1An organic light-emitting devices of highly efficient white phosphor using an electron/exciton blocker显示文摘Highly efficient white phosphorescent organic light-emitting devices (WOLEDs) was fabricated using an electron/exciton blocker. The device structure is ITO/2T-NATA(25 nm)/ NPBX(25-dnm)/CBP:5%Ir(ppy)3:0.5%Rubrene(8 nm)/NPBX(dnm)/ DPVBi(30 nm)/TPBi(20 nm)/Alq(10nm)/LiF(1nm)/Al, in which N,N '-bis- (1-naphthyl)- N,N '-diphenyl -1, 1 '- bi- phenyl-4,4 '-diamine (NPBX) functions as a hole transport layer and electron/exciton blocker, 4,4,N,N '- dicarbazolebiphenyl (CBP) is host, 4,4'-bis(2,2 -diphenyl vinyl)-1,1 '-biphenyl (DPVBi) is blue fluorescent dye, 5,6,11, 12,-tetraphenylnaphthacene (rubrene) is fluorescent dye, factris (2-phenylpyridine) iridium (Ir(ppy)3) is phosphorescent sensitizer and tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3) is an electron transport layer. 2Isolation of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone and Its Receptor Genes from Scatophagus argus and Their Expression Analyses显示文摘The teleost Scatophagus argus is a species whose females grows faster than males.Growth hormone(gh)mRNA abundance in females pituitary is higher than that in males;however the mechanism underlining such differential is still unknown.Growth hormone(GH)is tightly associated with GH-releasing hormone(Ghrh)in vertebrates.In this study,Ghrh gene(ghrh)and its receptor gene,ghrhr,were isolated from S.argus.Tissue expression analysis showed that ghrh and ghrhr were mainly expressed in hypothalamus while ghrhr was expressed in pituitary and gh was predominantly expressed in pituitary.Twenty cultured S.argus individuals were used to compare ghrh,ghrhr and gh mRNA abundances,120 g and 181 g average weight for male(n=11)and female(n=9),respectively.Real-time PCR indicated that the ghrh and ghrhr mRNA abundances in male hypothalamus were significantly higher than those in female hypothalamus while that of gh mRNA abundance was significantly higher in female pituitary than in male pituitary.The ghrh and ghrhr mRNA abundances were significantly up-regulated in female hypothalamus 3 h after injection of 0.1 mg kg^-1 body weight Ghrh while pituitary ghrhr and gh mRNA abundances were not affected.In female hypothalamus,ghrh and ghrhr m RNA abundances were not affected at 6 h post-injection of 4 mg kg^-1 body weight 17α-methyltes-tosterone(17α-MT)or 17β-Estradiol(E2).In female pituitary,ghrhr m RNA abundance was down-regulated by 17α-MT while that of gh m RNA abundance was up-regulated by E2.Our findings indicated that E2,rather than Ghrh,plays an important role in up-regulating the expression of gh in female S.argus,which should aid to understand the sexual dimorphism of teleost growth.JIANG Dongneng SHI Hongjuan LIU Qianqing WANG Tuo HUANG Yuanqing HUANG Yang DENG Siping CHEN Huapu TIAN Changxu ZHU Chunhua LI Guangli 2019Journal of Ocean University of China2019,18,6:6
3ANALYSIS ON BUCKLING AND POSTBUCKLING OF DELAMINATION IN 3D COMPOSITES显示文摘In this paper, the problem of axisymmetric buckling and postbuckling of a circular thin-film delamination bridged by through-thickness fiber tows in 3D composites is presented. An iterativeprocedure based on Taylor’s series expansion is used to generate a family of nondimensionalized post-buckling solutions of the above problem by yon Karman’s nonlinear plate theory. Attention is fo-cused, herein, on the effects of the bridge force of through-thickness fibers on the buckling and post-buckling behavior of the delamination. It is found that fiber bridge not only increases the ability of re-sisting delamination buckling and postbuckling, but also brings on the jump of the delamination deflec-tion mode during the postbuckling phase. 4Interaction between microbubble and elastic microvessel in low frequency ultrasound field using finite element method显示文摘The interaction between microbubble and elastic microvessel wall has been hypothesized to be important in the mechanisms of therapeutic ultrasound applications.In this study,a 2D axisymmetric finite element numerical model is established to study the interaction between elastic microvessel wall and oscillating microbubble in low frequency ultrasound field using fluid solid interaction method.The numerical results show that the bubble oscillation induces the vessel wall dilation and depression.The von Mises stress distribution over the microvessel wall is heterogeneous and the maximum value of the midpoint on the inner vessel wall could reach 0.23 MPa and 1.32 MPa under PNP 0.2 MPa and 0.5 MPa,respectively.When the bubble collapses,the circumferential stress decreases rapidly and the transmural pressure increases dramatically.Noticeably,the circumferential stress becomes compressive with the maximum magnitude 1.83 MPa under PNP 0.5 MPa,larger than the maximum tension value.It is possible that the rapid compression stress during bubble collapse plays important role in mechanical effect on microvessel wall endothelial lining disruption.SHEN YuanYuan WANG TianFu CHIN ChienTing DIAO XianFen CHEN SiPing 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,3:4
5Analysis of DNA Methylation Level by Methylation-Sensitive Amplification Polymorphism in Half Smooth Tongue Sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis)Subjected to Salinity Stress显示文摘Increasingly arisen environmental constraints may contribute to heritable phenotypic variation including methylation changes,which can help the animals with development,growth and survival.In this study,we assessed the DNA methylation levels in three tissues(gonad,kidney and gill) of half smooth tongue sole under the salinity stress.The methylation-sensitive amplification polymorphism(MSAP) technique was applied to illustrate the regulation of epigenetic mechanism in environmental stimuli.Fish were subjected to 15 salinity treatment for 7 and 60 days,respectively.A total of 11259 fragments were amplified with 8 pairs of selective primers.The levels of methylated DNA in different tissues of females and males without salinity stress were analyzed,which were 32.76% and 47.32% in gonad;38.13% and 37.69% in kidney;37.58% and 34.96% in gill,respectively.In addition,the significant difference was observed in gonad between females and males,indicating that discrepant regulation in gonadal development and differentiation may involve sex-related genes.Further analysis showed that total and hemi-methylation were significantly decreased under 15 salinity for 7 days,probably resulting in up-regulating salt-tolerance genes expression to adjust salt changing.With the adjustment for 60 days,total and hemi-methylation prominently went back to its normal levels to obtain equilibrium.Particularly,full methylation levels were steady along with salinity stress to maintain the stability of gene expression.Additionally,the data showed that gonads in females and gills in males were superior in adaptability.As a result,DNA methylation regulates tissue-specific epiloci,and may respond to salinity stress by regulating gene expression to maintain animal survival and activity.LI Siping HE Feng WEN Haishen LI Jifang SI Yufeng LIU Mingyuan HE Huiwen HUANG Zhengju 2017Journal of Ocean University of China2017,16,2:4
6Hepatic encephalopathy complicated with hyponatremia and acid-base disturbance and its prognosis显示文摘Objective:To improve the diagnosis and therapeutic effect of occurrence and development of hyponatremia and disorder of acid-base balance among patients with hepatic encephalopathy(HE) by elucidating the regularity and mechanism,as well as its influence on prognosis.Methods:327 HE patients admitted to our hospital from January 1990 to June 2010 were enrolled.Meanwhile 316 patients hospitalized in the medical department of the same hospital were chosen as the control group.Patients in both groups were given the same methods to measure arterial blood gas parameters(pH value,PaCO2,[HCO3-],TCO2,BE and SaO2),blood biochemistry([Na+],[K+],[Cl-]),liver function,kidney function and blood glucose,serum sodium,and thereupon tocalculate the anion gap(AG) and the potential [HCO3-],and acid-base balance disorder.Results:Among the 327 HE patients,hyponatremia was found in 188 cases(57.4%),of whom 132 patients died(70.2%).While among the 316 patients in control group,68 presented with hyponatremia(21.5%),and 19 died(27.9%).The incidence and mortality were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.001).All the 327 patients presented with different degrees of acid-base balance disorder and 178 died(54.4%),in whom 164(50.2%) belonged to simple acid-base balance disorder and 74(45.1%) died,136(41.6%) were dual acid-base balance disorder and 80(58.8%) died,27(8.2%) were triple acid-base disturbance and 24(88.9%) died.Whereas in the control group only 83 patients(26.2%) were recognized as simple and dual acid-base balance disorder,and 18(21.7%) died.There was higher incidence of acid-base balance disorder and mortality rate in HE group than control one(P<0.001).Conclusion:Hyponatremia is valuable to judge HE patients' prognosis.The key parameters in the judgment and evaluation on acid-base balance disorder among HE patients are the change of pH values and serum electrolyte values.When pH value ≤ 7.30 or > 7.55,it generally suggests a poor prognosis.Ren Chengshan Wang Lei Zhao Xiaoyan Yang Shiming Zhang Yanqi Wang Xiwen Bo Jianying Zhang Pengbin Guo Hong Ling Xianlong Li Yihui Da Siping Xie Xia Ren Wei Li Chunhua Qian Guisheng 2012Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2012,27,3:3

9Hairy roots induced by Agrobacterium rhizogenes and production of regenerative plants in hairy root cultures in maize显示文摘Hairy roots of maize were induced by infecting 15-d calli with Agrobacterium rhizogenes. The hairy roots cultured in hormone-free media showed the vigorous growth and typical hairy root features. 10Synthesis and Characterization of Fluorodinitrobenzenes with Tunable Melting Point:Potential Low Sensitive Energetic Plasticizer and Melt-Cast Carrier显示文摘of main observation and conclusion In order to explore the effects of fluoro substituents on the energy and safety of energetic compounds,a series of fluorodinitrobenzenes including l,3-difluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene(1),1,5-difluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene(2),1,2,3-trifluoro-4,6-dinitrobenzne(3)and 1,3,5-trifluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene(4)were prepared.All the compounds were fully characterized.The structures of 2 and 3 were further confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that these compounds exhibit comparable detonation properties(D=6703-6978 m s^-1,and p=21.3-23.76Pa)to those of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT)due to the significantly increased density of fluorine introduced.Low sensitivity(IS>40 J,and FS>360 N)of these compounds along with different melting points make them potential candidates for different allocation.Among them,1 and 4 with the melting point of 42.5℃and 55.2℃,respectively,show promise for application in the field of energetic plasticizer.Compounds 2 and 3 are potential low sensitive melt-cast carrier due to their similar melting point and superior detonation performance to that of TNT.Yunlu Li Peng Chen Yan Liu Ping Yin Chunlin He Siping Pang 2020Chinese Journal of Chemistry2020,38,12:2
