Engineering Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) with sulfur vacancy and heterostructure as an efficient bifunctional electrocatalyst for water splitting显示文摘Defect and interface engineering have been recognized as efficient strategies for developing high-performance electrocatalysts. However,it is still challenging to couple defect and interface engineering in transition metal sulfides and understand their dynamic evolution process during electrocatalysis.Herein,we developed one-step pyrolysis of bimetallic sulfide to construct S vacancy-rich Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) heterostructure by controlling the critical decomposition temperature. The as-synthesized Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) exhibits excellent bifunctional electrocatalytic performance, with a low overpotential of 99 and 200 mV at 10 mA cm−2 towards hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in 1.0 mol/L KOH electrolyte, respectively.A symmetric two-electrode cell with Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) delivered a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2) at a low voltage of 1.43 V and showed long-term stability for 200 h.A series of in/ex-situ techniques revealed that the electrochemical reconfiguration only appeared in the OER process, resulting in the CoOOH/CuO and SO42−species promoting OER performance.Meanwhile, the S vacancy and heterostructure interface in Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) were proved to optimize the electronic structure and the adsorption of intermediates for HER by density function theory(DFT)simulations. This work provides a promising strategy to construct metal sulfides with rich defects and heterogeneous interfaces and understand their dynamic evolution process for electrochemical storage and conversion devices. | Yuanhua Xiao Ya Shen Dangcheng Su Shiwei Zhang Jinlin Yang Dafeng Yan Shaoming Fang Xuezhao Wang | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,23: | 1

2-13 Stellar Reaction Rate of the 14O(α, p)17F显示文摘Proton resonant states in 18Ne have been investigated by the resonant scattering of 17F+p with a 17F beambombarding a thick H2 gas target. Several resonances have been observed. In particular, the astrophysically crucialstate 6.15 MeV was observed as a spin-parity assignment of 1?? with high statistics. The groove-like structureobserved in this work is completely different with previous peak one[1]. The confirmation of 1?? on a firm groundclarified this significant discrepancy. In addition, a new state was observed at Ex = 6.85 MeV with a tentativespin assignment of 0, which could be the mirror state of 6.88 MeV, 0?? in 18O, or a bandhead state (0+) of thesix-particle four-hole (6p-4h) band[2,3]. The resonant parameters have been determined by an R-matrix analysis ofthe excitation functions. | Hu Jun He Jianjun Xu Shiwei H. Yamaguchi Ma Peng D. Kahl Su Jun Wang Hongwei T. Nakao Y. | 8 | Knudsen pumps: a review显示文摘The Knudsen pump(KP)is a kind of micro-pump that can form thermally induced flows induced by temperature fields in rarefied gas environments. It has the advantages of having no moving parts, simple structure, easy construction and extension,a wide range of energy sources, and low energy consumption. With the development of Micro/Nano Electro Mechanical Systems(MEMS/NEMS),extensive studies have been conducted on KPs,and the applications of KPs have widened. In order to obtain efficient flow fields in KPs,it is necessary to adopt modern computational methods for simulation and analysis. In many circumstances, the simulation and experimental results have good agreement. However, there seems to be no comprehensive review on KPs at present. In this paper,KPs are first defined and classified according to the flow mechanisms of the thermally induced flows. Then, the three aspects of configurations, performance, and applications of KPs in the current state of research are reviewed and analyzed. Finally, the current problems of KP are discussed, and some suggestions are provided for future research and applications. | Xiaowei Wang Tianyi Su Wenqing Zhang Zhijun Zhang Shiwei Zhang | 2020 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1: | 0
Full synthesis and bioactivity evaluation of Tn-RC-529 derivative conjugates as self-adjuvanting cancer vaccines显示文摘A facile and efficient strategy was established for the construction of RC-529 and its derivatives.Four conjugates of RC-529 derivatives with Tn antigen were synthesized and all elicited strong and T celldependent immune responses in mice without requiring external adjuvants. In addition, all antisera induced by these conjugates could specifically recognize, bind to and kill Tn-overexpressing cancer cells.Thus,RC-529 shows promise as a useful platform for the development of new vaccine carriers with self-adjuvanting properties for the treatment of cancer. Moreover, preliminary structure-activity relationship analysis provides convincing support for further optimization of,and additional investigation into RC-529. | Lingqiang Gao Qinghai Lian Leilei Ma Shiwei Su Menglan Yang Yuan Fang Zhongqiu Liu Xiang Luo Guochao Liao | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,10: | 0
Role of BraRGL1 in regulation of Brassica rapa bolting and flowering显示文摘Gibberellin(GA)plays a major role in controlling Brassica rapa stalk development. As an essential negative regulator of GA signal transduction,DELLA proteins may exert significant effects on stalk development. However, the regulatory mechanisms underlying this regulation remain unclear. In this study,we report highly efficient and inheritable mutagenesis using the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system in BraPDS(phytoene desaturase)and BraRGL1(key DELLA protein)genes. We observed a loss-of-function mutation in BraRGL1 due to two amino acids in GRAS domain. The flower bud differentiation and bolting time of BraRGL1 mutants were significantly advanced. The expression of GA-regulatory protein(BraGASA6),flowering related genes(BraSOC1,BraLFY),expansion protein(BraEXPA11)and xyloglucan endotransferase(BraXTH3)genes was also significantly upregulated in these mutants.BraRGL1-overexpressing plants displayed the contrasting phenotypes.BraRGL1 mutants were more sensitive to GA signaling.BraRGL1 interacted with BraSOC1,and the interaction intensity decreased after GA3 treatment. In addition,BraRGL1 inhibited the transcription-activation ability of BraSOC1 for BraXTH3 and BraLFY genes, but the presence of GA3 enhanced the activation ability of BraSOC1,suggesting that the BraRGL1-BraSOC1 module regulates bolting and flowering of B.rapa through GA signal transduction. Thus,we hypothesized that BraRGL1 is degraded, and BraSOC1 is released in the presence of GA3,which promotes the expression of BraXTH3 and BraLFY,thereby inducing stalk development in B.rapa.Further,the BraRGL1-M mutant promoted the flower bud differentiation without affecting the stalk quality.Thus,BraRGL1 can serve as a valuable target for the molecular breeding of early maturing varieties. | Yudan Wang Shiwei Song Yanwei Hao Changming Chen Xi Ou Bin He Jiewen Zhang Zhehao Jiang Chengming Li Shuaiwei Zhang Wei Su Riyuan Chen | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,8: | 0
Research on Power Consumption Anomaly Detection Based on Fuzzy Clustering and Trend Judgment显示文摘Among the end-users of the power grid, especially in the rural power grid, there are a large number of users and the situation is complex. In this complex situation, there are more leakage caused by insulation damage and a small number of users stealing electricity.Maintenance staff will take a long time to determine the location of the abnormal user meter box.In view of this situation, themethod of subjective fuzzy clustering and quartile difference is adopted to determine the partition threshold. The power consumption data of end-users are divided into three regions:high, normal and low, which can be used to screen users in the area of abnormal power consumption. Then the trend judgment method is used to further accurately screen to improve the accuracy and reduce the number of users in the abnormal range. Finally according to abnormal power consumption auxiliary locate abnormal electricity users list box. Then the simulation environment is set to verify the application of membership fuzzy clustering and trend judgment in power consumption data partition. | Wei Xiong Xianshan Li Yu Zou Shiwei Su Li Zhi | 2022 | Energy Engineering2022,119,2: | 0
Current insights into the oncogenic roles of lncRNA LINC00355显示文摘Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)are a class of nonprotein-coding transcripts that are longer than 200 nucleotides.LINC00355 is a lncRNA located on chromosome 13q21.31 and is consistently upregulated in various cancers. It regulates the expression of downstream genes at both transcriptional and posttranscriptional levels, including eight microRNAs(miR-15a-5p,miR-34b-5p,miR-424-5p,miR-1225,miR-217-5p,miR-6777-3p,miR-195,and miR-466)and three protein-coding genes(ITGA2,RAD18,and UBE3C).LINC00355 plays a role in regulating various biological processes such as cell cycle progression,proliferation,apoptosis,epithelial-mesenchymal transition, invasion, and metastasis of cancer cells. It is involved in the regulation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and p53 signaling pathway.Upregulation of LINC00355 has been identified as a high-risk factor in cancer patients and its increased expression is associated with poorer overall survival,recurrence-free survival, and disease-free survival.LINC00355 upregulation has been linked to several unfavorable clinical characteristics, including advanced tumor node metastasis and World Health Organization stages, reduced Karnofsky Performance Scale scores, increased tumor size, greater depth of invasion, and more extensive lymph node metastasis.LINC00355 induces chemotherapy resistance in cancer cells by regulating five downstream genes, namely HMGA2,ABCB1,ITGA2,WNT10B,and CCNE1 genes. In summary,LINC00355 is a potential oncogene with great potential as a diagnostic marker and therapeutic target for cancer. | Jinze Shen Xinming Su Ming Pan Zehua Wang Yufei Ke Qurui Wang Jingyin Dong Shiwei Duan | 2023 | Cancer Innovation2023,2,6: | 0

A Discussion on the Policy of R&D Stock for China’s Energy Technology显示文摘The constraints of energy supply have been a long-term threat to the sustainable development of China. Technological progress and innovation are essential to helping solve this problem. Research and development (R&D) stock plays a key role in technological progress and innovation. Through comparisons with some other countries, it is found that China has fallen behind in the R&D stock for energy technology. The R&D stock can be improved by two means: one is putting capital and human resources in those strategically key fields; the other is taking advantage of the R&D resources from abroad. The strategically key fields include energy saving techniques, energy materials, the manufacture of key equipment and new energy resources. | Tao Ye Su Shiwei Qi Zhongying | 2006 | Petroleum Science2006,3,4: | 0
Electricity-Carbon Interactive Optimal Dispatch of Multi-Virtual Power Plant Considering Integrated Demand Response显示文摘As new power systems and dual carbon policies develop, virtual power plant cluster(VPPC)provides another reliable way to promote the efficient utilization of energy and solve environmental pollution problems. To solve the coordinated optimal operation and low-carbon economic operation problem in multi-virtual power plant,a multi-virtual power plant(VPP)electricity-carbon interaction optimal scheduling model considering integrated demand response(IDR)is proposed.Firstly,a multi-VPP electricity-carbon interaction framework is established. The interaction of electric energy and carbon quotas can realize energy complementarity, reduce energy waste and promote low-carbon operation.Secondly,in order to coordinate the multiple types of energy and load in VPPC to further achieve low-carbon operation, the IDR mechanism based on the user comprehensive satisfaction(UCS)of electricity, heat as well as hydrogen is designed, which can effectively maintain the UCS in the cluster within a relatively high range. Finally, the unit output scheme is formulated to minimize the total cost of VPPC and the model is solved using theCPLEX solver. The simulation results showthat the proposed method effectively promotes the coordinated operation among multi-VPP,increases the consumption rate of renewable energy sources and the economics of VPPC and reduces carbon emissions. | Shiwei Su Guangyong Hu Xianghua Li Xin Li Wei Xiong | 2023 | Energy Engineering2023,120,10: | 0
Additive manufacturing of multi-morphology graded titanium scaffolds for bone implant applications显示文摘Porous Titanium scaffolds have attracted widespread attention as bone implants for avoiding the stress shielding effect and promoting bone-in-growth.In this study,multi-morphology graded scaffolds hy-bridized by Primitive and Gyroid structures with porosity of 50,60,and 70%were designed(denoted as PG50,PG60,and PG70,respectively)and fabricated by selective laser melting. The simulation results showed that the maximum von-Mises stress of hybridized scaffolds increased from 504.22 to 884.24 MPa with porosity. The permeability and average pore size of multi-morphology PG50,PG60,and PG70 were in the range of 3.58×10^(-9)-5.50×10^(-9) m^(2) and 568.1-758.4μm,respectively.The microstructure of multi-morphology graded scaffolds consisted of a fully martensiticα′phase.Tested permeabilities of PG50 and PG60 were 3.27×10^(-9) and 4.35×10^(-9) m^(2),respectively,which were within the range of human bone(0.01-12.1×10^(-9) m^(2)).Elastic modulus and compressive yield strength of PG50 and PG60 ranged within 5.93^(-9).86 and 180.06-257.08 MPa,respectively.Therein, the PG50 not only exhibited a similar elastic modulus compared to human cortical bone(10.1 GPa)but also had higher strength(257.08 vs 131 MPa).The results of in vitro biocompatibility assay showed that PG50 and PG60 have better cyto-compatibility than mono-morphology scaffolds with the same porosity.Taken together,PG50 is promising to be used for the restoration of bone defects due to its excellent mechanical properties, appropriate per-meability,and good cytocompatibility. | Aihua Yu Ce Zhang Wei Xu Yun Zhang Shiwei Tian Bowen Liu Jiazhen Zhang Anrui He Bo Su Xin Lu | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,8: | 0
