate prediction of chemical composition of vacuum gas oil(VGO) is essential for the routine operation of refi neries. In this work,a new approach for auto-design of artificial neural networks(ANN) based on a genetic algorithm(GA) is developed for predicting VGO saturates. The number of neurons in the hidden layer,the momentum and the learning rates are determined by using the genetic algorithm. The inputs for the artif icial neural networks model are f ive physical properties,namely,average boiling point,density,molecular weight,viscosity and refractive index. It is verified that the genetic algorithm could fi nd the optimal structural parameters and training parameters of ANN. In addition,an artificial neural networks model based on a genetic algorithm was tested and the results indicated that the VGO saturates can be effi ciently predicted. The ethanol sensing properties of these microcrystals are investigated by spin-coating them on a silicon substrate with Pt electrodes to fabricate a micro-structure sensor. The sensitivity is up to 8 when the sensor is exposed to 50 ppm ethanol, and the response time and recovery time are 10 s and 20 s, respectively. | 5 | Effects of hydrocarbon physical properties on caprock’s capillary sealing ability显示文摘A new mechanics formula of caprock’s capillary sealing ability has been established in this paper, in which the boundary layer resistance was considered and characterized by starting pressure gradient. The formula shows that capillary sealing ability of caprock is determined not only by the capillary force of rock and the buoyancy of hydrocarbon column, but also by the starting pressure gradient of hydrocarbons and the thickness of caprock. The buoyancy of hydrocarbon column, the starting pressure gradient of hydrocarbon, and the capillary force of caprock are affected by hydrocarbon density, hydrocarbon viscosity, and hydrocarbon-water interface tension respectively. Based on hydrocarbon property data of reservoirs of Jiyang Depression and equations from literature, the effects of hydrocarbon density, hydrocarbon viscosity, and hydrocarbon-water interface tension on the sealing ability of caprock are analyzed. Under formational conditions, the sealing ability of oil caprock can vary up to dozens times because of the variations of the oil density, oil viscosity, and oil-water interface tension. Thus, the physical characters of hydrocarbon should be considered when evaluating the capillary sealing ability of caprocks. | 8 | Geochemical evolution during the cracking of crude oil into gas under different pressure systems显示文摘Two comparative simulation experiments(a normal atmospheric-pressure opening system and a 20 MPa closed system)were conducted to study the geochemical evolution of n-alkane,sterane,and terpane biomarkers in the process of oil cracking into gas under different pressures.With an initial experimental temperature set at 300°C,the temperature was increased to 650°C at a heating rate of 30°C/h.The products were tested every 50°C starting at 300°C,and a pressure of 20 MPa was achieved using a water column.The low-maturity crude oil sample was from the Paleogene system in the Dongying sag in eastern China.The threshold temperature obtained for the primary oil cracking process in both pressure systems was 450°C.Before the oil was cracked into gas,some components,including macromolecular n-alkanes,were cracked into medium-or small-sized n-alkanes.The secondary oil cracking of heavy hydrocarbon gases of C2–5to methane mainly occurred between 550°C to 650°C,and the parameters Ln(C1/C2)and Ln(C1/C3),as well as the dry coefficients,increased.Overpressure inhibited the oil cracking process.In the 20 MPa system,the oil conversion rate decreased,the temperature threshold for gas generation rose,and oil cracking was inhibited.Compared with the normal pressure system,high-carbon n-alkanes and other compounds in the 20 MPa pressure system were reserved.Furthermore,the parameters∑C21-/∑22+,Ln(C1/C2),and Ln(C1/C3),as well as the dry coefficients,decreased within the main temperature range.During secondary oil cracking(550°C to 600°C),the Ph/nC18and Pr/nC17decreased.High pressure influenced the evolution of the biomarkers Ts and Tm,C31homohopane,C29sterane,and their related maturity parameters to different extents during oil cracking under different temperature ranges. | CHEN ZhongHong ZHANG ShouChun ZHA Ming | 2014 | Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,3: | 4 |
