1Long-term Traffic Volume Prediction Based on K-means Gaussian Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Sets显示文摘This paper uses Gaussian interval type-2 fuzzy se theory on historical traffic volume data processing to obtain a 24-hour prediction of traffic volume with high precision. A K-means clustering method is used in this paper to get 5 minutes traffic volume variation as input data for the Gaussian interval type-2 fuzzy sets which can reflect the distribution of historical traffic volume in one statistical period. Moreover, the cluster with the largest collection of data obtained by K-means clustering method is calculated to get the key parameters of type-2 fuzzy sets, mean and standard deviation of the Gaussian membership function.Using the range of data as the input of Gaussian interval type-2 fuzzy sets leads to the range of traffic volume forecasting output with the ability of describing the possible range of the traffic volume as well as the traffic volume prediction data with high accuracy. The simulation results show that the average relative error is reduced to 8% based on the combined K-means Gaussian interval type-2 fuzzy sets forecasting method. 2Traffic Flow Data Forecasting Based on Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Sets Theory显示文摘This paper proposes a long-term forecasting scheme and implementation method based on the interval type-2 fuzzy sets theory for traffic flow data. The type-2 fuzzy sets have advantages in modeling uncertainties because their membership functions are fuzzy. The scheme includes traffic flow data preprocessing module, type-2 fuzzification operation module and long-term traffic flow data forecasting output module, in which the Interval Approach acts as the core algorithm. The central limit theorem is adopted to convert point data of mass traffic flow in some time range into interval data of the same time range(also called confidence interval data) which is being used as the input of interval approach. The confidence interval data retain the uncertainty and randomness of traffic flow, meanwhile reduce the influence of noise from the detection data. The proposed scheme gets not only the traffic flow forecasting result but also can show the possible range of traffic flow variation with high precision using upper and lower limit forecasting result. 3Ferritin as a diagnostic, differential diagnostic, and prognostic marker for immune-related adverse events显示文摘Objective:Distinguishing immune-related adverse events(irAEs)caused by immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)from the AEs caused by chemotherapy,targeted therapy,or infection is highly difficult.This study offers new insights into evaluating the diagnosis,differential diagnostic,and prognostic value of ferritin for irAEs induced by ICIs.Methods:From December 1,2018,to April 1,2019,we examined 318 patients with malignant tumors who received serum ferritin monitoring.The cohort comprised 231 patients treated with PD-1 inhibitor or combination with chemotherapy,and 87 patients treated with chemotherapy.Of the 231 patients,90 had irAEs(irAE group),70 had non-irAEs(non-irAE group),67 had no AEs(no irAE-non irAE group),and 4 had unclassified AEs.In the 87 patients,60 had AEs(AE group),and 27 had no AEs(no AE group).Statistical analyses were conducted with nonparametric Mann-Whitney tests.Results:At the onset of AEs in the irAE group,ferritin(normal range,35–150μg/L)rose to a median of 927μg/L(range,117–17,825μg/L)from 86μg/L at baseline(range,29–421μg/L)(P<0.001).Ferritin levels at the onset of AEs in the irAE group were significantly higher than those in the non-irAE group(median,81μg/L;range,32–478μg/L)(P<0.001)and the AE group(median,103μg/L;range,23–712μg/L)(P<0.001).After treatment in the irAE group,ferritin continuously decreased to a normal range in recovered patients,showed no significant changes in stable patients,and continued to rise in patients who died.Conclusions:Ferritin can be used as a diagnostic,differential diagnostic,and prognostic marker for irAEs in patients treated with ICIs.Weihong Zhang Yuan Meng Lin Yang Meng Shen Li Zhou Runmei Li Yang Wang Weijiao Du Yanjuan Xiong Ying Han Xinwei Zhang Liang Liu Xiubao Ren 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,4:4

13Daily variation in body mass and thermoregulation in male Hwamei(Garrulax canorus) at different seasons显示文摘Background: Acclimatization to winter conditions is an essential prerequisite for survival of small passerines of the northern temperate zone. In the present study, we measured diurnal variations in body mass, body temperature and basal metabolic rate(BMR) for seasonally acclimatized Hwameis(Garrulax canorus).Methods: Body mass was determined with a Sartorius balance. Metabolic rates of Hwameis were measured with an open-circuit respirometry system.Results: Body masses varied with time of day and were higher in daytime for Hwameis in both summer and winter, and body masses in winter were higher compared to that in summer. Body temperatures of Hwameis were higher in daytime, and the summer acclimatized birds had significantly higher body temperatures compared to the winter acclimatized birds. BMRs of Hwameis were significantly higher during the daytime compared to the nighttime of the daily cycle in both summer and winter, and Hwameis in winter had significantly higher BMRs than that in summer.Conclusions: This result showed that Hwameis rely mostly on metabolic capacity to maintain their body temperature in cold weathers, and Hwameis exhibited daily and seasonal flexibility in morphology and physiology which is important under changing environmental conditions.Lidan Zhao Runmei Wang Yunan Wu Mengsi Wu Weihong Zheng Jinsong Liu 2015Chinese Birds2015,,1:1

16Climate change, environmental factors, and COVID-19: Current evidence and urgent actions显示文摘The novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)has triggered an international health crisis that began in late 2019.The number of COVID-19 cases globally remains at the highest levels,and variants of the SARS-CoV-2 being reported around the world have caused special concern.The COVID-19 pandemic requires a regular global response.As is the case with other infectious respiratory diseases,COVID-19 may be affected by climatic,meteorological,and environmental factors,including temperature,humidity,and air pollutants.The interactive effects of these factors on population health are complicated.Furthermore,policy responses to COVID-19 have substantially affected socio-economic systems and people’s lifestyles,which in turn had an impact on climate by reducing emissions and population adaptations under the background of climate change,and even further affected the human health.Immediate actions are needed to respond to both climate change and COVID-19,and in turn the climate impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic(Figure 1).Runmei Ma Peng Du Tiantian Li 2021The Innovation2021,2,3:1
