| 3 | Application of Stable Strontium Isotope Geochemistry and Fluid Inclusion Microthermometry to Studies of Dolomitization of the Deeply Buried Cambrian Carbonate Successions in West-Central Tarim Basin, NW China显示文摘Detailed petrographic,geochemical(O-C-Sr isotopes)and fluid inclusion studies of the deeply buried Cambrian carbonates in the West-central Tarim Basin revealed three types of crystalline dolomites(fine-crystalline,nonplanar-a(s),dolomite(RD1),fine-to medium-crystalline,planar-e(s)dolomite(RD2),and medium-to coarse-crystalline,nonplanar-a dolomite(RD3)),medium-to coarsecrystalline,nonplanar-a saddle dolomite cement(CD)and early and later-stage calcite cement.The occurrence of RD1 along low-amplitude stylolites points to link with pressure dissolution by which minor Mg ions were likely released for replacive dolomitization during early-to intermediate-burial seawater dolomitization.The increasing crystal sizes of RD2 and RD3 with irregular overgrowth rims suggests intense recrystallization and replacement upon the RD1 or remaining precursor limestones by dolomitizing fluids during late intermediate burial dolomitization.The overlap ofδ^(18)O,δ^(13)C and ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr values of RD1-RD3 and CD dolomite with coeval seawater values,suggests that the principal dolomitizing fluids that precipitated these dolomites was connate(Cambrian)seawater preserved in the host limestones/dolomites.Their high ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios suggest influx of radiogenic strontium into the Cambrian seawater.Two regimes of fluid flow are recognized in the study area:firstly,influx of magnesium-rich higher-temperature basinal brines along deep-seated faults/fractures,resulting in cementation by CD dolomite.Secondly,the incursion of meteoric waters,mixing with ascending highertemperature basinal brines,and an increase in Ca^(2+)/Mg^(2+)ratio in the fluids probably results in the precipitation of calcite cement in vugs and fractures. | Ngong Roger Ngia Mingyi Hu Da Gao Zhonggui Hu Chun-Yan Sun | 2019 | Journal of Earth Science2019,30,1: | 5 |
| 4 | Injectable conductive gelatin methacrylate/oxidized dextran hydrogel encapsulating umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells for myocardial infarction treatment显示文摘Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(UCMSCs)transplantation has been proposed as a promising treatment modality for myocardial infarction(MI),but the low retention rate remains a considerable challenge.Injectable natural polymer hydrogels with conductivity ability are highly desirable as cell delivery vehicles to repair infarct myocardium and restore the cardiac function.In this work,we developed a hydrogel system based on gelatin methacrylate(GelMA)and oxidized dextran(ODEX)as cell delivery vehicles for MI.And dopamine could be used as a reductant of graphene oxide(GO)to form reductive GO(rGO).By adjusting the amount of rGO,the conductivity of hydrogels with 0.5 mg/mL rGO concentration(≈10^(-4)S/cm)was similar to that of natural heart tissue.In vitro cell experiments showed that the prepared hydrogels had excellent biocompatibility and cell delivery ability of UCMSCs.More importantly,GelMA-O5/rGO hydrogel could promote UCMSCs growth and proliferation,improve the myocardial differentiation ability of UCMSCs,and up-regulate the expression of cTnI and Cx43.Further in vivo experiments demonstrated that GelMA-O5/rGO/UCMSCs Hydrogel could significantly improve the ejection fraction(EF)of rats and significantly reduce myocardial infarct area compared to PBS group,promote the survival of UCMSCs,enhance the expression level of cTnI and Cx43,and decrease the expression level of caspase-3.The findings of this study suggested that the injectable conductive GelMA-O5/rGO hydrogel encapsulating UCMSCs could improve damaged myocardial tissue and reconstruct myocardial function,which will be a promising therapeutic strategy for cardiac repair. | Shuoji Zhu Changjiang Yu Nanbo Liu Mingyi Zhao Zerui Chen Jian Liu Ge Li Huanlei Huang Huiming Guo Tucheng Sun Jimei Chen Jian Zhuang Ping Zhu | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,7: | 4 |
| 5 | Seasonal and Spatial Variations of Macro Benthos in the Intertidal Mudflat of Southern Yellow River Delta,China in 2007/2008显示文摘In order to examine the seasonal and spatial distributions of benthic animals in the intertidal mudflat of the southern Yellow River Delta,field investigations were carried out in 2007 and 2008 and multiple methods were applied.Results showed that,the biomass of macro benthos ranged at 0.75-1151.00 g wet m^(-2) and averaged at 156.31 g wet m^(-2),in which Mactra veneriformis accounted for 75.6%-93.4% of the total macro benthic biomass.More than 90% of macro benthos inhabited in the middle and low tide lines,and higher biomass occurred in early summer and lower in winter.Statistical analysis showed that:1)M.veneriformis growth was primarily favored at higher temperature and lower salinity;2)after long time interaction,benthic bivalve grazers led to patching distributions of Chlorophyll a(Chl a);3)macro benthic biomass positively related with Chl a when the concentration of Chl a was low,but they were negatively related when Chl a concentration was high;and 4)furthermore,the biomass of benthic bivalves peaked in the sediment with median grain size about 0.55 mm,but decreased gradually in coarse or fine sediments.The secondary productivity ranged at 0.37-283.68 g m^(-2)yr^(-1) and averaged at 47.88 g m^(-2) yr^(-1),in which 69.7% was contributed by M.veneriformis It was estimated that primary production was transformed to secondary production at a rate of 6.87%approximately,which implies that there is a local sustainability of high bivalve production. | ZOU Li YAO Xiao YAMAGUCHI Hitomi GUO Xinyu GAO Huiwang WANG Kai SUN Mingyi | 2018 | Journal of Ocean University of China2018,17,2: | 2 |

[Methods]Vitamin E was used as a positive control and TNF-α-induced human aortic endothelial cells( HAECs) were selected as the inflammation model cells. The m RNA levels of IL-6,ICAM-1,VCAM-1,and NF-κB were analyzed by quantitative RT-PCR. The protein expression of NF-κB,ICAM-1,VCAM-1 and phosphorylation of ERK1/2 were determined by Western blot. The adhesion of U937 to HAECs was assessed by BCECF/AM labeling assay. [Results] TNF-α-induced over-expression of IL-6,NF-κB,ICAM-1,and VCAM-1 in HAECs were down-regulated by tanshinone I( TAN),cryptotanshinone( CPT) and 15,16-dihydrotanshinone I( DHT) both in m RNA and protein levels,respectively. Meanwhile 15,16-dihydrotanshinone I and cryptotanshinone could inhibit phosphorylation of ERK1/2 and tanshinone I inhibited U937 adhesion to HAECs significantly. | 14 | Squeezing More Past Knowledge for Online Class-Incremental Continual Learning显示文摘Continual learning(CL)studies the problem of learning to accumulate knowledge over time from a stream of data.A crucial challenge is that neural networks suffer from performance degradation on previously seen data,known as catastrophic forgetting,due to allowing parameter sharing.In this work,we consider a more practical online class-incremental CL setting,where the model learns new samples in an online manner and may continuously experience new classes.Moreover,prior knowledge is unavailable during training and evaluation.Existing works usually explore sample usages from a single dimension,which ignores a lot of valuable supervisory information.To better tackle the setting,we propose a novel replay-based CL method,which leverages multi-level representations produced by the intermediate process of training samples for replay and strengthens supervision to consolidate previous knowledge.Specifically,besides the previous raw samples,we store the corresponding logits and features in the memory.Furthermore,to imitate the prediction of the past model,we construct extra constraints by leveraging multi-level information stored in the memory.With the same number of samples for replay,our method can use more past knowledge to prevent interference.We conduct extensive evaluations on several popular CL datasets,and experiments show that our method consistently outperforms state-of-the-art methods with various sizes of episodic memory.We further provide a detailed analysis of these results and demonstrate that our method is more viable in practical scenarios. | Da Yu Mingyi Zhang Mantian Li Fusheng Zha Junge Zhang Lining Sun Kaiqi Huang | 2023 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2023,10,3: | 1 |

| 16 | Biological Characterization and Whole Genome Sequencing of a Genotype VII Newcastle Disease Virus Strain显示文摘[Objective] The aim of this paper was to study the genotype, pathogenicity and nucleotide difference between Newcastle disease virus(NDV) isolates and traditional NDV vaccine strain(La Sota). [Method] A suspected NDV strain was isolated from a chicken farm. The isolate was preliminarily determined by HA and HI tests. A pair of primers was designed based on the partial sequence of NDV F gene published in GenBank(accession No. JF950510.1). F gene was amplified by RT-PCR, cloned and sequenced. The sequencing result was compared with the F gene sequences published in GenBank, and the phylogenetic tree was constructed to analyze the genotypes. The pathogenicity of the virus was determined by mean death time(MDT) of chicken embryos, intracerebral pathogenicity index(ICPI) of one-day-old chicks and intravenous pathogenicity index(IVPI) of six-week-old chickens, respectively. Based on the NDV genome sequence published in GenBank(accession No. JF950510.1), nine pairs of primers were designed to amplify the genome sequence of the isolate, and its structure was analyzed. [Result] The length of F gene was about 500 bp, and a NDV strain of genotype VII was isolated. The MDT, ICPI and IVPI were 52.8 h, 1.675 and 2.46, respectively, indicating the isolate was a virulent strain. The whole genome sequence analysis results showed that the full genome length of the isolate was 15 192 bp, which had 6 more nu-cleotides than that of La Sota strain, and the homology between the two strains was 82.8%. | 18 | Dynamic interactions of an integrated vehicle–electromagnetic energy harvester–tire system subject to uneven road excitations显示文摘An investigation is undertaken of an integrated mechanical-electromagnetic coupling system consisting of a rigid vehicle with heave, roll, and pitch motions, four electromagnetic energy harvesters and four tires subject to uneven road excitations in order to improve the passengers' riding comfort and harvest the lost engine energy due to uneven roads. Following the derived mathematical formulations and the proposed solution approaches, the numerical simulations of this interaction system subject to a continuous sinusoidal road excitation and a single ramp impact are completed. The simulation results are presented as the dynamic response curves in the forms of the frequency spectrum and the time history, which reveals the complex interaction characteristics of the system for vibration reductions and energy harvesting performance. It has addressed the coupling effects on the dynamic characteristics of the integrated system caused by:(1) the natural modes and frequencies of the vehicle;(2) the vehicle rolling and pitching motions;(3) different road excitations on four wheels;(4) the time delay of a road ramp to impact both the front and rear wheels, etc., which cannot be tackled by an often used quarter vehicle model. The guidelines for engineering applications are given. The developed coupling model and the revealed concept provide a means with analysis idea to investigate the details of four energy harvester motions for electromagnetic suspension designs in order to replace the current passive vehicle isolators and to harvest the lost engine energy. | 19 | Differential structure of Ordovician karst zone and hydrocarbon enrichment in paleogeomorphic units in Tahe area,Tarim Basin,NW China显示文摘Based on a large number of drilling,logging,seismic and production data,the differential structures of karst zone and hydrocarbon distribution in different paleogeomorphic units of the Tahe area,Tarim Basin,are discussed by analyzing the karst drainages and flowing channels.The karst paleogeomorphy of Ordovician in Tahe area is composed of watershed,karst valley and karst basin.The watershed has epikarst zone of 57.8 m thick on average and vadose karst zone of 115.2 m thick on average with dense faults,fractures and medium-small fracture-caves,and 76.5%of wells in this area have cumulative production of more than 5×10^(4) t per well.The karst valleys have epikarst zone,vadose karst zone and runoff karst zone,with an average thickness of 14.6,26.4 and 132.6 m respectively.In the runoff karst zone,the caves of subsurface river are mostly filled by fine sediment,with a filling rate up to 86.8%,and 84.9%of wells in this area have cumulative production of less than 2×10^(4) t per well.The karst basin has no karst zone,but only fault-karst reservoirs in local fault zones,which are up to 600 m thick and closely developed within 1 km around faults.Different karst landforms have different water flowing pattern,forming different karst zone structures and resulting in differential distribution of oil and gas.The watershed has been on the direction of oil and gas migration,so medium-small sized connected fracture-caves in this area have high filling degree of oil and gas,and most wells in this area have high production.Most caves in subsurface river are filled due to strong sedimentation and transportation of the river,so the subsurface river sediment has low hydrocarbon abundance and more low production oil wells.The faults linking source rock are not only the water channels but also the oil-gas migration pathways,where the karst fractures and caves provide huge reservoir space for oil and gas accumulation. | ZHANG San JIN Qjang HU Mingyi HAN Qichao SUN Jianfang CHENG Fuqi ZHANG Xudong | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,5: | 0 |
| 20 | Direct incorporation of paraffin wax as phase change material into mass concrete for temperature control: mechanical and thermal properties显示文摘Taking advantage of heat absorbing and releasing capability of phase change material(PCM),Paraffin wax-based concrete was prepared to assess its automatic temperature control performance.The mechanical properties of PCM concrete with eight different Paraffin wax contents were tested by the cube compression test and four-point bending test.The more Paraffin wax incorporated,the greater loss of the compressive strength and bending strength.Based on the mechanical results,four contents of Paraffin wax were chosen for studying PCM concrete's thermal properties,including thermal conductivity,thermal diffusivity,specific heat capacity,thermal expansion coefficient and adiabatic temperature rise.When the Paraffin wax content increases from 10%to 20%,the thermal conductivity and the thermal diffusivity decrease from 7.31 kJ/(m·h·°C)to 7.10 kJ/(m·h·°C)and from 3.03×10−3 m2/h to 2.44×10−3 m2/h,respectively.Meanwhile the specific heat capacity and thermal expansion coefficient rise from 5.38×10−1 kJ/(kg·°C)to 5.76×10−1 kJ/(kg·°C)and from 9.63×10−6/°C to 14.02×10−6/°C,respectively.The adiabatic temperature rise is found to decrease with an increasing Paraffin wax content.Considering both the mechanical and thermal properties,15%of Paraffin wax was elected for the mass concrete model test,and the model test results confirm the effect of Paraffin wax in automatic mass concrete temperature control. | Tao Luo JuanJuan Ma Fang Liu MingYi Zhang ChaoWei Sun YanJun Ji XiaoSa Yuan | 2021 | Research in Cold and Arid Regions2021,13,1: | 0 |
