| 1 | GmCHS8和GmIFS2基因共同决定大豆中异黄酮的积累显示文摘大豆异黄酮受多基因控制,采用传统育种方法提高大豆异黄酮含量比较困难。我们之前的研究表明,CHS8基因在异黄酮生物合成过程中发挥着重要作用,但CHS8基因过量表达并不能显著提高异黄酮含量。本研究利用Microarray技术,检测了高异黄酮品种RCATAngra(RCAT)和低异黄酮品种Harovinton(HVNT)的18362基因在种子发育过程中表达水平的变化以及大豆种子中异黄酮累积的趋势,利用RT-PCR证实CHS8和IFS2分别是CHSs和IFSs基因家族中的主要基因;证实CHS8是类苯基丙醇主路径中的主基因,并发现异黄酮支路中的IFS2基因在RCAT和HVNT品种中表达差异亦达到显著水平。进一步利用发根农杆菌转化系统,在大豆上分别过量表达CHS8、IFS2和CHS8+IFS2,前两者异黄酮含量较对照分别提高65.9%和34.4%,但增幅未达显著水平;而后者则提高了82.3%,增幅达极显著水平(P<0.0001),因而证实大豆中异黄酮的积累由CHS8和IFS2基因共同决定。 | 易金鑫 徐照龙 王峻峰 张大勇 何晓兰 ZULFIQAR Ali 朱虹润 马鸿翔 SANGEETA Dhaubhadel | 2011 | 作物学报2011,37,4: | 9 |

| 3 | Impacts of tourism development on the physical environment of Mussoorie,a hill station in the lower Himalayan range of India显示文摘Tourism in mountainous regions is a significant source of revenue generation. However, it has also been associated with many adverse environmental consequences. This study aims at assessing the negative impacts of the incessant upsurge in tourism development on the physical environment of Mussoorie, a well-known mountain tourist destination in India. The impact indicators for the region were identified and assessed by qualitative and quantitative analysis of field observations. The observations indicated the aggravation of traffic congestion, atmospheric pollution, undisposed solid waste, water scarcity and infrastructure unavailability as the prevalent issues, especially during the peak tourist months. The extent of the consequential damage to the environment was evaluated by conducting an assessment of tourism-induced human disturbance on the natural landscape of the town. Slope, slope aspect, vegetation cover, road network and drainage network were incorporated as thedetermining landscape attributes to prepare thematic maps of landscape quality(perceivable intrinsic properties) and landscape fragility(vulnerability to anthropogenic disturbances) using GIS technique. An absorption capacity map was finally prepared to characterize the study area into regions of different conservation needs. The results identified the need for planning appropriate preservation strategies for different tourist places in the town. | 4 | pH敏感型聚谷氨酸/透明质酸基互穿网络医用水凝胶的制备及表征显示文摘生物材料是推动生物医学领域日新月异变化的基石,医用水凝胶作为重要成员,近年来表现出蓬勃发展的态势。文章介绍了一种新型可注射的、以生物相容性方法交联的聚谷氨酸(Poly (γ-glutamic acid), PGA)/透明质酸(Hyaluronic acid, HA)复合水凝胶。研究首先采用EDC/NHS方法合成了酪胺(Tyramine,Ty)接枝聚谷氨酸的PGA-Ty前体大分子及半胱胺(Cysteamine, CA)修饰透明质酸的HA-CA前体大分子。两种前体大分子的结构分别使用核磁和红外进行了确证。得到的两种前体大分子在低浓度双氧水和辣根过氧化物酶(Horseradish Peroxidase, HRP)的共同作用下,于水相中交联得到互穿网络(Interpenetrating Network, IPN)水凝胶。实验对IPN水凝胶样品的系列性能,如平衡含水量、内部形貌、酶降解速率以及力学性能等进行了测试,并选取了盐酸四环素为药物模型对凝胶的体外药物释放行为、体外抗菌效果进行了测评。凝胶材料的细胞毒性及凝胶支架对细胞3D培养的效果证明其生物相容性优异,体外包埋的细胞经72h培养,未表现出明显细胞毒性。系列数据证明,该种水凝胶可以设计成为pH敏感型的药物控释载体材料,并因其良好的生物相容性,也有作为细胞支架、创伤辅料等其它生物医用材料的潜力。 | 范治平 程萍 丁壮 赵燕娜 李军 刘敏 Sangeeta Prakash 张德蒙 王文丽 王正平 韩军 | 2020 | 高分子通报2020,,2: | 5 |
| 5 | Syntrophic co-culture of Bacillus subtilis and Klebsiella pneumonia for degradation of kraft lignin discharged from rayon grade pulp industry显示文摘In order to search the degradability of kraft lignin, the potential bacterial strains Bacillus subtilis(GU193980) and Klebsiella pneumoniae(GU193981) were isolated, screened and applied in axenic and co-culture conditions. Results revealed that mixed culture showed better decolorization efficiency(80%) and reduction of pollution parameters(COD 73% and BOD62%) than axenic culture. This indicated syntrophic growth of these two bacteria rather than any antagonistic effect. The HPLC analysis of degraded samples of kraft lignin has shown the reduction in peak area compared to control, suggesting that decrease in color intensity might be largely attributed to the degradation of lignin by isolated bacteria.Further, the GC–MS analysis showed that most of the compounds detected in control were diminished after bacterial treatment. Further, the seed germination test using Phaseolus aureus has supported the detoxification of bacterial decolorized kraft lignin for environmental safety. | 6 | Investigating cooked rice textural properties by instrumental measurements显示文摘Foods wherein the starch is slowly digested contribute to good health by reducing the tendency to,and for the maintenance of,diabetes,obesity and colo-rectal cancers.While foods with high amylose content have this desirable property,they usually do not have high sensory appeal and consumers are reluctant to eat them.While sensory evaluation by trained human panelists is the best way to obtain consumer preferences,these tests are expensive,time-consuming and require considerable effort and care.Instrumental measurements are easier,cheaper and invaluable for screening,but only useful if they correlate with human data for the type of food being considered.Here,we test this using cooked rice with a wide range of amylose contents.Functional properties were correlated against quantitative descriptive panelist analysis.Swelling power and breakdown viscosity correlated with all panelist sensory attributes,but no other correlations with gelatinization properties were observed.There was a strong correlation between hardness and stickiness measured by texture profile analysis(TPA)and by panelists,suggesting that TPA can be used to measure hardness and stickiness of cooked rice.We also showed that breakdown viscosity is a reliable instrumental means to provide indicative measurements of hardness and rice preference,and swelling power is a predictor of rice stickiness. | Keyu Tao Wenwen Yu Sangeeta Prakash Robert G.Gilbert | 2020 | Food Science and Human Wellness2020,9,2: | 4 |
| 7 | Preparation of LDPE-Acetylated/Butyrylated Starch Blend Blow Films and Characterization显示文摘Development of modified plastics has been studied through the LDPE-acylated starch blend films to examine the effect of different acyl groups and degrees of substitution(DS) on properties of films.Corn starch was modified with acetyl and butyryl groups and films were prepared by blending acylated starch with low density polyethylene(LDPE).Systematic studies were done to observe the effect of acyl groups,DS and starch concentration on the properties and biodegradability of the blend films.It was observed that blend films containing 5% acetylated and butyrylated starches of high DS(2.5,1.7) maintained 75% and 83% of tensile strength of LDPE films.Thermal analysis results indicated that acetylated and butyrylated starch blend films decomposed at 370 °C and 389 °C which were higher than the decomposition temperature of native starch film(349 °C).Scanning electron micrographs of blend films containing high DS acylated starch showed well dispersed starch particles due to improvement in dispersion between starch and LDPE.Water absorption capacity of high DS acetylated and butyrylated starch blend films(4.18% and 3.76%,respectively) was lower than that of native starch films(5%).This study has an advantage because of blown films prepared can be integrated with the present manufacturing systems without any other requirement. | Sangeeta Garg Asim Kumar Jana | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Polymer Science2014,32,3: | 3 |
| 8 | A shallow ice core from East Greenland showing a reduction in black carbon during 1990-2016显示文摘This study reports on the measurements of ion and refractory black carbon(rBC)concentrations in a shallow(10.96 m)ice core sample which was drilled from the field site of the East Greenland Ice Core Project(EGRIP)in July,2016.The results provide a recent record of rBC deposition in the East Greenland ice sheet from 1990 to 2016.The annual variability in oxygen(δ^(18)O)and hydrogen(δD)isotopic compositions indicated that notably warm events occurred since 2008.Peaks in rBC occurred during summer seasons,which may be attributed to the burning of biomass in boreal summer.The rBC record and analysis of historical air trajectories using the HYSPLIT model indicated that anthropogenic BC emissions from Russia,North America and Europe contributed to the majority of rBC deposition in the Greenland region,and a reduction in anthropogenic BC consumption in these areas played a dominant role in the decrease in BC concentrations since 2000.This record also suggests that the emissions from the East Asian region(China)contributed very little to the recorded BC concentrations in East Greenland ice core.The model results indicated that radiative forcing due to BC had decreased significantly since 1990,and had remained below 0.02W m^(-2) since 2000. | DU Zhi-Heng XIAO Cun-De DOU Ting-Feng LI Chuan-Jin DING Ming-Hu Sangeeta SHARMA MA Xiang-Yu WANG Shi-Meng ZHANG Wang-Bing | 2020 | Advances in Climate Change Research2020,11,4: | 2 |
| 9 | Metabolite profile comparisons between ascending and descending colon tissue in healthy adults显示文摘BACKGROUND Obesity is a risk factor for colorectal cancer,yet metabolic distinctions between healthy right and left colon tissue,before cancer is diagnosed,remains largely unknown.This study compared right-ascending and left-descending colon tissue metabolomes to identify differences from the stool metabolome in normal weight,overweight,and obese adults.AIM To examine right and left colon tissue metabolites according to body mass index that may serve as mechanistic targets for interventions and biomarkers for colon cancer risk.METHODS Global,non-targeted metabolomics was applied to assess right-ascending and left-descending colon tissue collected from healthy adults undergoing screening colonoscopies to test the hypothesis that BMI differentially impacts colon tissue metabolite profiles.The colon tissue and stool metabolome of healthy adults(n=24)was analyzed for metabolite signatures and metabolic pathway networks implicated in progression of colorectal cancer.RESULTS Ascending and descending colon contained 504 host,food,and microbiotaderived metabolites from normal weight,overweight and obese adults grouped according to body mass index.Amino acids,lipids,and nucleotides were among the chemical types that further differentiated from the stool metabolite profiles.Normal weight adults had 46 significantly different metabolites between ascending and descending colon tissue locations,whereas there were 37 metabolite differences in overweight and 28 metabolite differences for obese adults(P<0.05).Obese adults had trimethylamine N-oxide,endocannabinoids and monoacylglycerols with different relative abundances identified between ascending and descending colon.Primary and secondary bile acids,vitamins,and fatty acids also showed marked relative abundance differences in colon tissue from overweight/obese adults.CONCLUSION There were metabolite profile differences between right-ascending and leftdescending colon tissue in healthy adults.Colon lipids and other metabolites in obese and overweight adults were distinguished from normal weight participants and associated with gut inflammation,nutrient absorption,and products of microbiota metabolism. | Bridget A Baxter Kristopher D Parker Michael J Nosler Sangeeta Rao Rebecca Craig Catherine Seiler Elizabeth P Ryan | 2020 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,3: | 2 |
| 10 | Dentinogenic ghost cell tumor: A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Dentinogenic ghost cell tumor(DGCT) is an uncommon locally invasive odontogenic neoplasm. It is considered to be a solid variant of calcifying odontogenic cyst(COC). This tumor makes up for only 2%-14% of all COCs and less than 0.5% of all odontogenic tumors which owes to its rarity. The purpose of this paper was to describe a case of DGCT and the treatment adopted in our case,and to provide a review of this case in the indexed literature.CASE SUMMARY In this article, we discussed a case of 18 year old male who reported with a chief complaint of a recurrent swelling and dull aching pain in upper left back region of the jaw. Computed tomography scan was carried out which revealed hypodense lesion with a few hyperdense flecks within it suggesting the presence of calcification. On incisional biopsy, diagnosis of COC was given. After segmental resection of the lesion, histopathogically odontogenic epithelium was noted along with calcifications, ghost cells and dentinoid material. Special staining was done with van Gieson and it showed pink areas of dentinoid material and yellow colour represented ghost cells. Hence, amalgamation of careful clinical examination, use of advanced radiographic imaging and detailed histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of DGCT. | 13 | 基于RAPD-PCR标记的印度亚麻品种遗传多样性和指纹图谱分析(英文)显示文摘栽培的亚麻(L.usitatissimum)通常为亚麻籽,以其油分和纤维而被认为是具有较高经济价值的作物之一。开发亚麻遗传资源并进一步进行遗传改良,须了解其遗传变异的范围和结构。位于坎普尔的C.S.农业科技大学种质管理单位保存有广泛收集而来的2772份栽培和野生亚麻资源。从中选出23份不同基因型栽培亚麻品种包括5份两用品种、4份种用品种、14份具有不同形态和经济特性的引进种用品种以及1份野生品系(L.grandiflorum),采用RAPD标记进行遗传多样性分析。20条随机引物共产生242条带,每条引物扩增带数为1~20条,平均为10.95条。所有基因型和位点的RAPD多态性比例为90.49%。DICE系数相似矩阵分析揭示其遗传相似性为0.63~0.97,平均相似系数为82%,说明这些亚麻品种(系)的遗传背景较窄。采用UPGMA法以及NTSYS-pc软件的SAHN聚类分析模型对遗传相似矩阵进行聚类分析,发现属于L.uitatisimums的所有栽培品种在X轴上可聚为一类,而L.grandiflorum野生种单独在Y轴上聚为一类。主成分分析结果表明,除了Shekha(r优良种用品种)和野生种L.grandiflorum广泛分布外,其他所有种用品种、两用品种和外来品种聚类很近。由于亚麻栽培品种的遗传关系相近,须对亚麻种质的各种基因型进行鉴定,以拓宽今后育种计划中的遗传基础。 | Prashant Shekhar Gupta Sangeeta Srivastava Manoj Kumar Srivastava Abhilash Gupta | 2010 | 广西农业科学2010,41,3: | 2 |
