1Multiple interferences suppression with space-polarization null-decoupling for polarimetric array显示文摘The adaptive digital beamforming technique in the space-polarization domain suppresses the interference with forming the coupling nulls of space and polarization domain.When there is the interference in mainlobe,it will cause serious mainlobe distortion,that the target detection suffers from.To overcome this problem and make radar cope with the complex multiple interferences scenarios,we propose a multiple mainlobe and/or sidelobe interferences suppression method for dual polarization array radar.Specifically,the proposed method consists of a signal preprocessing based on the proposed angle estimation with degree of polarization(DoP),and a filtering criterion based on the proposed linear constraint.The signal preprocessing provides the accurate estimated parameters of the interference,which contributes to the criterion for null-decoupling in the space-polarization domain of mainlobe.The proposed method can reduce the mainlobe distortion in the space-polarization domain while suppressing the multiple mainlobe and/or sidelobe interferences.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulations.LU Yawei MA Jiazhi SHI Longfei QUAN Yuan 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,1:5
2Effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE50)in the treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis:a multi-center,double-blind,randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE50)in the treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis.METHODS:This was a multi-center,double-blind,double-dummy,positive-controlled,parallel randomized controlled clinical trial with 1∶1 allocation.We recruited 404 patients with dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis(blood stasis symptom pattern)in 10 hospitals in China.GBE50 group received GBE50 and Naoxinqing tablet(NXQ)of mimetic agent,control group received NXQ and GBE50 of mimetic agent.The main outcome was Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom pattern score of blood stasis after 6 weeks.The secondary outcomes were changes in the dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score,vertigo visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the university of California vertigo questionnaire(UCLA-DQ)score and single-item symptom score of TCM from baseline to 2,4 and 6 weeks.Safety indicators included the incidence of adverse events,severe adverse events and laboratory examination including blood routine,liver function,renal function,and so forth.RESULTS:The total effective rate of TCM symptom pattern score in the GBE50 group after 6 weeks of treatment was higher than that in the control group,the difference in rate was statistically significant(92.67%vs 83.07%,P=0.004).Compared with the control group,there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(9.95%vs 14.85%,P=0.136).CONCLUSION:The treatment of dizziness caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis with GBE50 is effective,safe and reliable.SHA Rina TANG Lu DU Yawei WU Shengxian SHI Huawei ZOU Hongxin ZHANG Xuran DONG Xinglu ZHOU Li 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,1:5
3Glucagon-like peptide 1 reverses myocardial hypertrophy through cAMP/PKA/RhoA/ROCK2 signaling显示文摘Myocardial hypertrophy is a major pathological and physiological process during heart failure.Glucagon-like peptide 1(GLP-1)is a glucagon incretin hormone released from the gut endocrine L-cells that has protective effects on various cardiovascular diseases,in eluding hyperte nsion,atherosclerosis,and myocardial hypertrophy.However,the protective mechanisms of GLP-1 in myocardial hypertrophy remain unclear.Here,we showed that the GLP-1 agonist liraglutide and dipeptidyl peptidase 4 inhibitor alogliptin decreased heart weight and cardiac muscle cell volume in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).In H9C2 cell hypertensive models induced by angiotensin II,GLP-1 treatment reduced myocardial cell volume,inhibited the expressions of atrial natriuretie peptide,brain/B-type natriuretic peptide,p-myosin heavy chain,RhoA,and ROCK2,and decreased MLC and MYPT1 phosphorylation.When H9C2 cells were treated with H89,a PKA inhibitor,the inhibitory effect of GLP-1 disappeared,while the inhibitory role was enhaneed under the treatment of Y-27632,a ROCK2 inhibitor.These results suggested that GLP-1 might reverse myocardial hypertrophy through the PKA/RhoA/ROCK2 signaling pathway.Shaohua Fan Qianfeng Xiong Xin Zhang Lihui Zhang Yawei Shi 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,6:2

5Glucagon-like peptide-1 attenuates cardiac hypertrophy via the AngII/AT1R/ACE2 and AMPK/mTOR/p70S6K pathways显示文摘Glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1),a novel type of glucose-lowering agent,has been reported to exert cardioprotective effects.However,the cardioprotective mechanism of GLP-1 on spontaneous hypertension-induced cardiac hypertrophy has not been fully elucidated.In this study,we revealed that liraglutide or alogliptin treatment ameliorated spontaneous hypertension-induced cardiac hypertrophy,as evidenced by decreased levels of cardiac hypertrophic markers(atrial natriuretic peptide,brain natriuretic peptide,andβ-myosin heavy chain),as well as systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,and histological changes.Both drugs significantly reduced the levels of angiotensin II(AngII)and AngII type 1 receptor(AT1R)and upregulated the levels of AngII type 2 receptor(AT2R)and angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2),as indicated by a reduced AT1R/AT2R ratio.Simultaneously,treatment with liraglutide or alogliptin significantly increased GLP-1 receptor expression and adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)phosphorylation and downregulated the phosphorylation of mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR),p70 ribosomal S6 protein kinase,and eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E binding protein 1 in spontaneous hypertension rats.Furthermore,our data demonstrated that the AMPK inhibitor compound C or mTOR activator MHY1485 inhibited the anti-hypertrophic effect of GLP-1.In summary,our study suggests that liraglutide or alogliptin protects the heart against cardiac hypertrophy by regulating the expression of AngII/AT1R/ACE2 and activating the AMPK/mTOR pathway,and GLP-1 agonist can be used in the treatment of patients with cardiac hypertrophy.Jing Wang Shaohua Fan Qianfeng Xiong Yu Niu Xin Zhang Junnan Qin Yawei Shi Lihui Zhang 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,9:1

10Presence of organophosphate flame retardants(OPEs)in different functional areas in residential homes in Beijing,China显示文摘The production and application of organophosphate esters(OPEs)have dramatically increased in recent years due to their use as a replacement for brominated flame retardants.In this study,13 OPEs(∑_(13)OPEs)were analyzed in indoor air samples from kitchens and living rooms in 14 residential homes in Beijing,China.The concentrations of ∑_(13)OPEs in kitchen air samples(mean:13 ng/m^(3))were significantly(p<0.05)higher than in living room air samples(5.0 ng/m^(3)).In addition,paired window surface organic film samples were collected and analyzed to investigate film-air partitioning,exhibiting a mean concentration of ∑_(13)OPEs of 4100 ng/m^(2).The congener profiles showed that tris(2-chloroisopropyl)phosphate(TCPP)was the predominant compound in both window film samples(48%)and the corresponding indoor air sample(56%).The estimated daily intakes(EDI)of OPEs via indoor air inhalation were 2.8 and 1.4 ng/kg/day for infants and adults,respectively,both of which are below the reference dose values(RfDs).Overall,these findings indicate that OPEs in the indoor air environment of residential homes in Beijing are not likely to pose a health risk to the general population.Kun Lv Lu Bai Boyu Song Xindong Ma Minmin Hou Jie Fu Yali Shi Yawei Wang Guibin Jiang 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,5:1

18UTI: a double-function inhibitor isolated from naked flax seeds显示文摘Acute glucose fluctuation during the postprandial period causes a risk fo r type 2 diabetes m ellitus(T2DM).a-Glucosidase inhibitors have been approved as therapeutic agents fo r diabetes.In the present study,a protein w ith a-glucosidase inhibitory activity from Flax(Linum usitatissimum)seeds was isolated using a one-step purification w ith Q-Sepharose4B colum n,follow ed by Sephacryl S-200 size-exclusion chromatography.It was identified as a trypsin inhibitor,named L.usitatissimum trypsin inh ibito r(LUTI).The half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50)of LUTI was 113.92 pM fo r a-glucosidase and 6.17 pM for trypsin.Lineweaver-Burk kinetic experim ent showed that the protein exhibited tw o distinct inhibitory modes,a com petitive inh ibito r type for a-glucosidase and a non-com petitive type fo r trypsin.The interaction between LUTI and aglucosidase was detected through gel filtration chromatography and dynam ic light scattering.Increased glucose consum ption and lactic acid production were also observed fo llo w in g LUTI treatm ent in Caco-2 and HepG2 cells.LUTI inhibits not only the activity of trypsin but also the activity of a-glucosidase.It is expected that LUTI w ill become an oral hypoglycem ic polypeptide drug fo r T2DM.Lei Wang Yinglu Chen Feng Wu Shasha Wu Xiaojun Hu Yawei Shi 2019Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,10:0

20Design and evaluation of chitosan-amino acid thermosensitive hydrogel显示文摘Chitosan/glycerophosphate thermosensitive hydrogel crosslinked physically was a potential drug delivery carrier;however, long gelation time limits its application. Here, chitosan-amino acid (AA) thermosensitive hydrogels were prepared from chitosan (CS), αβ-glycerophosphate (GP), and L-lysine (Lys) or L-glutamic acid (Glu). The prepared CS-Lys/GP and CS-Glu/GP hydrogel showed good thermosensitivity and could form gels in a short time. The optimal parameters of CS-Lys/GP hydrogel were that the concentration of CS-Lys was 2.5%, the ratio of CS/Lys was 3.5/1.0, the ratio of CS-Lys/GP was 4.5/1.0. The optimal parameters of CS-Glu/GP hydrogel were that the concentration of CS-Glu was 3.0%, the ratio of CS/Glu was 2.0/1.0, and the ratio of CS-Glu/GP was 4.0/1.5. Chitosan-amino acid (CS-AA) thermosensitive hydrogel had a three-dimensional network structure. The addition of model drug tinidazole (TNZ) had no obvious effect on the structure of hydrogel. The results of infrared spectroscopy showed that there were hydrogen bonds between amino acids and chitosan. In vitro release results showed that CS-Lys/GP and CS-Glu/GP thermosensitive hydrogels had sustained release effects.
