| 2 | Path loss modelling and comparison based on the radio propagation measurement at 3.5GHz显示文摘Wideband IMT-Advanced mobile communication systems tend to operate in the high frequency bandsdue to a relatively large capacity available .Thus,Measurement and modelling methods of radio propaga-tion characteristics are proposed for the field test of Chinese 4th generation(4G)trial system.The mea-surement system is established for 3 .5GHz based on the sophisticated measurement instruments and thevirtual instrument technology.The characteristic parameters of radio propagation such as path loss(PL)exponent and shadow fading standard deviation are extracted from measurement data,which result in thepath loss model finally.The comparisons with other existing international models results validate our mea-surement in terms of path loss model .Based on the analysis of the existing extension model assumed forthe microwave frequency at 3 .5GHz,we find that the Stanford University Interim(SUI)model fits verywell with the measurement result in the hotspot scenario,while the COST 231 model is closer to the mea-surement result in the suburban scenario.This result provides a measurement-based channel reference forthe development of the future IMT-Advanced systems in China. | 王萍 Li Yingzhe Chang Ruoting Sun Kun Xu Hui | 2009 | High Technology Letters2009,15,3: | 4 |
| 3 | Twist1-induced miR-199a-3p promotes liver fibrosis by suppressing caveolin-2 and activating TGF-βpathway显示文摘The activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)participates in liver fibrosis,and emerging evidences indicate that microRNAs(miRNAs)are abnormally expressed during HSC activation.However,the potential roles of miRNAs in liver fibrosis still remain elusive.Therefore,this study aimed to investigate the role of miR-199a-3p in liver fibrosis and its underlying mechanism.We found that miR-199a-3p expression was dramatically upregulated during HSC activation in vitro,and during liver fibrogenesis in CCl4-treated rats,and its liver expression was increased in the patients with cirrhosis.By the luciferase assay and RT-qPCR,we revealed that the expression of miR-199a-3p in HSCs was driven by the transcription factor Twist1 which could be further induced by TGF-βtreatment.Functional studies showed that inhibition of miR-199a-3p in both human LX2 cells and rat HSCs significantly decreased the expression of fibrotic markers,such as fibronectin and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF),whereas the forced expression of miR-199a-3p exhibited opposite effects,demonstrating the role of miR-199a-3p in promoting HSC activation.Mechanistically,miR-199a-3p plays an important role in TGF-βsignalling pathway activation through targeting CAV2 that negatively regulates the expression of transforming growth factor-beta receptor type I(TGFβRI).Importantly,administration of antagomiR-199a-3p in the CCl4-treated mice significantly ameliorated hepatic fibrosis.In conclusion,Twist1-induced miR-199a-3p mediates the activation of HSCs by suppressing CAV2 expression and subsequently increasing TGFβRI expression to promote TGF-βpathway.Our findings highlight the therapeutic potential of miR-199a-3p for hepatic fibrosis. | Xiaoxue Yang Liping Ma Rong Wei Tinghong Ye JianKang Zhou Maoyao Wen Ruoting Men Rami I.Aqeilan Yong Peng Li Yang | 2020 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1: | 2 |

| 5 | Global analysis of lysine succinylation in patchouli plant leaves显示文摘Lysine succinylation is a novel,naturally occurring posttranslational modification(PTM)in living organisms.Global lysine succinylation identification has been performed at the proteomic level in various species;however,the study of lysine succinylation in plant species is relatively limited.Patchouli plant(P.cablin(Blanco)Benth.,Lamiaceae)is a globally important industrial plant and medicinal herb.In the present study,lysine succinylome analysis was carried out in patchouli plants to determine the potential regulatory role of lysine succinylation in patchouli growth,development,and physiology.The global succinylation sites and proteins in patchouli plants were screened with an immunoprecipitation affinity enrichment technique and advanced mass spectrometry-based proteomics.Several bioinformatic analyses,such as function classification and enrichment,subcellular location predication,metabolic pathway enrichment and protein−protein interaction networking,were conducted to characterize the functions of the identified sites and proteins.In total,1097 succinylation sites in 493 proteins were detected in patchouli plants,among which 466 succinylation sites in 241 proteins were repeatedly identified within three independent experiments.The functional characterization of these proteins indicated that the tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle,oxidative phosphorylation,photosynthesis processes,and amino acid biosynthesis may be regulated by lysine succinylation.In addition,these succinylated proteins showed a wide subcellular location distribution,although the chloroplast and cytoplasm were the top two preferred cellular components.Our study suggested the important role of lysine succinylation in patchouli plant physiology and biology and could serve as a useful reference for succinylation studies in other medicinal plants. | Xiaobing Wang Xiuzhen Chen Junren Li Xuanxuan Zhou Yanting Liu Liting Zhong Yun Tang Hai Zheng Jiyun Liu Ruoting Zhan Likai Chen | 2019 | Horticulture Research2019,6,1: | 2 |
