1Digital image processing of sectorial oscillations for acoustically levitated drops and surface tension measurement显示文摘A type of non-axisymmetric oscillations of acoustically levitated drops is excited by modulating the ultrasound field at proper frequencies. These oscillations are recorded by a high speed camera and analyzed with a digital image processing method. They are demonstrated to be the third mode sectorial oscillations, and their frequencies are found to decrease with the increase of equatorial radius of the drops, which can be described by a modified Rayleigh equation. These oscillations decay exponentially after the cessation of ultrasound field modulation. The decaying rates agree reasonably with Lamb’s prediction. The rotating rate of the drops accompanying the shape oscillations is found to be less than 1.5 rounds per second. The surface tension of aqueous ethanol has been measured according to the modified Rayleigh equation. 2Interconversion of photon-phonon in a silica optomechanical microresonator显示文摘In an optomechanical resonator, the optical and mechanical excitations can be coherently converted, which induces a transparency window for a weak probe laser beam. Here, we report an experimental study of transient optomechanically induced transparency(OMIT) using the silica microsphere with the breathing modes. The transient OMIT behavior obtained are in good agreement with theoretical calculations. In addition, the coherent interconversion between optical and mechanical excitations that can be used for light storage and readout has also been studied here. 12Thickness Dependence of the Initial Oxidation Behaviors of Gd Films Grown on Si by Laser Molecular Beam Epitaxy显示文摘Gd thin films with different thickness(about 10 nm and 0.5 nm)were deposited on Si(100)by laser molecular beam epitaxy(LMBE).Thickness dependence of the initial oxidation behaviors of Gd films was studied based on the in situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy(UPS)analysis under ultra-high vacuum(UHV)condition.When the thin film is around 10 nm,the XPS results show that Gd is extremely reactive with oxygen forming Gd oxides and the oxides of Gd are easily hygroscopic.The UPS results show that the Gd 4f has a double-peak structure and the double-peak structure of Gd 4f evolves into a single-peak feature after exposing to air.When the thickness of the Gd film decreases to about 0.5 nm,the reactivity of Gd film with oxygen is decreased by the diffusion of Si component into Gd layers based on the XPS and UPS results.It is suggested that the silicon atoms segregate at the grain boundaries of Gd film to form a barrier,which block the further diffusion of oxygen and water vapor into the Gd layers.阎大伟 Zhang Hong BAI Li WANG Xuemin ZHANG Weibin WANG Yuying SHEN Changle PENG Liping 吴卫东 2012Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2012,27,2:0
13Growth of Erbium Dihydride Films under Low Hydrogen Pressure by Pulsed Laser Deposition显示文摘Erbium dihydride thin films were prepared by pulsed laser deposition on Si(100) substrates using erbium target under different low hydrogen pressures. The properties of these films were examined by atomic force microscopy, X-ray diffractometer, transmission electron microscopy, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and UV-vis spectroscopy. Surface morphology reveals the smooth surface of these films(RMS: from 0.503 to 2.849 nm). The presence of obviously-broadened peaks for diffraction planes(111) suggests a presence of very tiny crystallites distributed along a preferred crystallographic orientation. Transmission electron microscopy investigations confirmed the formation of tiny crystallites due to the implantation of erbium ions. 14Identification of potential interdisciplinary cooperative topics based on co-word network:Taking LIS and computer science as an example显示文摘[Purpose/significance]Interdisciplinary knowledge fusion plays a key role in promoting the development of interdisciplinary integration and providing new ideas for interdisciplinary cooperative research.This study sets out to identify potential interdisciplinary cooperative topics between Library and Information Science(LIS)and Computer Science.[Method/Process]We built an interdisciplinary co-word network to identify potential interdisciplinary cooperative topics by closed and opened irrelevant knowledge discovery methods.We also constructed the topic interdisciplinary cooperation potential index(TICPI)to calculate the interdisciplinary cooperation potential of the topic and found the best contact path of the cooperation topic by constructing the practicable value(PV)of the contact patch.[Result/Conclusion]The experimental data suggested that both methods can identify the same potential interdisciplinary cooperative topics,such as knowledge service&matrix decomposition,online comments&social media processing,academic text&generative adversarial network,network public opinion&smart home.Exploiting the cooperation potential of these topics can help the knowledge fusion between disciplines.Changling Li Guoyang Rong Kun Luan Xinxin Wang Lixu Shen Qingqing Fan 2022Data Science and Informetrics2022,2,3:0
