| 2 | The chimeric genes in the hybrid lineage of Carassius auratus cuvieri(♀)×Carassius auratus red var.(♂)显示文摘Hybridization can combine the genomes of different strains or species, which leads to changes of genotype and phenotype in the hybrids. In this study, we aimed to investigate the genetic variations of hybrids(WR-F1 and WR-F2) derived from the intraspecific hybridization of white crucian carp(Carassius auratus cuvieri, WCC, ♀) and red crucian carp(Carassius auratus red var., RCC, ♂). Here, we compared the orthologous genes in the liver transcriptomes of hybrids with those of WCC and RCC, and classified the orthologous genes into eight gene patterns within three categories(chimera, mutant, and biparental origin genes).The results revealed 19.04%, 4.17% chimeric genes and 6.90%, 5.05% mutations of orthologous genes in WR-F1 and WR-F2 respectively. Seventeen of twenty-three characterized genes(77%) were confirmed to be the chimeras at the genomic DNA level.The GO classification discovered that some chimeric and mutant genes were related to metabolic process, immune system and developmental process in WR-F1. Our results provide the new evidence that hybridization can combine the parental genomes,leading to changes in the genotype of the resultant hybrids. | 4 | Forward-backward doubly stochastic differential equations and related stochastic partial differential equations显示文摘The notion of bridge is introduced for systems of coupled forward-backward doubly stochastic differential equations (FBDSDEs). It is proved that if two FBDSDEs are linked by a bridge, then they have the same unique solvability. Consequently, by constructing appropriate bridges, we obtain several classes of uniquely solvable FBDSDEs. Finally, the probabilistic interpretation for the solutions to a class of quasilinear stochastic partial differential equations (SPDEs) combined with algebra equations is given. | 6 | Does an extended mediastinal lymphadenectomy improve outcome after R0 resection in lung cancer?显示文摘Objective: This retrospective study was conducted to investigate the impact of more extended mediastinal lymphadenectomy on the outcome of lung cancer patients treated with R0 resection.Methods: During the investigation period, 325 lung cancer cases were enlisted and 278 cases entered the analysis. The patients were divided into Control group(n=116) and Research group(n=162) according to the different extents of mediastinal lymph node clearance at different time periods. Three major parameters were retrospectively assessed to compare the quality of surgical care: extent of lymph node clearance, resection volume, and postoperative recovery process and common complications. Comparison of the outcome between two groups was carried out.Results: Research group showed a significant quality improvement of lymphadenectomy, such as more mediastinal node stations investigated(more than 3 N2 stations investigated: Research group, 90.7% vs. Control group, 55.2%; P=0.001) and more nodes collection(total nodes 26.1±10.0 vs. 19.1±8.3, P=0.000; N2 nodes 15.5±7.2 vs. 9.8±5.6, P=0.000). However, overall survival(OS) and disease-free survival(DFS) were not significantly different either between two groups(5-year OS: Control group, 56.4±4.6% vs. Research group, 62.6±4.3%; P=0.271) or between subgroups from stage I to IIIa. | 7 | Superior performance and high service stability for Ge Te-based thermoelectric compounds显示文摘GeTe-based compounds have been intensively studied recently due to their superior thermoelectric performance,but their real applications are still limited so far due to the drastic volume variation that occurs during the rhombohedral–cubic phase transition,which may break the material or the material/electrode interface during service.Here,superior performance and high service stability for GeTe-based thermoelectric compounds are achieved by co-doping Mg and Sb into GeTe.The linear coefficient of thermal expansion before phase transition is greatly improved to match that after phase transition,yielding smooth volume variation around the phase transition temperature.Likewise,co-doping(Mg,Sb)in GeTe successfully tunes the carrier concentration to the optimal range and effectively suppresses the lattice thermal conductivity.A peak z T of 1.84 at 800 K and an average z T of 1.2 in 300–800 K have been achieved in Ge0.85Mg0.05Sb0.1Te.Finally,a Ni/Ti/Ge0.85Mg0.05Sb0.1Te thermoelectric uni-leg is fabricated and tested,showing quite good service stability even after 450 thermal cycles between 473 K and 800 K.This study will accelerate the application of GeTe-based compounds for power generation in the mid-temperature range. | Tong Xing Qingfeng Song Pengfei Qiu Qihao Zhang Xugui Xia Jincheng Liao Ruiheng Liu Hui Huang Jiong Yang Shengqiang Bai Dudi Ren Xun Shi Lidong Chen | 2019 | National Science Review2019,6,5: | 4 |
| 8 | A study of peroxyacetyl nitrate at a rural site in Beijing based on continuous observations from 2015 to 2019 and the WRFChem model显示文摘Peroxyacetyl nitrate(PA N)is one of the most important photochemical pollutants and has aroused much concern in China in recent decades.However,few studies described the long-term variations in PAN in China.In this study,we continuously monitored the PAN,03 and NOx concentrations at a regional background site near Beijing from August 2015 to February 2019.Based on the observed concentrations and climate data,w e analyzed the seasonal PAN variations.The results revealed that the monthly mean PAN concentration ranged from 0.33-2.41 ppb,with an average value of 0.94 ppb.The PAN concentration exhibited a distinct seasonal variation,with high values in spring and low values in winter.After analyzing the corresponding meteorological data,we found that stronger ultraviolet(UV)radiation,a relatively longer lifetime and a higher background PAN concentration contributed to the high PAN concentrations in spring.In addition,with the utilization of the WRF-Chem(Weather Research and Forecasting with Chemistry)model,the cause of the extremely high PAN concentration in spring 2018 wa s determined.The model results demonstrated that an anomalously low pressure and the southwesterly winds in northern China might be the main causes of the increased PAN concentration in Beijing and its surrounding area in spring 2018. | Yulu Qiu Zhiqiang Ma Weili Lin Weijun Quan Weiwei Pu Yingruo Li Liyan Zhou Qingfeng Shi | 2020 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2020,14,4: | 3 |
| 9 | Study of brain morphology change in Alzheimer’s disease and amnestic mild cognitive impairment compared with normal controls显示文摘Background With an aggravated social ageing level, the number of patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) is gradually increasing, and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is considered to be an early form of Alzheimer's disease. How to distinguish diseases in the early stage for the purposes of early diagnosis and treatment is an important topic. Aims The purpose of our study was to investigate the differences in brain cortical thickness and surface area among elderly patients with AD, elderly patients with amnestic MCI (aMCI) and normal controls (NC). Methods 20 AD patients, 21 aMCIs and 25 NC were recruited in the study. FreeSurfer software was used to calculate cortical thickness and surface area among groups. Results The patients with AD had less cortical thickness both in the left and right hemisphere in 17 of the 36 brain regions examined than the patients with aMCI or NC. The patients with AD also had smaller cerebral surface area both in the left and right hemisphere in 3 of the 36 brain regions examined than the patients with aMCI or NC. Compared with the NC, the patients with aMCI only had slight atrophy in the inferior parietal lobe of the left hemisphere, and no significant difference was found. Conclusion AD, as well as aMCI (to a lesser extent), is associated with reduced cortical thickness and surface area in a few brain regions associated with cognitive impairment. And the resolution configurations between the outage probability and the achievable rate and the BS energy consumption are given. Meanwhile, Effects of related parameters and channel errors are analysed about outage probability and achievable rate. The numerical results show that the correctness of the formula derivations. As the number of users increases the system's achievable rate increases and the outage probability decreases. | 16 | A secure spectrum auction scheme without the trusted party based on the smart contract显示文摘With the development of communication 5G networks and technologies,spectrum resources are increasingly scarce.The scarcity of the spectrum resource makes market-driven spectrum auction become an important means of spectrum allocation,and due to the complexity of the network environment,the security of spectrum auctions can not be ignored.Most existing secure spectrum auction schemes introduce a semi-honest agent to complete spectrum auction.However,the hypothetical semi-honest model does not guarantee the security of spectnim auction in the actual application scenario,which may lead to potential security threats:the agent may reveal the privacy of bidders,agent or auctioneer may collude with the bidder to manipulate the spectrum auction,and so on.In this paper,a secure spectrum auction scheme without a trusted party is proposed based on the smart contract technology,and the smart contract written into the blockchain replaces the traditional semi-honest agent to cooperate with the auctioneer server to complete the auction.In order to ensure the security of our scheme,a secure spectrum auction protocol is designed,in which the Software Guard Extensions(SGX)technology and Paillier cryptosystem are used to protect the privacy of bidders.Public verification is provided in our protocol by using extensive Pedersen commitment,which prevents the auctioneer server and the bidder from colluding with each other and verifies group bid sum values.Finally,the security analysis is given to propose several types of attacks that can be defended.Besides,theoretical analysis and simulation experiments of our protocol are also provided. | Jiaqi Wang Ning Lu Qingfeng Cheng Lu Zhou Wenbo Shi | 2021 | Digital Communications and Networks2021,7,2: | 1 |
