| 1 | 基于自钻式旁压仪的残积土原位力学特性试验研究显示文摘残积土属区域性特殊土,准确获得其力学性质指标是各类工程场地地基处治及承载力评价的必要条件。针对典型花岗岩残积土层,在20 m深度范围内开展自钻式旁压试验,获得表征土体原始水平应力、强度与刚度的相关指标,类比分析深度与水平方向土体力学性质的差异性,并论证了土体刚度在不同应变水平下的衰减规律。结果表明,该场地浅层土体刚强度指标差异性较大,存在明显的风化壳,导致剪切模量及变形参数沿深度呈先减小后增大的趋势;土体割线剪切模量Gs,切线剪切模量Gt随剪应变变化关系具有明显的非线性特性,在小应变范围(γc≤0.3%)内Gs,Gt快速衰减,在γc=2.0%~3.0%时,趋于平稳,采用非线性分析方法得到的模量值较为合理,认为在该类场地工程设计中,剪切模量的选取宜基于自钻式旁压试验结果,根据不同应变水平确定,采用线性割线法得到的剪切模量Gur偏于冒险。同时发现,小应变时剪切模量值相对于土体差异较为敏感,为准确获得土性参数,可适当增加浅层土体测试数量。 | 尹松 孔令伟 张先伟 Hossain Md Sayem 樊友杰 | 2016 | 岩土工程学报2016,38,4: | 22 |
| 2 | 海洋沉积土动剪切模量与阻尼比的试验研究显示文摘动剪切模量和阻尼比是工程场地地震安全性评价及地基动力反应分析的重要动力学参数。为评价某海域海洋土的动力学特性,对10.3~84.2 m深度范围内的海底淤泥质粉质黏土、粉砂及细砂开展共振柱试验。利用双对数模型建立了最大动剪切模量随上覆压力的递增关系。研究发现,现有规范的剪切模量比与阻尼比的推荐取值并不适用于海洋沉积土,即使考虑借鉴以往研究成果也必须将其限制在一定的应变范围,并应考虑土体的天然应力状态取值。利用马丁-达维登科夫(Martin-Davidenkov)模型及阻尼比与剪应变的经验关系建立了剪切模量比和阻尼比随剪应变的变化规律,并由此提出了适用于海洋沉积土的5×10-6~10-3应变范围内剪切模量比及阻尼比的推荐值。研究成果可为海洋工程场地的设计、施工及抗震分析提供技术参考依据。 | 尹松 张先伟 孔令伟 Hossain Md Sayem | 2015 | 岩土力学2015,36,S1: | 11 |
| 3 | Sedimentary and geochemical evidence of Eocene climate change in the Xining Basin, northeastern Tibetan Plateau显示文摘The northeastern Tibetan Plateau began to grow during the Eocene and it is important to understand the climatic history of Asia during this period of so-called ‘doubthouse' conditions. However, despite major advances in the last few decades,the evolutionary history and possible mechanisms of Eocene climate change in the northeastern Tibetan Plateau remain unclear.The Xining Basin in the northeastern Tibetan Plateau contains a continuous sequence of Early to Late Eocene non-marine sediments which provides the opportunity to resolve long-term climate changes during this period. In this study, we report the results of analyses of lithofacies, sediment color and geochemistry of bulk samples collected from the Xijigou section of the Xining Basin. An abrupt lithofacies change between the Early(~52–40 Ma) and Late Eocene(~40–34 Ma) indicates a change in the depositional environment from a shallow lake to a playa lake in response to a significant climatic shift. During ~52–40 Ma,higher values of sediment redness(a*), redness/lightness(a*/L*) and higher modified Chemical Index of Weathering(CIW′)indicate a relatively warm and humid climate, while from ~40–34 Ma the lower values of a*, a*/L*and lower CIW′ imply subhumid to semi-arid climatic conditions. The paleoclimatic records indicate a long-term(~52–34 Ma) trend of decreasing chemical weathering, consistent with global climate change. An abrupt sharp excursion of the proxy records during ~42–40 Ma suggests a relatively brief warm interval, corresponding to the Middle Eocene Climatic Optimum(MECO). | 13 | Influence of Electrolytes on the Micellar Growth of Amphiphilic Drug Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride显示文摘The effect of electrolytes on the micellar behavior of an amphiphilic drug, chlorpromazine (CPZ) hydrochloride, was studied using cloud point (CP) and dye solubilization techniques. In the presence of KBr, increase in pH led to decrease in the CP of 50 mmol·L-1 drug solution (prepared in 10 mmol·L-1 sodium phosphate (SP) buffer) because of deprotonation of drug molecules at high pH. The visible absorbance increased (due to dye solubilization) with the increase in pH from 6.5 to 6.9, which indicated micellar growth. At fixed pH (6.7), addition of inorganic salts (KF, KCl, and KBr) to drug solutions (50 mmol·L-1) caused an increase in the CP as well as in the visible absorbance, with effectiveness being in the order: F-Na+ >K+, which was explained by considering cognizance of their hydrated radii. Compared with anions, their effect was small. Increase in [CPZ] caused micellar growth and hence the CP as well as the visible absorbance increased.
