| 1 | 上颌四眼圈簧扩弓后对上颌牙齿及上颌骨变化影响的CBCT研究显示文摘目的:使用锥体束CT(CBCT)评估上颌四眼簧慢速扩弓后上颌牙齿及上颌骨宽度的变化。方法:选择13例需要综合性正畸治疗的患者(男5例,女8例),平均年龄(14.4±2.2)岁,使用上颌四眼圈簧扩弓。对患者扩弓前(T1)后(T2)的变化进行CBCT扫描,测量扩弓前后两侧尖牙、第一前磨牙、第二前磨牙和第一磨牙之间的牙冠和根尖之间的宽度,第一磨牙的倾斜度,基骨弓和腭中缝宽度的变化。应用SPSS 17.0软件对测量结果进行配对t检验。结果:四眼圈簧扩弓后牙弓变化明显。4对牙的牙间距分别增加了(2.47±1.05)mm、(2.97±1.90)mm、(2.79±1.21)mm、(3.15±1.15)mm,根尖距分别减小了(1.19±0.40)mm、(2.12±0.68)mm、(2.02±0.65)mm、(1.34±0.63)mm,左侧磨牙倾斜度减小了4.45°±2.86°,右侧磨牙倾斜度减小了4.02°±1.45°,基骨弓宽度增加了(2.37±0.96)mm,腭中缝宽度增加了(1.21±0.50)mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:四眼圈簧扩弓器对上颌牙弓的扩弓主要通过牙齿倾斜移动完成,而非整体移动。 | 张月兰 韦大鹏 Blessing Sayi 杨亚欣 杨亚普 王晨曦 | 2016 | 实用口腔医学杂志2016,32,2: | 10 |
| 2 | SMALL KERNEL4 is required for mitochondrial cox1 transcript editing and seed development in maize显示文摘In land plants,cytidine-to-uridine(C-to-U)editing of organellar transcripts is an important posttranscriptional process,which is considered to remediate DNA genetic mutations to restore the coding of functional proteins.Pentatricopeptide repeat(PPR)proteins have key roles in C-to-U editing.Owing to its large number,however,the biological functions of many PPR proteins remain to be identified.Through characterizing a small kernel4(smk4)mutant,here we report the function of Smk4 and its role in maize growth and development.Null mutation of Smk4 slows plant growth and development,causing small plants,delayed flowering time,and small kernels.Cloning revealed that Smk4 encodes a new E-subclass PPR protein,and localization indicated that SMK4 is exclusively localized in mitochondria.Loss of Smk4 function abolishes C-to-U editing at position 1489 of the cytochrome c oxidase1(cox1)transcript,causing an amino acid change from serine to proline at 497 in Cox1.Cox1 is a core component of mitochondrial complex IV.Indeed,complex IV activity is reduced in the smk4,along with drastically elevated expression of alternative oxidases(AOX).These results indicate that SMK4 functions in the C-to-U editing of cox1-1489,and this editing is crucial for mitochondrial complex IV activity,plant growth,and kernel development in maize. | Hong-Chun Wang Aqib Sayyed Xin-Yuan Liu Yan-Zhuo Yang Feng Sun Yong Wang Miaodi Wang Bao-Cai Tan | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,6: | 5 |

| 9 | 薰衣草水提取物能改善阿尔茨海默大鼠的空间学习和记忆能力(英文)显示文摘目的阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease, AD)是主要的神经退行性疾病之一,其特征主要表现为痴呆,包括学习与记忆的衰退。本研究旨在探索薰衣草(唇形科,薰衣草属)水提取物对AD大鼠空间学习和记忆的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠分为对照组和AD 组,通过给大鼠脑室注射10 ?g A?1-42 建立AD模型。20天后,两组大鼠进行为期5天的水迷宫空间记忆采集实验(每天4次),紧接着进行一次空间探索实验。实验结束后,分别给予AD组和对照组大鼠不同剂量的薰衣草水提取物(50、100、200 mg/kg) 或 0.4 mL/kg 蒸馏水,每天一次共20天。随后,重复上述水迷宫实验。结果在水迷宫实验的第一阶段,AD组大鼠找到平台的潜伏期显著高于对照组大鼠,而在第二阶段,接受蒸馏水注射的对照和AD大鼠找到平台的潜伏期没有差异,说明水迷宫运动本身能提高AD大鼠的空间学习能力。在第二阶段空间记忆采集实验中,与接受蒸馏水注射的同类大鼠相比,接受薰衣草水提取物注射的对照和AD大鼠找到平台的潜伏期显著降低。此外,200 mg/kg 薰衣草水提取物能显著提高对照和AD大鼠的空间探索能力。结论薰衣草水提取物能有效逆转AD 大鼠空间学习功能的损伤。 | Masoud Soheili Kashani Mostafa Rezaei Tavirani Sayyed Alireza Talaei Mahmoud Salami | 2011 | Neuroscience Bulletin2011,27,2: | 2 |

| 13 | Anti-Toll-like receptor 2 antibody inhibits nuclear factor kappa B activation and attenuates cardiac damage in high-fat-feeding rats显示文摘Long-time con sumption of high-fat food is a direct cause of cardiovascular diseases, and high-fatrelated inflammation plays an important role in it. Toll-like receptors (TLRs), especially TLR2 and TLR4, play important roles in high-fat-related inflammation. However, the impact of TLR2 on high-fatassociated cardiovascular complications is still unknown. In this study, we try to investigate the relationship between TLR2 and high-fat-related cardiac injury. SD rats were allocated to either a control group which were fed with normal diet or a high-fat group which were fed with high-fat diet for 5 months. At the last mon th, rats fed with high-fat diet were intraperitoneally injected with control normal mouse IgG or anti-TLR2 antibody. Heart tissues were collected for further analysis. RT-qPCR and western blot analysis results revealed that TLR2 expression was increased in the heart tissues from rats fed with high-fat diet and anti-TLR2 antibody had no effect on TLR2 expression. However, anti- TLR2 antibody alleviated masson staining area, levels of TGF-pi and Collagen I mRNA, and decreased TUNEL-positive myocardial cells and caspase-3 activity, suggesting that anti-TLR2 antibody protected cardiac cells against high-fat-induced cardiac fibrosis and cell apoptosis. By using immunohistochemistry, RT-qPCR and ELISA, we found that anti-TLR2 antibody blocked NF-kB activation, inhibited the expression of inflammatory factors such as TNF-a, IL-1,IL-6 and IL-18 in the heart tissues from rats fed with high-fat diet. These results hinted that anti-TLR2 antibody might exert its protective effect via inhibition of the TLR2/NF-KB/inflammation pathway. | 14 | Comparison of experimental and theoretical radiation shielding parameters of several environmentally friendly materials显示文摘In this study, the gamma radiation shielding features of several environmentally friendly materials were investigated. For this purpose, several attenuation parameters, such as the mass attenuation coefficient (l=q), radiation protection efficiency (RPE), and effective atomic number (Zeff) were determined experimentally and compared with numerical data obtained using WinXCom software. In the measurements, the emitted gamma photons were counted by a gamma spectrometer equipped with an HPGe detector using 22Na, 54Mn, 57Co, 60Co, 133Ba, and 137Cs radioactive point sources in the energy region of 81–1333 keV. The obtained results indicate that the l=q and RPE values of the samples decrease with an increase in photon energy. The experimental values are in good agreement with those obtained using WinXCom software.
