2Parameterization of Heat Fluxes at Heterogeneous Surfaces by Integrating Satellite Measurements with Surface Layer and Atmospheric Boundary Layer Observations显示文摘The regional heat flux exchange between heterogeneous landscapes and the nearby surface layer (SL) is a key issue in the study of land-atmosphere interactions over arid areas such as the Heihe River basin in northwestern China and in high elevation areas such as the Tibetan Plateau. Based on analysis of the land surface heterogeneity and its effects on the overlying air flow, the use of SL observations, atmospheric boundary layer (ABL) observations, and satellite remote sensing (RS) measurements along with three parameterization methodologies (here, termed as the RS, tile, and blending approaches) have been proposed to estimate the surface heat flux densities over heterogeneous landscapes. The tile and blending approaches have also been implemented during HEIhe basin Field Experiment (HEIFE), the Coordinated Enhanced Observing Period (CEOP) Asia-Australia Monsoon Project on the Tibetan Plateau (CAMP/Tibet), the Arid Environment Comprehensive Monitoring Plan ’95 (AECMP’95), and the DunHuang Experiment (DHEX). 4Integration of Known Transcription Factor Binding Site Information and Gene Expression Data to Advance from Co-Expression to Co-Regulation显示文摘The common approach to find co-regulated genes is to cluster genes based on gene expression. However, due to the limited information present in any dataset, genes in the same cluster might be co-expressed but not necessarily co-regulated. In this paper, we propose to integrate known transcription factor binding site information and gene expression data into a single clustering scheme. This scheme will find clusters of co-regulated genes that are not only expressed similarly under the measured conditions, but also share a regulatory structure that may explain their common regulation. We demonstrate the utility of this approach on a microarray dataset of yeast grown under different nutrient and oxygen limitations. Our integrated clustering method not only unravels many regulatory modules that are consistent with current biological knowledge, but also provides a more profound understanding of the underlying process. The added value of our approach, compared with the clustering solely based on gene expression, is its ability to uncover clusters of genes that are involved in more specific biological processes and are evidently regulated by a set of transcription factors.Maarten Clements Eugene P. van Someren Theo A. 6聚合物稳定液晶调光器件厚度对其电光性能的影响显示文摘通过采用紫外光聚合诱导相分离法制备聚合物稳定液晶调光器件,利用紫外可见分光光度计来研究器件的不同厚度对聚合物稳定液晶调光器件电光性能的影响.结果表明:随着器件厚度的增加,器件的关态透光率降低,阈值电压升高,饱和电压升高;当器件厚度为5μm时,聚合物稳定液晶智能调光器件的电光性能优良,未通电时,透光率高达97%,当施加40 V电压时,透光率低于10%;响应时间非常短,灵敏度非常高,从关态到开态响应时间仅仅需要0.025 s,从开态到关态响应时间需要0.060 s.这些优异性能使得基于聚合物稳定液晶的智能窗在室内光线智能管理领域有着巨大的应用潜力.王璐 鞠纯 胡小文 刘丹青 Reinder COEHOORN 周国富 2017华南师范大学学报(自然科学版)2017,49,1:2
