| 1 | 福建省社区产后访视质量调查研究显示文摘目的:研究社区产后访视服务现状,提高社区护理质量,促进母婴健康.方法:定量与定性研究相结合,定量研究随机抽取福州市5区内产后42 d左右的产妇776例问卷调查,定性研究采用专题小组讨论和半结构性访谈.产妇12人参加专题讨论,半结构性访谈9人.结果:产后访视率为62.9%,按3~4次标准进行的仅4.3%~48.2%.社区产后访视内容中,询问母子一般情况达98.4%;对产妇及新生儿体检的内容欠缺多;进行母乳喂养指导为94.7%;认为对产妇心理情绪状况'关心与非常关心'的占28.7%,对预防产后抑郁症的保健建议率占9.9%;对社区产后访视满意率不高为33.6%.结论:与产后访视的次数和内容的标准对照,实际操作中的偏差是由于缺乏规范化的管理,因此今后既要加快产后访视人员刘产褥期护理与保健知识的更新,拓展提供保健知识的内容,又要在现有社区产后访视过程中,加强规范化管理,区级妇幼保健机构应对辖区内的社区产妇的产后访视工作实行面对面的质量评估问卷,达到规范化管理的目的,并采取针对性措施提高产后访视中的护理与保健质量. | 陈起燕 陈烈平 张荣莲 叶宝凤 翁云钦 卓秀云 Yu liana Da tu Bua | 2005 | 中国妇幼保健2005，20，5： | 33 |
| 2 | Staging laparoscopy improves treatment decision-makingfor advanced gastric cancer显示文摘AIM To evaluate the clinical value of staging laparoscopyin treatment decision-making for advancedgastric cancer (GC).METHODS: Clinical data of 582 patients with advancedGC were retrospectively analyzed. All patientsunderwent staging laparoscopy. The strength ofagreement between computed tomography (CT) stage,endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) stage, laparoscopic stage,and final stage were determined by weighted Kappastatistic (Kw). The number of patients with treatmentdecision-changes was counted. A χ 2 test was used toanalyze the correlation between peritoneal metastasisor positive cytology and clinical characteristics.RESULTS: Among the 582 patients, the distributions ofpathological T classifications were T2/3 (153, 26.3%),T4a (262, 45.0%), and T4b (167, 28.7%). Treatmentplans for 211 (36.3%) patients were changed after staging laparoscopy was performed. Two (10.5%) of19 patients in M1 regained the opportunity for potentialradical resection by staging laparoscopy. Unnecessarylaparotomy was avoided in 71 (12.2%) patients. Thestrength of agreement between preoperative T stageand final T stage was in almost perfect agreement (Kw= 0.838; 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.803-0.872;P 〈 0.05) for staging laparoscopy; compared with CTand EUS, which was in fair agreement. The strengthof agreement between preoperative M stage andfinal M stage was in almost perfect agreement (Kw= 0.990; 95% CI: 0.977-1.000; P 〈 0.05) for staginglaparoscopy; compared with CT, which was in slightagreement. | 6 | The Early Jurassic magmatism in northern Guangdong Province, southeastern China: Constraints from SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating of Xialan complex显示文摘This paper reports SHRIMP zircon U-Pb ages of 196±2 Ma for granite, and 195±1 Ma for gabbro from the Xialan complex in the Meizhou area, northern Guangdong Province. These results shed new light on the calm stage of magmatic activity in southeastern China during 200-180 Ma, and revealed that the back-arc extension induced by the subduction of the western Pacific plate may have begun at 195 Ma at least. Field observation on the fresh outcrops allows us to recognize some features formed by magma mixing. A part of the gabbro has a fine-grained rim of 20-30 cm at the margin, and thins gradually to-ward the granite; numerous dark fine-grained to microcrystalline dioritic enclaves developed in the granite. These enclaves vary in shape and size, dark minerals concentrated at the margin of enclaves, and the contact between enclaves and host rock is either obvious or obscure, or gradational. In addi-tion, needle-shaped apatites are included in the enclaves. The REE patterns of gabbros, as well as the trace element patterns, are generally consistent with those of granitic rocks. | 7 | Influence of high energy ball milling on Al-30Si powder and ceramic particulate显示文摘The influence of high energy ball milling on Al 30Si powder and ceramic particulate SiC was studied by means of SEM, XRD and DSC. The results show that Al 30Si powder and their microstructure are obviously refined after high energy ball milling process. The alloy powder and SiC p stick closely to each other without interfacial reaction. DSC results detect no reaction but relaxation of the samples. | 8 | A study of hydrate plug formation in a subsea natural gas pipeline using a novel high-pressure flow loop显示文摘The natural gas pipeline from Platform QK18-1 in the southwest of Bohai Bay to the onshore processing facility is a subsea wet gas pipeline exposed to high pressure and low temperature for a long distance. Blockages in the pipeline occur occasionally. To maintain the natural gas flow in the pipeline, we proposed a method for analyzing blockages and ascribed them to the hydrate formation and agglomeration. A new high-pressure flow loop was developed to investigate hydrate plug formation and hydrate particle size, using a mixture of diesel oil, water, and natural gas as experimental fluids. The influences of pressure and initial flow rate were also studied. Experimental results indicated that when the flow rate was below 850 kg/h, gas hydrates would form and then plug the pipeline, even at a low water content (10%) of a water/oil emulsion. | 10 | Nicotinamide overload may play a role in the development of type 2 diabetes显示文摘AIM: To investigate whether nicotinamide overload plays a role in type 2 diabetes. METHODS: Nicotinamide metabolic patterns of 14diabetic and 14 non-diabetic subjects were compared using HPLC. Cumulative effects of nicotinamide and N1-methylnicotinamide on glucose metabolism, plasma H2O2 levels and tissue nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) contents of adult Sprague-Dawley rats were observed. The role of human sweat glands and rat skin in nicotinamide metabolism was investigated using sauna and burn injury, respectively. RESULTS: Diabetic subjects had significantly higher plasma N 1-methylnicotinamide levels 5 h after a 100-mg nicotinamide load than the non-diabetic subjects (0.89 ± 0.13 μmol/L vs 0.6 ± 0.13 μmol/L, P < 0.001). Cumulative doses of nicotinamide (2 g/kg) significantly increased rat plasma N 1-methy lnico-tinamide concentrations associated with severe insulin resistance, which was mimicked by N1-methy-lnicotinamide. Moreover, cumulative exposure to N1-methylnicotinamide (2 g/kg) markedly reduced rat muscle and liver NAD contents and erythrocyte NAD/NADH ratio, and increased plasma H2O2 levels. Decrease in NAD/NADH ratio and increase in H2O2 generation were also observed in human erythrocytes after exposure to N1-methylnicotinamide in vitro. Sweating eliminated excessive nicotinamide (5.3-fold increase in sweat nicotinamide concentration 1 h after a 100-mg nicotinamide load). Skin damage or aldehyde oxidase inhibition with tamoxifen or olanzapine, both being notorious for impairing glucose tolerance, delayed N1-methylnicotinamide clearance. | 11 | Research on Flexural Behavior of Coral Aggregate Reinforced Concrete Beams显示文摘Through the flexural behavior test of coral aggregate reinforced concrete beams(CARCB) and ordinary Portland reinforced concrete beams(OPRCB), and based on the parameters of concrete types, concrete strength grades and reinforcement ratios, the crack development, failure mode, midspan deflection and flexural capacity were studied, the relationships of bending moment-midspan deflection, load-longitudinal tensile reinforcement strain, load-maximum crack width were established, and a calculation model for the flexural capacity of CARCB was suggested. The results showed that with the increase in the reinforcement ratio and concrete strength grade, the crack bending moment(Mcr)and ultimate bending moment(Mu) of CARCB gradually increased. The characteristics of CARCB and OPRCB are basically the same. Furthermore, through increasing the concrete strength grade and reinforcement ratio, Mcr/Mu could be increased to delay the cracking of CARCB. As the load increased, crack width(w) would also increase. At the beginning of the loading, w increased slowly. And then it increased rapidly when the load reached to the ultimate load, which then led to beam failure. | 14 | The origin of Wx^(la) provides new insights into the improvement of grain quality in rice显示文摘Appearance and taste are important factors in rice(Oryza sativa) grain quality. Here, we investigated the taste scores and related eating-quality traits of533 diverse cultivars to assess the relationships between—and genetic basis of—rice taste and eating-quality. A genome-wide association study highlighted the Wx gene as the major factor underlying variation in taste and eating quality. Notably, a novel waxy(Wx) allele, Wx^(la), which combined two mutations from Wx^(b) and Wx^(in), exhibited a unique phenotype. Reduced GBSSI activity conferred Wx^(la) rice with both a transparent appearance and good eating quality. Haplotype analysis revealed that Wx^(la) was derived from intragenic recombination. In fact,the recombination rate at the Wx locus was estimated to be 3.34 kb/c M, which was about 75-fold higher than the genome-wide mean, indicating that intragenic recombination is a major force driving diversity at the Wx locus. Based on our results, we propose a new network for Wx evolution, noting that new Wx alleles could easily be generated by crossing genotypes with different Wx alleles. | 19 | Laser direct writing and characterizations of flexible piezoresistive sensors with microstructures显示文摘Functional materials with high viscosity and solid materials have received more and more attentions in flexible pressure sensors,which are inadequate in the most used molding method.Herein,laser direct writing(LDW)method is proposed to fabricate flexible piezoresistive sensors with microstructures on PDMS/MWCNTs composites with an 8%MWCNTs mass fraction.By controlling laser energy,microstructures with different geometries can be obtained,which significantly impacts the performances of the sensors.Subsequently,curved microcones with excellent performance are fabricated under parameters of f=40 kHz and v=150 mm·s^(-1).The sensor exhibits continuous multi-linear sensitivity,ultrahigh original sensitivity of 21.80%kPa^(-1),wide detection range of over 20 kPa,response/recovery time of~100 ms and good cycle stability for more than 1000 times.Besides,obvious resistance variation can be observed when tiny pressure(a peanut of 30 Pa)is applied.Finally,the flexible piezoresistive sensor can be applied for LED brightness controlling,pulse detection and voice recognition. | Chenying Zhang Wei Zhou Da Geng Cheng Bai Weida Li Songyue Chen Tao Luo Lifeng Qin Yu Xie | 2021 | Opto-Electronic Advances2021，4，4： | 7 |
| 20 | H2 strain attenuated live hepatitis A vaccines:protective efficacy in a hepatitis A outbreak显示文摘AIM To investigate the protective efficacy ofH2 strain attenuated live hepatitis A vaccines(H2-strain vaccines)in hepatitis A(HA)outbreaks.METHODS With the permission of theirparents,5551 pre-school and grade 1-3 primaryschool children were inoculated with 1 dose(106.5TCID50)of H2-strain vaccines in anonrandomized,controlled trial conducted inFucheng County,Hebei Province in May 1997.Another 6485 children in the same grades andcompatible in gender and age were enrolled ascontrols.Epidemiological and serological surveywas conducted to evaluate the protectiveefficacy of the vaccines.ELISA was used todetect serum IgM anti-HAV.RESULTS HA outbreak started in early May1998,peaked in the middle of the same month,and lasted about 80 days.Overall 302 HA caseswere found,192(53.58%)were 5-9 years old.One vaccinee and 25 control cases were found tohave hepatitis A,which account for 0.28%(1/356)and 5.92%(25/422)of all vaccinees andcontrols in the 14 villages,respectively.The protective efficacy of vaccines was 95.27%(95% Cl:85.83%-104.72%).In subjects testedfor anti-HAV IgM from 13 villages,1(0.40%)overt and 11(4.06%)asymptomatic HAV caseswere found in 271 vaccinees,but 21(6.69%)ofovert and asymptomatic ones were found in 314controls.CONCLUSION H2 strain vaccines were excellent in preventing overt hepatitis A, but not so effective in preventing asymptomatic hepatitis A virus infection.
