| 1 | Characterizing the antibiotic resistance genes in a river catchment: Influence of anthropogenic activities显示文摘Previous studies on environmental antibiotics resistance genes(ARGs) have focused on the pollution sources such as wastewater treatment plants, aquaculture and livestock farms,etc. Few of them had addressed this issue in a regional scale such as river catchment. Hence,the occurrence and abundances of 23 ARGs were investigated in surface water samples collected from 38 sites which located from the river source to estuary of the Beijiang River.Among them, 11 ARGs were frequently detected in this region and 5 ARGs(sul I, sul II, tet B,tet C, and tet W) were selected for their distribution pattern analysis. The abundances of the selected ARGs were higher in the upstream(8.70 × 10~6 copies/ng DNA) and downstream areas(3.17 × 10~6 copies/ng DNA) than those in the midstream areas(1.23 × 10~6 copies/ng DNA), which was positively correlated to the population density and number of pollution sources. Pollution sources of ARGs along the Beijiang River not only had a great impact on the abundances and diversity, but also on the distribution of specific ARGs in the water samples. Both sul I and sul II were likely originated from aquaculture farms and animal farms,tet W gene was possibly associated with the mining/metal melting industry and the electric waste disposal and tet C gene was commonly found in the area with multiple pollution sources.However, the abundance of tet B was not particularly related to anthropogenic impacts. | 2 | Strength and Stability Analysis of Deep Sea Drilling Risers显示文摘In order to analyze the influence of vortex-induced vibration on the strength and stability of marine drilling risers, a simplified analytical model was established and a method for calculating vortex-induced dynamic response was developed. A case study indicated that at primary resonance, first-order dynamic displacement response is greater than higher-order mode responses, but the influence of dynamic moment and shearing force of higher-order modes cannot be ignored. The natural frequency of risers decreased sharply with increasing length of the riser, but increased with increasing top tension. | 11 | Multimodality evoked potentials in patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic values in patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods: The tibial nerve somatosensory evoked potentials(SEPs), vision evoked potentials (VEPs), and brain stem audition evoked potentials(BAEPs) were performed in 32 healthy adults and 43 patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Results: This paper indicated abnormalities of tibial nerve SEPs in 31 patients(31/43, 72.1%), VEPs in 17 patients(17/28, 60.7%), and BAEPs in 14 patients (14/43, 32.6%). These results showed that the greatest diagnostic value was SEPs, followed by VEPs and, BAEPs with the lowest sensitivity. | 12 | Determination of the Cement Sheath Interface and the Causes of Failure in the Completion Stage of Gas Wells显示文摘The bonding quality of the cement sheath interface decreases during well completion because of the change in the casing pressure.To explore the root cause of such phenomena,experiments on the mechanical properties and interface bonding strength of a cement sheath have been carried out taking the LS25-1 high-temperature and high-pressure(HTHP)gas field as an example.Moreover,a constitutive model of the cement sheath has been defined and verified both by means of a full-scale HTHP cement sheath sealing integrity evaluation experiment and three-dimensional finite element simulations.The results show that the low initial cementing surface strength is the root cause of cement sheath interface bonding failure.When the pressure in the casing exceeds a certain limit,the stress caused by the change in the internal pressure in the casing is transmitted to the cement sheath,resulting in the degradation of the interface stiffness of the cement sheath.However,with an increase in the casing wall thickness,the stress transmission capacity decreases.Therefore,it is concluded that improving the interfacial cementing strength,appropriately increasing the casing wall thickness and increasing the initial stress of the cement sheath are the keys to ensuring the sealing integrity of the cement sheath in high-temperature and high-pressure gas wells. | Xuesong Xing Renjun Xie Yi Wu Zhiqiang Wu Huanqiang Yang | 2022 | Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2022,18,6: | 0 |

| 17 | High-emitter identification for heavy-duty vehicles by temporal optimization LSTM and an adaptive dynamic threshold显示文摘Heavy-duty diesel vehicles are important sources of urban nitrogen oxides(NOx)in actual applications for environmental compliance,emitting more than 80%of NOx and more than 90%of particulate matter(PM)in total vehicle emissions.The detection and control of heavy-duty diesel emissions are critical for protecting public health.Currently,vehicles on the road must be regularly tested,every six months or once a year,to filter out high-emission mobile sources at vehicle inspection stations.However,it is difficult to effectively screen high-emission vehicles in time with a long interval between annual inspections,and the fixed threshold cannot adapt to the dynamic changes of vehicle driving conditions.An on-board diagnostic device(OBD)is installed inside the vehicle and can record the vehicle’s emission data in real time.In this paper,we propose a temporal optimization long short-term memory(LSTM)and adaptive dynamic threshold approach to identify heavy-duty high-emitters by using OBD data,which can continuously track and record the emission status in real time.First,a temporal optimization LSTM emission prediction model is established to solve the attention bias discrepancy problem on time steps that is caused by the large number of OBD data streams in practice.Then,the concentration prediction error sequence is detected and distinguished from the anomalous emission contexts using flexible criteria,calculated by an adaptive dynamic threshold with changing driving conditions.Finally,a similarity metric strategy for the time series is introduced to correct some pseudo anomalous results.Experiments on three real OBD time-series emission datasets demonstrate that our method can achieve high accuracy anomalous emission identification. | Zhenyi XU Renjun WANG Yang CAO Yu KANG | 2023 | Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2023,24,11: | 0 |

It is feasible to produce hybrid seed in foreign countries considering( i) high overall national strength of China,( ii) rapid and healthy growth of China's seed industry and increasingly mature hybrid rice seed production technologies,( iii) excellent climatic conditions of foreign host countries of seed production,and( iv) low land and labor price of foreign host countries of seed production. However,there are social and policy risks,technology and trade barrier risks,market,production,and other risks for production of hybrid rice seed in foreign countries.
